“Color Me Contrarian, But I Like My Masks”

So many negative reviews. My experience has been good. My masks arrived today(order placed online July 19,2020; arrived August 3,2020), and they are exactly as advertised. I look forward to washing them prior to their first use and adding them in to my rotation of various face masks. I did have to return to the company's mask website to see exactly where on the masks one inserts the replaceable filters, but that mystery was solved in less than a minute. Love the print design on my masks. Ordered four masks in total, so I can give one each to my daughter and son in law. Thank you Brave New Look! Ordered, charged immediately, did not receive the product, multiple follow-ups, automated responses, ongoing over weeks. Even got a USPS tracking number but the package never moved. Following up with my credit card company next.

I should have done a review search first before ordering from Brave New Look. Did not receive masks. Did not receive refund. They have not replied to Paypal dispute either. Spend your money elsewhere.

Just received my order from May 5th, took countless emails and promises that items were shipped. Was told that masks were made in USA but not true. Received 2 masks and they are different, one came in a package that said made in CHINA, not sure where other was made, one has a elastic that goes around your ears the other has material.
Don't waste your money or time.

I received an email from a company I have done business with (Mint & Lily) saying that they had partnered with Brave New Look to provide face masks. I ordered for myself and for my family on April 21st, 2020 and never received anything. They charged my credit card that day and I have messaged, emailed and texted until my fingers bleed with no response. Please don't do business with them or Mint & Lily.

This company is a complete scam operation, no phone to call, no e-mail responses. They took my $79.70 and I haven't heard from them, except for robo-e-mails saying they can't find my order! I have demanded my money back and I doubt that I will get it because they will not respond. Lesson learned!

I ordered four bracelets for Mother's Day. They were ordered on April 24 and I thought I was cutting it close, but it would be okay. Today is May 27, over a month since I placed my order. I am going to report them to PayPal and request a return for my money!

Ordered a GRAY face mask for $9.99 ($4.99 plus $5 SH). Received a BLACK face mask (apx value $1) that had a "postage cost" of 2 stamps ($1.10). Attempted to contact a seemingly NONexistent "customer service" 3 times by phone and email!... NOTHING!

I wish I had read reviews before placing my order. Big money for poor quality masks that I waited many, many weeks to receive. There are many better quality, less expensive options out there. I do not recommend purchasing these.

Don't order from this company, I ordered from them Nov. 4th, on Dec. 15 they sent a tracking number and I'm writing this on Dec. 23 to say, I have yet to receive item and the tracking number doesn't show as received at the US POSTAL! I have emailed their customer support 4 times, no response back from them.

It's criminal that there are scammers out there in a time of crisis. Siphoning money from working class folks who are trying to stay safe. The mask never came. THIS IS A SCAM folks. So don't be fooled by the pretty pictures. Also, don't be fooled by the "good reviews" here, they are also obviously fake and don't even picture the mask that was advertised. Save your money. Contacting BBB and PayPal.

I ordered $230 worth of masks over a month ago. I contacted the company and they responded telling me that I would "probably" receive them within the next 7 days. I originally ordered them because the turn around time was between 7 and 10 days, now 30 days and counting. At this point I've emailed the company again and they will not respond to me. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and my bank To get my money back.

Order 2 bracelets. Got email on July 2nd stating items had shipped. No tracking number. Now Aug 18th. 6 emails later from some lame made up person Daphne T telling me to wait one week and contact by email again. They have no phone contact number. Let Trump know they are using his name to rip off people!

Masks smell like burnt plastic. As advertised - these are not kn95, no returns/refunds. Testing by armbrustusa dot com says they only block 70% not 95% - so probably on par or better than a cloth mask+filter. But their smell is the deal breaker. Also their website "reviews" are likely fake- there is no where to add a review. Unlike armbrustusa test video on yt - masks were individually wrapped in sealed bag. I should have done more research prior to purchase. Check cdc website or armbustua for testing results if you need mask with proper filtering.

