I have been a customer of Catherine's for years and never had reason to complain about anything I bought from them. However, it has been a few years since I purchased anything. My sister told me about some jeans she bought recently so I thought I would give them a try. I bought them online in June 2021 and received them in July. I had to have them hemmed so didn't wear them until toward the end of July. I don't leave the house much so I only wore my new jeans once or twice a week for a few hours each time. A few weeks ago I was pulling them on and realized the waistband had completely separated from the jeans for about 2 to 3 inches. So, I took them off and then saw a hole the size of a dime where the brad holds the pocket on the jeans! I was mortified thinking I just showed off my underwear at the grocery store to whomever might have been behind me! So, I called customer Service and told them what had happened and the lady I spoke to told me to email all the information with some pictures and I should hear back within three or four days. So I never heard anything and after a week and a half I called back and that person told me that's not what should've happened and told me basically too bad so sad! I asked to speak to a manager and he basically said the same thing. I had asked for a replacement pair of jeans or a refund and they basically said no that my 30 days to return something was long past and so they wouldn't do anything. At that point it had been about 2 1/2 months. I don't think a $50 pair of jeans should have fallen apart that quickly. Anyway I was mad and frustrated so I told the guy screw you and your company and he told me same to you. Needless to say I would give them a rating of an F and I will never buy anything from them again.
Poor return service. No packing slip enclosed and no idea of the date or ditem number. Too many emails
Item did not get to me it sat in Fayetteville NC from September 17until who knows when.Supposed to receive 22nd then 25th and tonight it still sits in Fayetteville NC

If you want an item in a timely manner do not order from Catherine's. Shipping is awful. Sat waiting to be picked up for 10 days.
Takes FOREVER to get your order once placed and the sizing is horrible! I am a 2X - but their 1X is WAY too big but the OX/XL is way too small? Makes no sense - it's just one size down.
The sizes are all over the place, and the customer service is bullsh#t. I ordered 6 items, paid nearly $40 for shipping. Five of the items were ridiculously big. I had measured my waist, hips, and bust, and I studied the size charts for each item. I also read reviews to see if items ran small or big. The one item that was not huge on me (6-8 inches too big) was a pantsuit 2 sizes smaller than I usually wear (I read reviews that all Said It ran huge so I ordered 2 sizes smaller). Everything else I ordered was literally 6-8 inches too big. Clearly not as advertised.
But beware. You will be expected to pay for return shipping, on top of paying a lot for shipping of bad products to you in the first place.
I have spoken to 2 supervisors and will have to return the items at my cost to the one location in my town from which I can ship it (40 mins out of my busy schedule). Then I will have to confirm a refund to my Amex account, and then I will have to call Catherine's again to request (again) a refund of this shipping cost ($10.99)... to return items that were falsely advertised. Let me be clear... I don't give a flying *******@ck about ten dollars and 99 cents. However, I do care about businesses doing the right thing. And making me spend literally hours of my precious time to make sure that they do the right thing... and that they not get away with screwing their customers with false advertising and ridiculous shipping costs (hello, anyone heard of free 2-day shipping from Amazon?)... well, this is why I am warning potential customers. Please be clear: Catherine's clothing is absolute crap, and no one at Catherine's cares that it's crap. You have been warned.
Funny note: When I called Catherine's about this situation, the number I dialed (the number listed on their website) was identified by my phone as SCAM LIKELY. That's the damn truth.
Do not pay with a pay pal credit you can not return it to a store what a joke but you can pay for your item with it but have to mail it back wtf.
