Well, my rose of Sharon did not come out of dormancy, they were great, and gave me a store credit, I ordered a plum tree, and a magnolia, I paid more for the larger size. The magnolia was broke in half, and the plum tree a long stick, not one nice branch. They gave a credit on the magnolia, will do nothing about the plum so far. I paid more and ordered a cherry, asked to please not cut off the branches, so will see.

They also have awesome customer service and a great staff ready and willing to answer questions about the best plant options compatible (or not compatible) with temperature, planting zones, sunlight, and size, as well as caring for the plants.
