After reading reports I was apprehensive, but already having ordered I was pleasantly surprised as I received received good communication followed by product within 7 days - good colour match - no problems.
Rip off, ordered paint, over a week later they sent paint which was completely the wrong colour. No will not answer phone or emails, avoid at all costs!
Same complaint as everyone else. 2 weeks on, several emails and eventually a refund. DO NOT USE this awful company. I wish I had read these reviews earlier.
Don't get sucked into this company - they just want your money. They'll probably go bankrupt and then re-invent the company under a different name, goodbye £34!
Ordered paint got email asking for code. Sent code nearly three weeks and nothing has arrived. They are a shambles. I will be informing trading standards
Orderd paint online never recieved anything i have rung, emailed and even wrote to the company with no reply, so they have my money and i have nothing unfortunetly i paid on a debit card so theres nothing the bank can do.
Received my paint in good time! However it was the wrong shade tried to contact them by phone left a message tried to email and as of yet no reply will contact trading standards
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I too have been ripped off by this, er, organisation. Took an inflated payment (VAT and mandatory ''express'' delivery doubled the advertised price) and have not received the product. It is now ten days since I placed the order. They are NOT on the phone as advertised, have not returned any calls nor responded to emails.
Blah blah, same as everyone else they take your money and delivery nothing.
