So many negative reviews. My experience has been good. My masks arrived today(order placed online July 19,2020; arrived August 3,2020), and they are exactly as advertised. I look forward to washing them prior to their first use and adding them in to my rotation of various face masks. I did have to return to the company's mask website to see exactly where on the masks one inserts the replaceable filters, but that mystery was solved in less than a minute. Love the print design on my masks. Ordered four masks in total, so I can give one each to my daughter and son in law. Thank you Brave New Look! Ordered, charged immediately, did not receive the product, multiple follow-ups, automated responses, ongoing over weeks. Even got a USPS tracking number but the package never moved. Following up with my credit card company next.

Awful customer service. Still haven't got my purchase. I canceled 4 times and they just keep sending e-mails my purchase is on the way. Finally notified CC company with dispute. Stay away.

I never received a confirmation after I owe Peyton ordered it never did I receive a response when they was already 6 weeks and I still haven't got my order and now they won't respond to my emails will be going to small claims court and will be going to my bank to get this disputed
They burned me for 40.00 - 14 for a mask that I've been waiting for for over 1 month and some filter refills. They use COVID-19 as an excuse to exploit people and steal their money. I've emailed them several times and only get automated responses. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY... They are scammers and thieves. I already bought a mask and received it in less then a week through eBay. Brave New World can eat $#*!. Bunch of thieves. SEND ME MY MONEY BACK.
DO NOT BUY from this scam company. Shame on Me for not checking reviews first but lesson learned. When you question where your order is, you may or may not eventually get a placating email response from "Ian" or "Patrick" intended to put you off or imply that the issue is on my end with the carrier. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I was charged for items I did not receive and am reporting them to the BBB because they clearly have no intention of making this right and have taken advantage of MANY people during this challenging time. And for that... SHAME ON YOU Brave New Look!
I was taken in by their website and description of the masks and although was a bit on the expensive side, compared to others, I decided to order 4 masks on May 13. At the time i was told the masks would ship in 1-2 weeks. Didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, but then after inquiring on status, i received 2/4 masks. No word on the remaining 2. Repeated questions only led to auto generated responses, followed by promises that the masks would be shipped shortly. It's been 6 weeks now and still haven't received them. Funny thing is that after each email to customer support, they send you a survey email asking how they did. Well if they cared about the feedback, they should do their best to deliver to their committment. I can understand a few days variability but not when you're off by 100% on the schedule and still no credible delivery date and you stop answering email and have no phone number to call, then i'm forced to consider that this is not an up and up operation. I'm going to ask for my money back and as others have done report them to BBB. A shame... in these crisis times, when folks are depending on you, you should be straight up with your customers... have a conscience... i've lost 6 weeks and had I known, i would have ordered the masks from somewhere else...
Moral of the story... do your homework before you order so you know what you're walking into...
I did get my masks and absolutely loved them. They are my favorites- high quality soft fabric, great workmanship plus adjustable ear straps. Then the CEO wrote an apology letter saying they were overwhelmed with all the mask orders. It was new for them and got over their head. They seemed sincere that they didn't like disappointing their clients. To sweeten the apology, everything on their site was 50% off. So I tried them again. I ordered 5 masks that were $8 each(free shipping). This time I ordered galaxies and flowers and abstracts. When my order arrived about a week later, I was really happy. First thing I noticed, the colors really popped. The designs were sharp and bright. The masks were the same high quality but this time they added their logo inside. Very smart move; idk where most of my masks are from, but I'll know who made these. If Next time I need to buy masks, I'll wait for them to have a sale and will stock up.(My budget insists I wait for sales, but they are really worth full price.)
I gave them a scathing review before, but they apologized and I got an amazing product so I want to have about that too!
Ordered 5/1, mid-June I contacted PayPal and they gave a false tracking number. (Plus phone disconnected and no reply from email.) Glad I used PayPal bc I'd never get my stuff from them.
I've read many bad reviews about this company's mask. I have some pros and cons concerning my experience. Cons- I ordered in early 2020 back when pandemic first began and like everything else, it took a while for order to arrive(approx. Mth and a half). Once they arrived, I've been wearing them with no problem. I ordered 8 black mask and an extra supply of PM2.5 filters. The only one issue I've had with one of the mask is the a rubber piece that adjust the ear loop tightness split. Pros- The mask still going strong to this date (2/15/21). I simply let the mask soak in warm before wand washing. (Don't forget to remove the filter before washing). The mask fits my face very snug and I personally feel it protects from coronavirus way better than the surgical mask or cloth mask without filters. I'm only speaking for the black mask I ordered; not sure about other mask this company sells. I'm about to order more since I'm a Postal worker and there's not much air circulation in our building when the A/C or heat isn't blowing. I would recommend the black mask since I've used mine for over a year.
Tip for consumers:
Because of the pandemic effecting shipping, make take a little longer receiving order. I order the black mask. I can’t speak about the reliability of the other mask

