So many negative reviews. My experience has been good. My masks arrived today(order placed online July 19,2020; arrived August 3,2020), and they are exactly as advertised. I look forward to washing them prior to their first use and adding them in to my rotation of various face masks. I did have to return to the company's mask website to see exactly where on the masks one inserts the replaceable filters, but that mystery was solved in less than a minute. Love the print design on my masks. Ordered four masks in total, so I can give one each to my daughter and son in law. Thank you Brave New Look! Ordered, charged immediately, did not receive the product, multiple follow-ups, automated responses, ongoing over weeks. Even got a USPS tracking number but the package never moved. Following up with my credit card company next.
Paid US$71.29 for four masks and and 15 extra filters. The masks are made of very thin material - polyester exterior and a very thin cotton interior (see pictures). These are definitely not made in the USA. The instructions on the packaging are gibberish written by a non-English speaker (see picture). Had to go to their site to get instructions on washing the mask.
Pros: Comfortable mask, filter pocket, adjustable metal nose bridge, adjustable sliders on ear loops
Cons: Very thin material, filter is small and must be positioned to cover mouth and nose, way overpriced. Nike, Adidas or Levis masks for a much cheaper price.
Don't buy additional filters - use a folded coffee filter instead.
Scam. "F" rating with Better Business Bureau. Products are poor quality. Customer service is worse. Purposely misleads. Stated cloth masks are "in stock and ships in 1-2 weeks." My credit card was charged as soon as the order was placed. Order did not arrive until 34 days later. The masks that arrived do not look like the ones I ordered and the quality is very poor. Even folded in the bag, you can see through them when held up to the light. Not worth the price paid. I requested a refund. They have offered to send me new ones. I don't think the quality will be any better. Have filed a complaint with my credit card company.
There is NOTHING positive to say about this company! Waited for close to two months, was told order got lost, then they had my order but backed up, to "it was lost in transit and therefore not our fault", to offering to redo the order "at no cost to you" (really, I had already paid for it!), to its being shipped, to, well, they finally arrived and 3/6 of the masks had the "adjustable" plastic knob holder off. Terrible design, Terrible "customer service", Terrible experience. Buy Keen or try a burlap sack, anything over this company! Buyer beware!
I shopped around for mask and really liked what I saw. But unfortunately it has been longer than the 1-2 weeks stated when I ordered about receiving my purchase. I have contacted them on 2 occassions inquiring and asking them to change my shipping address because I moved. I was contacted and given some long story about what's happening with product delays. I could care less. They took my money, haven't sent my product and don't give refunds. I will be contacting my bank to file a claim b of a can handle it for me.
I ordered face masks from Brave New Look. It took over 2 months for me to receive them. During that time I got masks from another source. So I tried to cancel my order. I sent many many emails with only an automated response in return. I tried calling their phone number they list on their site. It's not a good number, no answer, no way to leave a message. When I finally got the masks, well, they are less than bad quality. There are some kind of filter that I guess is supposed to go in the mask, but no pocket to put in. Is it just supposed to be held against your face by the cheap cloth mask? What a joke. Do yourselves a favor and don't do business with them.
I ordered a bracelet in November for Christmas. I keep checking status and just keep getting auto generated response. Never in all my years of customer service have I been treated like this. Very disappointed. I still dont know if it will get there by Xmas
Their site says that their products are made in the USA but that is a lie. Unlike the first set of filters that I received from them, the second set (which looked exactly alike) had ‘Made in China tags still in the bag. Looks like someone forgot to remove the evidence this time.
Finally, after a long wait, the masks arrived. Nothing special - quite the ordinary cloth masks in one colour (would have preferred some patterns) so what I am saying is if Brave New Look sold their ordinary-looking cloth mask for $10 it would be okay. Up-pricing it to $21/ meant customers expected better things such as timely delivery, that the filter cloth should fit into the mask pocket easier but not really (gets quite crumpled and a hassle to fit in - very poor design), how about a small inside tag saying it's all-new cloth (or recycled)? And a proper sealable pouch to keep it? Wish.com had a really nice mask with a properly sealed pouch however, the masks itself was also trashy - does not fit the face properly. At least this Brave new look does fit your face. Still cashing in on the pandemic, yes, but also do it properly, please. Yes, thanks for making it for sale but your price needs to match the quality. For $21 I think consumers have other better choices.
Never received my purchase. This site is using the corona virus to scam people out of their money. They are selling masks they don't have. Better Business Bureau has info on them, they're a scam. One employee in this company, the money collector.

