So many negative reviews. My experience has been good. My masks arrived today(order placed online July 19,2020; arrived August 3,2020), and they are exactly as advertised. I look forward to washing them prior to their first use and adding them in to my rotation of various face masks. I did have to return to the company's mask website to see exactly where on the masks one inserts the replaceable filters, but that mystery was solved in less than a minute. Love the print design on my masks. Ordered four masks in total, so I can give one each to my daughter and son in law. Thank you Brave New Look! Ordered, charged immediately, did not receive the product, multiple follow-ups, automated responses, ongoing over weeks. Even got a USPS tracking number but the package never moved. Following up with my credit card company next.
Do NOT buy anything from this company! If it isn't bad enough that they steal money from ppl but now they've really done it by taking advantage of ppl health! Why? Or How? Save your money and buy from Wish! I've bought the same masks and BETTER masks from wish for $5.00. The ones they sent me are crap! And not worth the $23 and $28 they charged me! No way they have been promoted in fashion magazines. They are just lying and ripping people off! I joined the hundreds who have made a complaint to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. BUYER BEWARE.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... My husband ordered me the "Thin Red Line Canvas Shoes" from here, I thought $44.99 was kind of expensive, but we ordered them anyways. The shoes took forever to arrive and then when I opened the package and saw what I received I was baffled and at a loss of words. They don't care about the quality of their products because these "custom made shoes" came from China and are so cheaply made that the dollar store has a better quality of shoes. Now after receiving my package, the shoes end up being to big and I found out there is no exchange or refund from this company. They will exchange if the print or quality is wrong or something along those lines. Their customer service rep "Daphne" is absolutely no help at all and basically explains you are left with their horrible product no matter what the issues you have with the item.
I Ordered from Brave New Look the first part of May with a two week delivery time, now the first of June and I have not received the order, and to compound this they now won't even return an Email. I finally contacted my credit card company and reported it as a fraudulent charge. Please beware and don't order anything from Brave New Look.
Ordered some masks on 5-3 and they took my payment it immediately. Here it is 6-13 and I have received nothing from this company except the run-around. I have contacted them numerous times and each time they tell me my order will be expedited immediately. Apparently they are thieves and liars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Brave New Look is a scam. If you've had the same problem call with a complaint to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISON. You can file a complaint with them at their number,
1-877-FTC-HELP or online at the Federal Trade Commission website. We need to stop these people. I paid online and I never received any merchandise. All I got was a generic email saying they were working on it. Except almost every other complaint I read had the same problem as mine. I looked up their address on google maps and it's not an office, it's a Mail Packaging Store. There is no telling who these people are. It's so scary because the website fooled me. Plese take the time and file a complaint with the FTC, these people needed to be shut down. Thanks and sorry if this happened to you!
Okay, so today I received my bracelet and it is very, very nice! HOWEVER, I did not receive any type of notification that it was being shipped nor did I get any answer from "support" regarding my question to them in several emails to them. Also the phone number listed on the invoice is still NOT IN SERVICE. So go figure folks. Not sure what is up with company but as I stated the product (bracelet) is wonderful but customer service is really non-existent. 5 stars for the product but 1 star for customer service.
Website and so called "glowing reviews" apparently a con job. No response when emailing *******@bravenewlook.com numerous times and biggest red flag is that the customer service phone number I found googling online (there is no customer phone number to call on their oh so beautiful website... hmmmm) was... you guessed it... NOT IN SERVICE. My credit card company is going to credit my account back, so that is great and I have informed them of the info mentioned above. So BEWARE everyone.
VERY DISAPPOINTED - I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered masks from this company. After over a month, one of 5 masks that arrived was what I ordered "Face Cover with PM2.5 Filter". The others have a vent and a filter can't be used and is nothing like the simple face covering I expected. When you contact the company with a complaint the automatic response pertains to a delay in the order. They aren't even filtering the messages that they are receiving so how could they know there are problems with their products.
Ordered two pairs of leggings in medium. I'm a size 6 - 135# - 5'5' Their sizing is WAY off. Closer to a "girl" sizing. Went through several emails - requests for information to return - requests for customer service phone number - NOTHING! Someone sent me a nice email thanking me for my purchase - probably robomail. I don't know why I don't check reviews before ordering? Wish I had! I ordered two t-shirts weeks ago and I have been told several times that they are on their way. This is a tip off site. NO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I placed my order on 10/14/16 and in a follow-up tracking, I was told that I could expect my shirt to ship on 10/25/16. It is now almost two full weeks since that expected date of shipment and following numerous emails, with few replies, my order has still not been shipped. The point of ordering election gear, which is still heavily promoted on the website, was to have it in time for the election. Since that's going down tomorrow, I'm guessing I won't be rocking my Hillary gear.
I am not alone in having a horrible experience with Brave New Look. Check their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/bravenewlook) for other customers whose orders are also heavily backtracked. Again, while the company has (finally) admitted a delay, they are continuing to advertise the same items they currently cannot produce in a timely manner.
Brave New Look has refused to issue a refund, citing that cancellations are only available within the first 24 hours of purchase, though delaying a shipment by over two weeks seems to be perfectly acceptable.
Customer Service is a sham. The company is a sham. Save your money. You won't get it back and you probably won't get your order.

