Where is our money?!

I have been trying to contact Brown Paper Tickets for years because our money has still not been released. My organization partnered with them to sell tickets for an event and not a single cent has been paid out. Every attempt to reach someone results in nothing but automated replies and yet another form to complete, leaving this situation unresolved and infuriating.

Brown Paper Tickets provides horrible service to its clients. It's a huge waste of time dealing with this company because it's very inefficient. Payments are always sent late, and you'll often have to wait for long periods before getting what you're owed. You'll waste a lot of time waiting, and you'll also wait a lot of time trying to reason with the company's useless and clueless customer service!

The peoplke at BPT are dishonest and shameless. They make bold promises about payments of what they owe and never follow through—not a cent. Trying to get answers is a complete joke. You won't get help, only could, robotic replies that go nowhere. There is zero accountability, no intention to resolve anything. Choosing them was a massive mistake I regret every day.
