I wish I could give them 0 stars. I ordered a saree from then about two weeks ago. Immediately after I placed the order, I cancelled it because I no longer needed it. I called to cancel and explained that I no longer need the product as the event I bought it for got cancelled. They assured they would cancel it and refund would be issued. I also sent an email so that there was no confusion about when I sent the cancellation request. Five days later, my order still hadn't been cancelled and I kept getting these emails asking me to submit measurements for the blouse. I called them again only to find out that they hadn't even approved the cancellation request because "they were trying to get in touch with me to talk me into not cancelling the order". I thought it was really abusrd because I had clearly told them that I didn't need the product. After a long discussion, they finally agreed to cancel my order. You guessed it right- they still haven't cancelled my order and god know how long the actual refund process is going to take. I emailed them multiple times and I get the same "Your order will get cancelled within 24-48 hours" message. I don't think they have any intention of refunding my money. They are probably holding their breath thinking that I will eventually give up and stop following up about my refund. If it was a small amount I wouldn't even bother that much but its $150 down the drain. Please stay away from this company, try Utsav or Mirraw, my relatives have used them and don't seem to have an issue with them. I was thinking of complaining to Better Business Bureau but looks like they are based out of India. Before, spending your hard earned money here, please think a dozen times. They have terrible customer service and are basically thieves.
