Ordered paint took money but did not supply paint. Cannot be contacted ignore emails and phone calls
This company sends an instant email confirming they've received your order then you get your paint in 2 days with tracking information paints4u.com
Ordered 2 lots of paint 3 weeks ago. Wish I had checked this site first. Now I think I have lost my £25.00
Just like most of the others reviewing this company I have paid my money and got nothing in return despite emails, don't even bother trying to phone. The only way I could find to email these cowboys was via the webmail form on the site so don't forget to copy and paste somewhere what and when you send as You won't have a record in your email. These people certainly know what they are about.
There are several suggestions to contact West Lothian Trading Standards, which I did but incredibly I got the following reply:

They still however seem to offer a free service to Businesses! You couldn't make it up.
I will jump through the hoops suggested I suppose because even though it is only a small amount of money other people may lose more and they deserve to have some action taken against them. I think they probably rely on people not bothering to pursue these things for small amounts, but small amounts multiplied thousands of times is a lot, so use the information in here to make a complaint if you need to, and if you haven't yet bought, Don't.
My paint has not arrived and like the other reviews carpaintrepair.co.uk is not responding to my mails or answering its phone.
Avoid.
I orderd some touch up paint on 13-1-13.It took 4 weeks to turn up. After lots of e mails and unanswared phone calls.
Same as the others, ordered, money taken and no goods, no response to emails and phone not answered, stay well away.
Took my money, no paint, no communication possible.
Will have to pursue this via my credit card co.
Wish I'd seen this site before...
I have read all the bad reviews, but in thier defence i found they did exactly what they said on the tin. Tim.
Impossible to contact, no delivey of order placed 12th April.
