I waited a little over a week after placing my order without hearing any updates. I followed up asking about order timing and I was provided with tracking info the same day. Ultimately the bottle arrived in great shape, so no complaints there. I just would've appreciated better communication in between since it was an expensive bottle already and I paid a higher price at Cask Cartel than other sites had listed because I trusted their claim that they could find bottles that other sites might not actually have in stock. I am not unhappy overall, but I'm left wondering if I could've paid less and received my order sooner from a competing site.
My bottle was actually damaged before it was packaged. Cask Cartel would do nothing because "route" denied the claim. I paid and ordered from cask cartel, proved the damages with photos. Spoke to half a dozen of people and no one wanted to take responsibility. Michelle (assistant manager) actually said to me that if route (whoever that is) doesn't pay that you are SOL. Her exact words... really? You will be "$#*! out of luck" if you have a problem. They will not stand behind what you order! Below is pictures of what I ordered, what I paid and then... what I actually got. Bottle damaged, seal broken and liquid only 3/4 of the bottle. Would you drink this?
Ordered weeks ago, never got an update. Called twice and both times, delayed shipping on my item, and they'll get back to me asap. This was meant to be a gift, and is now weeks late. NEVER AGAIN! I'll be sure to post these reviews everywhere I can.
Little slow on processing and delivery. Pretty expensive for one bottle of mixer, (Over $120.00).
Cost $16.00 to $18.00 at a local store in my city. Just hard to find in my city is why I ordered it online.
Products are great, however their pricing needs some major help. Can find same products at local liquor stores for $10 to $25 cheaper a bottle. If I was ordering a rare item, I would definitely look here for supply, or go and see what your local liquor store could order for you to save some money.
In a world where anything can be shipped within two days, this shipment was heavily delayed. I'm sure 5 years ago, it would have been complexity acceptable, however now the resources are there to pack, ship and deliver within 2-5 days

Package arrived safely with signature required. It took 12 days to arrive - which seemed really long for processing (not UPS's fault) and was quite a bit a higher than many other suppliers. I should have done my research before hand.

I was so impressed with how carefully and conscientiously my bottles (and surprise glasses!) were packed. They delivered right on time, too. I would absolutely recommend Cask Cartel for any alcohol needs.

Order arrived late after Xmas. Delivery didn't make us sign for it-also put in up against our garage and had I taken my other car out in the morning I would have ran it over and ruined it. Customer service was good when I asked about order. Nice that it came with an extra drink as a 'thank you'

Buyer beware. They have a no-refund policy and will not ship your order on time. Many excuses, a waste of time to trade emails with them. There are much better sites out there, click past this one for sure and save the headache.
Michelle from the escalation team was able to locate a retailer for the second item I had purchased after the first vendor did not have it in stock. Though it took additional time to be delivered, Michelle advised she monitored the progress of my order daily and provided email updates every few days to alleviate any concerns over the delay.

Ordered an advent, tracking number was never sent. In 4 weeks was watching a courier trying to deliver it 3 times from my door cam, I was on vacation so couldn't sign upon receiving it which is a must for alcohol. Support is helpless, they said that it hasn't yet entered the US when it basically was at my door. Did not even apologise for inconveniences. Who cares how good the product is if you got no chance to receive it?..

Over the last 7-8 years really good Bourbon has been becoming increasingly harder and harder to get. You walk into a local liquor store and they laugh at you if you mention Buffalo Trace or some of the others. So what to do? Deal with on-line companies and pay outrageous prices for something that would retail for about half the price at other places. The alternative is to "know someone" within liquor store/distribution circles. Most of the good stuff doesn't even make it to the shelves before it's gone.

I ordered 3 bottles of Bourbon from Cask Cartel, was charged for them and only received one. I raised issue with Cask Cartel customer service and provided information as well as pictures of incorrect order. I followed up email with call and actually spoke to customer service who said they were working on the issue. Cask Cartel replies on 3rd party to fulfill orders and don't have inventory of all or part of what is displayed on website. I requested update from them since we had 4 weeks to correct before Christmas. Of course credit card was fully charged. I am still waiting for an update from customer service. As of 12/26/2021

Cask Cartel took my request and delivered an insanely hard to get bottle of Black Art 7.1.It got to me sooner than I expected, being it was ordered at Christmas time and at a price that beat 3 other shops by far. Hats off to the crew at Cask Cartel. Thanks again.

There was over a week's delay between when a tracking number was sent to me and when FedEx received my product for shipment. I had to reach out to CaskCartel via email about nonshipment and did not receive a follow-up. The delivery was supposed to require an adult signature. However, it was left on my front step without one. There's no transparency in who is sending the product; Cask Cartel operates more like a broker, and per their policies, it can take up to 30 days to receive an order. I will not be ordering from Cask Cartel again.
I was able to get the Marchino Cherry Liquor without any issues. I cook with alcohol all the time. When I find a recipe that requires a hard-to-find item I like being about to get it. Having at home delivery is the most convenient way to shop now a-days. I don't know how many times this would have been handy in the past. It came fast despite Labor Day. I suggest ordering in bulk if that would improve the cost of shipping.