This is a Fraudulent Company. We have unfortunately experienced the same mask selling fraud outlined in most of the reviews below, including the insincere "follow ups" that are equally dishonest. Shame on these people for taking advantage of consumers during this pandemic. We also checked in at the Better Business Bureau and found that they had an F rating with hundreds of similar reviews. Wish we had checked before we bought. Imagine how many people have lost their money to this scheme during this harsh economic time. Disgraceful.
Pretty much the same story as every other 1 star review. Never got my order. Tracked it and found it had been returned to them. They didn't contact me. I contacted them on their website (no phone number there) and they didn't replay. Emailed them asking for a refund. They ignored that and just promised to reship the order one day.
Don't do business with these creeps.
I ordered a "night sky" rearview mirror charm from what was pictured... when I noticed on the order confirmation that it was "water color", I immediately sent an e-mail to correct the way they had ordered it... was told they could do nothing about ir... I sent two more e-mails but with no response... my account was charged immediately... very frustrated that a company would do this to a grieving mother... certainly won't be ordering anything else from them and from reading other reviews, this is their normal way of treating customers...
Ordered 2 masks 5 weeks ago with the understanding they would ship 1 to 2 weeks after ordering. In that timeframe I've asked them to cancel my order 10 separate times only to be ignored. How can a company stay in business when they care nothing for their customers?
Received the order (all items, masks and filters) on 6/23/20. Had reviewed scathingly on 6/3/20 and gave them 1 star. You will just need to be patient, and Brave New Look should notify up front that it could take up to 6 weeks or longer. Overall, pleased with order and would recommend!
Ordered Adult XL- received an adolescent Medium. Their response? Too bad. Read our FAQ page. No exchange, no refund. Basically they can send you what they want with no accountability. My advice- stay away.
I wish I read reviews prior to purchasing 2 masks. They promptly sent a confirmation email... but no masks! I have contacted them and received not response. I am now working with my credit card company. If I could give 0 stars I would. And their big claim was 'American Made'. That is why I ordered. Shame on them!
Ordered four face masks. It took four weeks to receive two masks which were cheap made in China junk which you can now buy anywhere for $2.00. Have yet to receive other two and doubt that I will. Cost me 67.00! Don't be as stupid as I was. Stay away from this terrible company.
I placed an order almost 30 days ago and have received no tracking info and each of my four attempts at reaching customer service have been met with an automated email.
Please don't purchase from this site, there are many other places with similar products and much better customer service.

Due to an incorrect address my order was sent back to BNL. It is impossible to get anything, but a canned answer from them. I sent proof that the order was sent back to them and all I get is an e-mail response saying
"Thanks for contacting us. I am so sorry for what happen to your order.
Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped it is more difficult for our end to change the details of your address.
Let me know if you have any questions. We're here to help."
Totally useless. Do Not Order from These People under any circumstances. You can find the same masks on Amazon.com from a better supplier and they will be delivered within a week.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They take your money, promise to send your order in 7-10 days and then have no intention of sending it. My order came five weeks after ordering. The product was inferior and the customer service awful. They provide the same canned responses to everyone. I have never seen a company get so many awful reviews. In fact, the couple that are positive must be from the company itself.
Wrote over 8 emails + pictures to try to correct an order and had only one response with no resolution. Placed an order on 8/16 received the wrong item, after weeks of waiting and over 2 months later I'm still trying to get them to respond. I was forced to dispute payment through the bank. To many companies that are reputable to waste your money on this one.
The rigid nose piece is so flimsy it won't hold the shape of my nose. It is off center and can't be replaced without tearing seams. The masks are poor quality and not worth the money at any cost. Also, the company only shipped one of two masks I paid for and the shipping email confirms they only shipped one. They will not respond to my requests to address their failure to fulfill the order.
Did not do my homework and read reviews before ordering. I ordered mask on April 26. My order was confirmed and that's it. With everything going on I figure it would take at least 2 weeks but nothing as of yet. Puzzled because I see where some have order in May and have received in about 2 weeks. My daughter is very big on reading reviews and the first thing she says is " they gotcha". I guess it's true!

Bought a pair of shoes - they were really poor quality and grossly over priced. They have no returns policy other than you can't return unless faulty. They are unhelpful and refer you to their FAQ.
Will never buy from them again and recommend that you don't
