So many negative reviews. My experience has been good. My masks arrived today(order placed online July 19,2020; arrived August 3,2020), and they are exactly as advertised. I look forward to washing them prior to their first use and adding them in to my rotation of various face masks. I did have to return to the company's mask website to see exactly where on the masks one inserts the replaceable filters, but that mystery was solved in less than a minute. Love the print design on my masks. Ordered four masks in total, so I can give one each to my daughter and son in law. Thank you Brave New Look! Ordered, charged immediately, did not receive the product, multiple follow-ups, automated responses, ongoing over weeks. Even got a USPS tracking number but the package never moved. Following up with my credit card company next.
I should have read the reviews! I placed an order on May 6th and I received a notification from DHL stating the estimated delivery is June 15th! Even with all that's happening, that's ridiculous! Someone dropped the ball on this order!
I never received my full order. Brave New Look initially replied to my email saying it would take another 4 weeks. Order never arrived. I had to go to dispute with PayPal... and Brave New Look never replied. Terrible service.

I order two masks on May 20th and as of June 19th have received only automated emails claiming the company is overwhelmed and will... eventually? Deliver. Their advertisements were everywhere on line in May I see nothing now. Save your money do not buy from this company. My requests to cancel my order is only met by automated emails and requests to rate their service. I will now report them to the Massachusetts Attorney General's Better Business bureau.
I purchased 2 masks from Brave New Look in May 2020. I liked the product so I reordered in August 2020. A total bait and switch! The masks ordered in May were made in the USA and good quality. The masks ordered in August 2020 are terrible and made in China. After one wash, these new masks came apart and the nose wire poked through the material.
I complained to the company and they suggested I donate the masks. These masks are so bad I would be ashamed to donate them. They are going in the garbage.
They say 100% cotton - well only the second layer is cotton and it is very thin. The top printed layer is some slippery and awful polyester that they fail to mention in the advert, I thought the mask would be made of 100% cotton which is why I purchased these. BUYER BEWARE -They do not accept returns for any reason- I asked to get these returned as they don't fit! These do not fit my face - maybe my face is rounder than most people (I doubt that I am so extraordinary)?... and I know all of the well-known pieces of art they have taken their images from and the print quality is dark and somewhat blurry. It's pretty cynical to make the claims they have made...
I order 2 packs of face masks (4 per pack) six weeks ago and was told that items would ship in 1 - 2 weeks. After 2.5 weeks, I enquired about my order and was told it would ship in one week. A week later, I enquired and was told it would ship 'soon'. I tried to cancel my order twice. They then sent an email saying that the items were en route. When they arrived, I got 5 inserts but NO MASKS. When I indicated they needed to refund me, they said the order had already been shipped and they could not cancel it. A COMPLETE SCAM!
I too was negligent in doing my homework by reading reviews. Payment was taken out if my acct but no product. Been almost 4 wks. No confirmation & no response to emails I sent. Forget about calling... it wont happen. I've accepted fact that I've been taken big time!
Lady from company sent me an email and offered me a 15% discount off of my next order. They said since I didn't order 3 on my order which there was no listing to order 3, then they could not give me the 3rd because my order was only for 2 of which the ad said buy 2 get one 1 and did not say you had to order 3. Would never recommend this company to anyone to buy from even my worst enemy.
Placed order which was advertised as buy 2 get 3rd one free, so I ordered 2 got 2 but never did receive the 3rd. Contacted the company no help at all
I ordered these on 5/9 and was told this would take 1-2 weeks. I am going on almost a month and now they are saying it could take 3-4 weeks. I would have ordered elsewhere if i would have known. I have asked for a refund.
I ordered 2 face masks which took a couple of weeks to get them. They were very small, barely covering nose and mouth. They were so tight that they smooshed my nose so it made it hard to breath and so tight on my mouth I could hardly talk. Should have sent back! For the price, they weren't worth it. Will never wear them. Very disappointed.

Do not order from Brave New Look unless you want to wait months for your order that's not even made in USA like they say on the website! I've order 5 masks from them to help USA made products but they arrived 8 weeks later after I threatened them with a refund request. Each mask came in individual packets marked with a tiny " PRC" at the bottom. Please note the masks were made in People's Republic of China and not US made like they said and shipping was snail slow. Failed!

This company is not in the USA even though it's indicating Philadelphia. It's just the receiving end for products manufactured from China!

