The peoplke at BPT are dishonest and shameless. They make bold promises about payments of what they owe and never follow through—not a cent. Trying to get answers is a complete joke. You won't get help, only could, robotic replies that go nowhere. There is zero accountability, no intention to resolve anything. Choosing them was a massive mistake I regret every day. Do not fall for the same trap. You'll end up frustrated, ignored, and cheated.
Nothing good comes from this company and its leadership. Besides the decent health benefits package, there's nothing good about working for Brown Paper Tickets. The compensation is below the industry average, and the leadership we have is too incompetent and immature. Also, we have a stressful and hectic work environment.

I used Brown Paper Tickets services for my one act play festival, Women At Play(s), which promotes women in the arts as well as diversity in MARCH 2020. They still have not given me all the ticket money that my audience members paid to see my show. I made numerous phone calls and sent emails with only an automated reply. I filed a complaint with the state of Washington which mandated them to pay. And I am still waiting for my money. Please be warned.
