I'm so confused on why Cheap Caribbean is getting such a low rating. We have booked so many times with no issues. Many different resorts, many did destinations. All great easy experiences. Most importantly you can't beat the pricing. Trust me we've looked all around. Try it. You won't regret it!

We went to the Cheap Caribbean website. Choose all-inclusive. Put in our origin, destination, and dates. A list of about 6 resorts come up. We picked the Marriott St Kitts. Paid the $4000 for the week. Got to St Kitts and discovered that it was not an all-inclusive trip? Why does a website that asks you if you want to have an all-inclusive have you press that button then send you to an area that is not that? We arrived a day late, American Airlines fault, got our luggage 3 days late, again American Airlines fault. Were told by the Mariott that they would refund us a day because we only stayed 6 days ($305.09). Mariott gave Cheap Scam Caribbean $305 but Cheap Scam Caribbean won't give us the $305.09 back. SCAMMERS / SCAMMERS / SCAMMERS. They said you can come back on our site and spend the $305 there. There is no way in hades they are getting me on that website again. Whatever you do be very careful if you go to Cheap SCAMMERS Caribbean. PS: I could have bought the airline tickets from the airline direct and call the Marriott in St Kitts for cheaper than I paid to CHEAP SCAMMERS CARIBBEAN! Ed Greutman

This company is scammers please read the reviews. They tell you to get travel protection and don't honor the plan. I lost out on money because they refuse to refund me my money and said theirs a fine print no please pay attention and don't get scam like me. This company needs to be shut down immediately taken advantage of senior citizens.

They make it sound smooth and easy then do not follow through. We were going with another couple and they got cancelled because of no follow ip by these incompetent folks. They were using credits and were told to check in three days. Went to check and were cancelled. We decided not to go because when we checked ours also had not been updated. Refuse to refund only give you credits even if it is their fault. If it were it for the credits I would never use these incompetent souls again. Very ugly experience and costly

Booked a trip five months out then canceled within four hours. Cheap Caribbean forgot to tell the finance company then only credited the flight. They are refusing to credit the hotel. Such a scam, don't waste your time it money. They are fraudulent!

We booked a 5 day all inclusive vacation that included flight. Upon checking in we discovered that the "ALL Inclusive" price did not include any bag; not even carry on! That added an extra $200 to our trip. So Stay away from this website and book elsewhere the headache of dealing with these people, their scam-like practices and their poor customer service is not worth the money you are supposedly saving up front.

We were supposed to travel in April 2020 and the pandemic hit. Obviously we could not go on the trip. We were specifically told they were refunded by the Airline, but did not refund us that portion and only gave us site credit. My wife and I cannot use the credits in 2021 for various reasons and asked to book for May 2022, yet they refuse to do so saying the deadline is December 2021. I called in 3+ times to speak to a supervisor for an extension, explaining our circumstances. Each time they "transferred" me, I got disconnected. This company is now stealing $2500 from us since we cannot use the credit in 2021. Completely unethical & unprofessional. Shame on this company. Avoid them at all costs.

I was so disappointed in Cheap Caribbean. We had gone through them several years ago, and we're quite satisfied. Not this time!
Some of the photos of the hotel on their website were definitely not taken there! They showed the pool with umbrellas, which we're not available. As someone who has a allergy to the sun, this prevented me from spending time at the pool. The first day we got here we were unable to get dinner, as you had to reserve before we got there.
No beach access for the next two years. Cheap Caribbean failed to let us know about that. We saw it in a review a couple of weeks before our trip, and reached out to Cheap Caribbean to see if we could change hotels, even upgrade if needed. THEY NEVER RESPONDED!
So disappointed. Use any travel site other than Cheap Caribbean, it would have to be better than this!

Our flight was cancelled and Spirit refund us the cost of tickets, $581.98, but transferred to their credit card, since they had it in the file. I tried to transfer this refund from Cheap Caribbean to me, no luck. They do everything to keep your money. I sent 5 emails, and 2 calls with waiting time 60 min.

Discussed with everything! They want money as much as they can. From the 5 times I've called only one person who genuinely helped me and was honest. Others lie not to refund money or lie and trick you into buying again the trip. Today was the last stra 3 hours waiting to be told I have to pay just for air fare same amount i paid for 7 day all inclusive fee.
Ill be complaining to the government page of US.GOV/TRAVEL(for anyone who needs it is there or just google government travel agency complaint and look for the government page.

