Don't do business with this company. They lie about everything! You can call them with questions, but they will just give you the runaround. Was not even notified that the item that I ordered was out of stock. I am still waiting months later for a refund check. Their website is full of misinformation and so are the employees.

Incompetent beyond belief! I'll never buy through this group of vendors ever again!
After a week they still didn't ship a bunch of door knobs. This is not rocket science.
It seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They must pay their employees crap and hire incompetence to save money.

Bought lights for a kitchen remodel. Received them in 4 days. When the builder claimed their were problems with 3 of the 5 lights, I had replacements 48 hours later (turned out only one light was bad). No questions asked. Excellent customer service and prices were very competitive.

This is a reputable website with good customer service. I had no problem ordering home care and remodeling products from this site. Now days, I use home depot, because it is cheaper.

The prices on this site are often far higher than Amazon.com or even the big box hardware stores. Unless they carry something you can't find it elsewhere, there's no reason to buy from this site.

Fabulous experience all around! Fast shipping, good prices, everything came in good order. Placed many many orders through them and VERY HAPPY with this experience. Made the mistake of ordering one product they did not carry from ATG and it was a nightmare. Really put this company and their sub companies (faucet direct) in perspective. Cannot say enough good about them.