My order was to ship by now and has not. I have to relocate due to covid and after multiple emails and phone calls, they are refusing to refund my money which I need. They have done the same to countless other paying customers, even before the pandemic. -- the real reviews are not on their website, they are on review sites and BBB (they are not BBB certified)
I ordered on May 3rd, and sent an email on May 28th to check on order status since I still hadn't received my order. Of course, my credit card was charged promptly when the order was initially placed. The customer service response was pleasant although it was probably a bot:
"This is Fritzie from the CS Team. I can see you're asking about your order. Our team is working overtime to ship your order as soon as possible. Your order is at the very top of our queue and I'd estimate it will ship within a week. I can offer to upgrade you to expedited shipping for free."
It has now been nearly 1 month since I was offered expedited shipping. I'll be asking for a refund or disputing my credit card charge.

I ordered 2 masks back in mid-May (order #*******). My credit card was charged on May 26th. I have yet to receive anything from them other than a promise that my order has been "processed." I also recently received an email asking me to review the items that I haven't even received. When I responded to this email saying that I hadn't received anything, I got an automated response using the excuse that COVID has delayed shipping. I'm not accepting that since I've received other orders from small companies. I want a refund or I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and asking my bank to investigate the charge as fraudulent.
No response from customer service via email and phone number is disconnected. Ordered masks 3May and now it is 18May and they don't respond to email and the phone is disconnected. This is unprofessional.

Two months later and 6 email exchanges, finally got the masks. The first two I unpacked were broken. One was missing an ear fastener and the other had a ripped ear fastener. So basically paid for 10 but got 8 usable ones. The back and forth btw customer service to even get the masks even though they were quick to bill me was ridiculous. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered in November, no product as of today. No response from repeated emails. Will also file a complaint. Not sure if that will help, they have my money and I can't contact them.!
I guess they have figured out production since mine arrived relatively quick. Work in the restaurant business and these are very comfortable for all day wearing in a warm environment
Ordered Quack leggings and received them 3 weeks later. They fit just fine and a lot of people asked about them at the Ducks game! Afraid to order again reading other reviews!
I received my order after weeks of waiting and it was the wrong size! After repeatedly emailing them they finally answered only to tell me they can not exchange or refund!
I made a purchase $50 on may 1,2020 it's now June 5th and still have not received update regarding purchase or a courtesy email. They should refund at this point if they cant keep up with orders.
I didn't read reviews. I looked at mask quality, design, and the promised date of shipping (ordered on May 8, marquis on the website said "In Stock, Shipping by May 13"), and the location--their address was Southern California, and I'm in Oregon, so expected no more than a couple days shipping time.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME WAS TIMING!
I cannot say how disappointed I am that I have gotten nothing but excuses, WHEN they bother to respond at all, saying "probably shipping within a week". Not good enough.
NOW I find this review site and on top of everything, people are complaining about the mask quality.
I want my time back--and I want the product I ordered a month ago.