Purchased a vacation package to Mexico all inclusive and got double charged as CheapCaribbean website experienced technical issues. I ended up with two reservations resulting in duplicate booking. It was nightmare to fight for a refund which is still in 'process' every time I call (for the last 3-4 weeks) and spend more than 2 hours on the phone weekly with Customer Service Team. The customer service is ridiculous and nobody knows what's going on. Every time I call I am being promised to receive a refund but nothing is done. Be aware it's a scam! They try to make it difficult for you so you give up and forget about your money.

This is my second time using cheap Caribbean, And I have to say my experience both times so far have been nothing but absolutely amazing! I got the greatest deals. I can possibly get after searching for a month They are #1 in my book. I will be traveling to Cancun in September for an all inclusive adult only vacation
I had to cancel my vacation. In total I paid over 2000. My refund was originally 800 because of so many penalties they charge then they told me 600 then a week later they said it was only 430. Do not use this site. Horrible customer service too!

We exclusively use cheap caribbean, for booking trips. We appreciate that recognize healthcare workers, and we have used that discount many times. We just booked a trip to jamaica, for October, i always look at prices. Every trip cheap caribbean is cheaper, than even using my American airlines vacation discounts. A few years ago we had a resort that sustained a fire, and Cheap caribbean guided us through switching resorts, for s seamless travel with no extra costs.
Worst customer support ever! For our trip from Dallas to Cancun, they booked us on Sun Country Airline where our departing flight was cancelled and missed the first day of our vacation. I spent the next few days trying to extend our stay but no luck; they were like No credit, no small refund, no extended stay, nothing! Everyone stay away from this awful company.

I booked a trip for my me and my friend. We called to change the date and add a person, well not only did we have to call 4 times because, they didn't add our third person, but they also never issued airline tickets for 2 of us in the group! I was on hold for 4 hours for the third day when the agent said he'll call me back with confirmation number for the tickets once they've been issued. He never called me back! I called them back and they suddenly don't have my reservation number or my name and any of my group members name in the system. She asked me if I was sure their company emailed me confirmation (proof below)! There is no supervisor to speak to and I'm told there's nothing that can be done to help me! I would never use this company. They're a scam/fraud/ out to get your money!

We booked a trip to Aruba through this site. They advertised FREE BREAKFAST at hotel as promotion and failed to honor it. Despite me showing screenshots. They are useless. They then said it was based on availability—- then don't advertise something you can't offer! Total let down.

Was told was getting a refund back in April of 2020 and that we would have the money by our trip in August, they then sent out a message their system was changing. It changed in July, 2020 and it then reset our refund. So as of today still no refund. Was given two refunds at the resort on top of it by the same company said it would take no longer then 10 business to receive, still no refund. Have used this company many times and I think now I am done. As anyone can see below, we were suppose to get just on this one of three refunds 344.not including the other two. Not happy

Cheap Caribbean picked an airport 4 hours from our destination in the Dominican Republic. Not being familiar, we didn't realize this until we booked it. When trying to call to change to the closest airport, we were charged a lot more money. Every other time we went in like we were booking a new trip it never did this. I explained there is no way we chose this other airport, but no one cared. Hold times are crazy, over an hour on the phone. You can tell they work at home you can hear dogs barking in the background. Even after asking for a supervisor there was no positive outcome. The resort was also rated 5 stars, but there is no way that is possible. Stick with Apple vacations or any other company, as Cheap Caribbean clearly tries to deceive and they do not care at all about the customer.

Just because Cheap Caribbean has the best deals doesn't mean they only got cheap resort yes the super super cheap ones probably are ghetto. But the one you pay for that are amazing resort are worth it... I notice that people on here probably don't buy travel insurance when they travel. Which is a clear indication that they are not very smart in general when it comes to spending money. Best experience ever. Amazing vacation to Cancun and Dominican Republic. I have used Cheap Caribbean multiple times for our Caribbean travels. I do not book online, I always call and talk to a representative. All the rep's are very helpful and go out of their way to get you what you want.

Hi there, first of all, I just want to thank you so much for doing the right thing and refunding me! It was a completely honest mistake and I would've loved to have booked that vacation with you guys.
Secondly, I really do think that you should bump up this issue to your web development team so that they can fix it. All they would need to do is include the currency type USD in any of the two previous confirmation screens instead of after the user has confirmed and paid for the order - which it does do (see screenshot). On a globally operating website, including the dollar sign does not indicate the type of currency, just that the number is in fact a currency. There's no indication to me, the user, where your operation is based, so the assumption is that you are operating in my local currency.
Lastly, thank you personally for being a great customer service representative and solving my issue instead of pawning it off on somebody else :).
