Brown Paper Tickets is without question one of the worst companies a person could ever work for. The so-called leaders are a complete disappointment—idle, detached, and utterly incompetent. Nothing meaningful ever gets done because those in charge seem more interested in showing off than leading. Many act with open hostility and arrogance, speaking down to employees as if respect were optional. It is a place that drains your motivation and punishes anyone who dares to care about their work.

I purchased tickets years ago for an event that was cancelled, yet I am still empty-handed. Reaching their so-called support was like shouting into a void, and when I finally got through, the response was dismissive, cold, and absolutely worthless. No effort, no accountability, nothing but empty words. After all this time, my money is still gone, and it feels like I have been strung along and ignored on purpose. This platform completely robbed us. As new business owners, we entrusted them to handle ticket sales for multiple shows, and to this day, they've never released the funds. There's no way to reach an actual person, only silence and false promises that lead nowhere. Their deceit forced us to drain our own savings just to keep our theatre alive, and the damage it caused was crushing. Years have passed, and they still haven't made things right. They pocketed money from families who supported our work and left us with nothing. This company is a disgrace, untrustworthy, predatory, and destructive. Avoid them at all costs.

The peoplke at BPT are dishonest and shameless. They make bold promises about payments of what they owe and never follow through—not a cent. Trying to get answers is a complete joke. You won't get help, only could, robotic replies that go nowhere. There is zero accountability, no intention to resolve anything. Choosing them was a massive mistake I regret every day. Do not fall for the same trap. You'll end up frustrated, ignored, and cheated.

We often receive conflicting instructions, and our schedules are a mess! I don't think I've had a peaceful moment during my whole stay here.