I ordered on May 10 now its June 2 2020 (almost a month) and still no masks. I have written to them via emails numerous times and always get the same response (they are up to be shipped within a week) well still no masks. I want to warn everyone out there, PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS SELLER. Yes I got gipped out of $30.00 and there is no way I can get my money back. IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. STAY AWAY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
After 2 months of not receiving my product and attempting to call them (they don't take phone calls), emailing them (they never reply to emails) and trying to send them a Facebook message (they turned off messaging so people could't contact them), I reported it to my credit card company. Only THEN did they finally send the product - a pair of leggings. The craftsmanship and quality of the product was so horrible and they were so sheer and see-through, I could not wear them and threw them away.
My friend was also scammed by them before I could warn him.

Well I placed my order going on two months still haven't received my order they did reply three weeks ago and said they were going to refund my shipping fee and expedite my order I fell for it and Two weeks later they still haven't sent anything I told them I wanted a refund and I got another email and they said they were going to send them within the next two days and now it's over a week again absolutely terrible company to work with during a pandemic and they're taking advantage of people like that I am going to do my best from the Better Business Bureau to the Attorney General all the way up to the president if I have to and let everybody know how disrespectful and crappy this company really is so today I am probably sure I will not receive a refund for my product because they are thieves warning warning warning do not order nothing from Them!
On 5/2 I ordered a mask I read it would ship in 2-3 business days several days later I emailed to check the status of my order and was told it was moving up in the queue, 2 weeks later I email again and was told it was at the top of the queue and would I like expedited free shipping I said yes, I got a email that they had shipped it, several days later I still had not received my mask, I went to PayPal to start a dispute I was done getting the run around from these scammers at BNL, the very day I started the dispute BNL sent a spam text with a dhl e-commerce tracking # that was a scam and tracked nothing!, they were supposed to sent a email when it shipped the next week they finally sent the mask on June 24,, had I not filed a dispute they would have not sent anything,! BOTTOM line, don't buy from brave new look. Ever. Scam artist.
I ordered something about 2 months ago and have not received it yet. I have asked for a refund instead of the product since I ordered it for a gift and the expected delivery date would have been perfect for when I needed it. The expected delivery date was almost 2 months ago as well. They will not issue a refund because they "make the products special for each order." Well if you make it special and haven't shipped it in 2 months, chances are that you haven't made it yet, but they won't issue a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have never dealt with a company that has such terrible customer service.
We have tried masks from at least ten different companies and the Brave New Look cotton mask is our favorite. I have bought multiple new ones for my parents, my husband and my teenage sons.

I ordered face masks April 29th and still have not received them. I have emailed them several times and they keep saying they will be shipped by the end of the week. This place is a fraud. The number they have through paypal is disconnected and I have emailed them to cancel my order and give me a refund as they charged my account the day I ordered them. Now they are not responding. Now through paypal I have to wait until June 18th for the seller to respond. Do NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!
Kept giving dates if when delivered. Order 5-13-2020, said they would expedite order, which never happened, contacted Bank to put in a Stop Payment if they try to charge my card.

I wanted a 2016 campaign tee shirt, I ordered it weeks ago-- yesterday began early voting and still no shirt and the shipment information. It was an expensive shirt that was advertised on Facebook, if you can't fulfill orders DON'T ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK!