Tip for consumers:
Do research before purchase! - no refunds, fake reviews/no way to add review after purchase. Their product name is misleading despite their obvious claim that their masks are not kn95

I decided to give them another chance to get the shirt for my daughter that I never rec'd for Christmas, since my first order came w/o any problems. I ordered the shirt on 5/5 & rec'd it on 5/15! It's looks great & my daughter loves it! Thanks Brave New Look! Just remember to pay w/PayPal.

They have horrible customer service; no communication or commitment on timeline to recieve your products. You will consistently receive an auto-generated email, with no real response or reconciliation of the issue. Place your order from Amazon (or anywhere else for that matter) instead! Giving them a 1 star rating was too much, but 0 wasnt an option.

Ordered masks 5/21/20 initialy told it would take 1 to2 weeks. Now being told 3 to 4 weeks. They already took my money so probably will never see them.
Had to order handmade masks elsewhere. Received in 5 days and very well made. Brave new look is a scam! Please please do NOT order anything from this company. Huge mistake on my part.

I ordered masks on April 27,2020. I have yet to receive them. I am out $173. I have been begging them for a refund to no avail. This company needs to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, which I plan to do. I hope the rest of you do as well. In addition, I am not so sure that this company is really located in the U.S.A., but I am only speculating.

Ordered masks from Brave New Look on 4/26/20. They said 1-2 weeks delivery. Requested cancelation in late May. No response. Filed cc dispute on 6/2/20. Then flurry of emails. Said shipped. Based on reviews/BBB, I expect junk. Awful company.

Order masks and filters back in April. After weeks of waiting - told that they had been shipped. Tried to track the order once they notified me that it had shipped... through DHL. The tracking system was suspect - order never moved for a month from one city in California to another. Then there is no tracking. Cannot get ahold of Brave New Look. They just ignore customers. Do not buy from them - they are a scam... LoL... the order arrived today 4 months later. I don't know who to blame Brave New Look or DHL (the courier company). At any rate order arrived. Nothing great about the mask - jusk o. K. Brave New Look needs to be more accountable to their complaints - no one likes to be ignored.

I have just read your reviews and I am too worried I will not received my leggings and if I do they will be too small or not as expected. Got a blanket response when I asked when they would arrive. And no idea how to go about returning them if not what was promised and how to get my money back.

Don't deal with this company. I ordered there overpriced mask months ago and they just came in. I tried canceling over 2 months ago and get my refund. You get automated replies saying your order is being shipped. Deal with this company at your own risk, you cannot cancel and you wont get your money back. This is not an American company.

Tip for consumers:
Go to a more respectable site. You cannot speak or get in touch with a human, by email, phone or other means. They only send robots responses. Go direct to Alibaba or dhgate and pay pennies to the dollar of what this company is charging.

Products used:
I originally ordered mask. After a month of waiting I tried cancelling and asking for a refund. All there products are cheap stuff from China. Better to order direct from dhgate. Same mask for under 2 bucks. This company in my opinion robbed me of my money by not cancelling and refunding my money.

I ordered from this site on January 15. They took my money and have not communicated w me since. I've sent 3 emails and commented on their FB. They deleted my comment on FB. Do not order from this company. It's a scam and no customer service.

Ordered 10 items on January 1,2020 today is March 1,2020 and I still have not received it. They charged my card January 1,2020. I contact them every single day since January 10,2020 by email, fb messenger and Instagram and still no reply about where my order is.

Tip for consumers:
Do not order from this company. They charge you and never send the order and do not reply to you.

I ordered on Nov 24 and didn't receive anything from them so i emailed them a few times with no response. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and there are many many complaints about the company not shipping the orders. I filed a complaint as well.

I ordered some face masks on May 3rd. The website says 3 to 9 days to ship. It took over 6 weeks to get the item after sending numerous emails. They auto response with a general email. I finally filed a complaint with BBB and suddenly they shipped the next day. They say that they have two locations in the US where they sew these masks when in fact they are stamped PRC which stands for Peoples Republic of China. They have no working contact number and numerous complaints on BBB. Don't buy from this company!

Placed an order for masks supposedly on a 7-14 day lead time. Now 5 weeks later after broken promises I got an email telling me they have shipped the replacement filters but not the masks. How stupid is that. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They appear to running their company using up front payments by customers. They should be shut down. BBB have a warning on their site.