Please DO NOT buy KN95 masks from here and think that they are keeping you safe. They are not legitimate masks. The company says they are "made to order" which is alse. All KN95 masks should have a stamp on them (these do not). They also have an awful smell. Read the reviews online (not the ones on their website) before you purchase.
I have been trying to cancel my order and keep getting updates on shipping, offers of free shipping, then expedited shipping, then 30% off. Brave New Look came to BBB's attention in November 2016. A review of complaints done in May 2019 state that consumers order items and do not receive them, in some cases when they receive the item, the item is defective. Complaints also state that consumers have difficulty receiving refunds.
Brave New Look was notified in writing and asked to address the above concerns. BBB also requested the company explain their delivery process including estimated delivery times and shipping policies, as well as providing BBB with updated contact information. Brave New Look has not responded to our request.
Ordered 2 masks. Great fit and quality. But bands on the straps fell off and mask is now unwearable. Customer service basically said, too bad. Not possible to sell the bands separately from the mask. So now I have a mask that is useless. And these masks are not cheap.
Ordered mask June 1 still haven't received the asked for refund said could not return they charged 30.99 for mask and extra filters got same thing from eBay for 16.00 I said I would return package with it opening it said they would not refund purchase. Pricereported them to PayPal seating answer
I ordered masks totaling over $100.00 on 25 May. The website states that the masks would ship within one to two weeks. They actually shipped on 20 June -- close to four weeks after the order. To make the situation worse, they obviously shipped the masks by pony express because it is taking five days for delivery. Had I known then about the delay in shipping, and the unexcusable five days in shipping, I certainly would not have ordered the masks.
I was skeptical about ever receiving my order; ashamed I lashed out re lack of response at first. The negative reviews for this company, which is new to me, are unwarranted! I eventually did receive a considerate personal response from Kristine (and business response from Amy). Thank you ladies!! They are overwhelmed as many (EVERY) business has been during covid!! Ordered bracket over a month ago. Still waiting. One email said it would ship from Oklahoma. Got email saying it was in preshipment and would be leaving CALIFORNIA in the 8th... here it is the 20th and still not here. Checked tracking and USPS says no such number/format used in there service.
I should have read reviews first. Facebook needs to do background checks on businesses (but then look what they allowed with President $#*!head)
Ordered leggings on November 30th. Received an automatic email confirming my order. Received an email stating my item had shipped on December 15th. Tracking number shows that UPS still has not received the item for shipment. Emailed customer support. No response! They got me for $40. Won't happen again! Warn everyone you know who shops online. Filing a report with BBB.
Ordered May 5, received today June 16! That's how long a 7-10 day order takes to arrive. :-\ They claim they are "made to order" here in the US and that they ship from one of two warehouses in the US. BS on both accounts! They are made in CHINA (says so on the packaging) and my guess why it takes so long to receive is they are probably shipped to one of these warehouses from China after they get an order. These masks not only do NOT seal around the nose but they are NOT stretchable at all. From their site --- "These masks are made from a cotton & spandex blend for the right mix of comfort and stretch that fits comfortably around your nose and face." BS! I'm furious with this s**it!
I ordered 2 masks, got one. Can't seem to make their customer service understand they only sent one. They keep sending me the tracking record of the one I received. It's been a week since I contacted customer service and still don't have an answer. This is simple, I ordered 2, you sent 1, send the other one.
I also thought they were in the USA... they are deceptive about their location. I started suspecting they weren't here when I'd get email responses in the middle of the night and they didn't make sense (poor English).
It's frustrating be cause I really like the mask I did get I like the quality and it's comfortable. I want the other one!
Ordered facemasks 3 weeks ago. I was concerned from the beginning because I never received a confirmation email. I have sent several emails asking about my order and they all went unanswered. They have processed my payment. But I have received no product, no communication. Non existent customer service. I have contacted the BBB as well as the Attorney General.

6+ weeks since ordering. They sent email saying order shipped with fake tracking ID. 12 days later email saying order would ship within another week. Meanwhile webpage still says 1-2 weeks delivery time.
I checked refund policies and everything because I have been scammed before, and they seemed fine, but when I got my receipt, after they charged my card, the return policy was totally different! Don't do it, just don't. And, it's been three weeks and I still have not received my order.
I ordered masks with filters back on May 9th. I received the filters but have yet to receive the masks. I have emailed customer service several times but only get a generic response back. It's now going on six week. Want either the masks or the refund of my money But can't get any help.
