I'm so confused on why Cheap Caribbean is getting such a low rating. We have booked so many times with no issues. Many different resorts, many did destinations. All great easy experiences. Most importantly you can't beat the pricing. Trust me we've looked all around. Try it. You won't regret it!
My mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer two weeks after we booked a trip with Cheap Caribbean so we had to try and change or cancel our trip. No option to change and no refund option, spent $4,00 on the trip and received $1,200 in future credits. If you have other booking options, I suggest using another provider, what an awful experience during difficult time. Do better Cheap Caribbean.
Amazing customer service and will help you from the first moment to the last on arrangements, excursions, etc. What I love most about this company is the range. No matter what your range is for pricing or booking they have everything. We were able to stay in one of the cleanest, most beautiful resorts in Aruba, and the excursions to the ruins and flamingos were unforgettable.

I had to cancel my flight because my grandson died sadly.
Cheap Caribbean gave me travel credit for the hotels stay and said I need to email United airlines myself for a refund. I did and United airlines gave me a refund back not travel credit, this is where cheap Caribbean stole my refund then posted it as travel credit when I questioned after 5 weeks.They did not email me of credit received from the airlines until I called.
This company is a total rip off.
Me and my husband had booked our first wedding anniversary through Cheap Caribbean and unfortunately at the time Hurricane Fiona went through Punta Cana - which is where we were supposed to go. So I had called them numerous times not asking for my money back, but just to let us reschedule for another day when it's safer. Again we couldn't go due to a natural disaster.
They credited us portion of the money (not to our bank account, it's still with them and we have a year to use it) and are penalizing us with $450, which is ridiculous.
Never ever will I book through this website.
Terrible customer service, all I hear is lies and when I ask to speak to a supervisor, supervisor doesn't exist. What kind of a business are they running with no supervisor.

They should take it no to consideration.
I want a full cr. For future time that all.
But no they took some money for air and a cr off 900 dollars for hotel only. I did not even get a brake down of charges. Going to see if American can help. Please be aware…..

I purchased the cheapCaribbean.com travel insurance plus. When I tried to use the insurance all I got from their operators was lies and misinformation. They tried to lie what was in the contract and then changed their stories when I read the contract to them. This happened over and over. They wanted me to pay to change my reservation even though that's what the insurance is for. 9400 dollar vacation plus 672 for the insurance and they wanted me to pay to change even though the contract states changes are allowed with the insurance. I feel robbed and they done have a real claims site. You can only call their *******322 number that is a call center in Mexico. No hello what's so ever. I've emailed them and sent them a comment through their website and I've heard nothing. Total farce and a breach of contract.

I have to admit I ended up having no problems with this website. I booked airfare + hotel in Mexico and was able to enjoy both. There were moments of anxiety because it was a little difficult to receive a boarding pass. If I had nothing but my CC emails to off of, they wouldn; t have meant much. Thankfully, united airlines also sent me an email, with a confirmation code I could use to get my boarding pass. This was my first time using CC, but I would use it again.
0 customer service, run far away from this website, and do not use it! If everything is good in a perfect world your experience may be ok, but as soon as something goes wrong they do everything they can to screw you out of anything they can! American Airlines delayed our flight which made us miss a connecting flight. It caused chaos and hell for a night and now no one will do anything to compensate us! We had to spend a fortune to get us and our 3 children back home and no one will pay up! Cheap Caribean says contact AA and AA says contact CC because we booked with them!

After switching a reservation and being told to rebook another one paying out of my own pocket, I was told I would get reimbursed via travel credits. After numerous phone calls to this company, I was given a different answer every single time. "That department is closed" or "we will call you back in a few days". Long story short, I have lost $800 that I will never get back. I will never use this company again and I would strongly urge you to do the same.

Purchased a honeymoon for our son. He was paralyzed in a motorcycle accident after we booked. Called to cancel. They would not give money back nor would they put the credit in our name (since we paid for it even though their policy states that only the cardholder. Myself & husband…could make changes or cancellations to the reservation. Our son will not be able to travel for quite a few years…but the credit is only good for a year! COMPLETE RIP-OFF!

I used cheap caribbean for q mini vacation for my youngest daughter and myself. The hotel we selected was rated as a five star hotel, but in reality was a terrible place to stay. NOW Emerald in Cancun its old, and not cared for. Food options are limited and not the best, and customer service was awful. I will never use Cheap Caribbean again. Very dissapponted and feel

My friends and I just used this site to book a cruise. Great deals and the customer reviews on all of the resorts were very helpful. Due to those candid and insightful reviews, we felt a cruise was more up our alley. We got a great deal, especially for booking for a holiday weekend.
STAY far away from this company! We booked a trip WITH their "insurance" policy and they can't give us an estimated timeframe on our refund. One girl on our trip has been waiting over FOUR MONTHS for a refund. This is not compliant with the Department of Transportation! This company is fraudulent. Save your money and the hassle they do not care about you!

We used Cheap Caribbean for our trip to Aruba. They made the process so seamless and enjoyable! They also gave us advice for our trip. They always respond right away and have great customer service. Highly recommend.
This site is literally just people wanting your money! They had me call for 2 weeks all so they could keep my money at the end. The customer service was horrible they kept sending me to new people and still wouldn't give me a clear answer. I can honestly say this was my worst experience ever all to just loose my money to these people who don't even care for their customers.

In a haste, I booked a vacation and ended up being over charged 750 when compared to a competitor site.
They did not price match and made me jump through hoops just to tell me in the end the hotel didnt price match and I wasnt able to cancel the trip. I am not even looking forward to going now and Im very bitter about this.

Booked a trip and ended up having to leave early and use the insurance purchased all to find out you need to jump threw hoops to get any money back. The insurance they offer is a joke and their reps are just as bad as all you get is sorry there is nothing I can do.

My flight from Jamaica was delayed several times and eventually cancelled. When calling cheapcarribean I received no answer because it was after hours?!?! The customer service number I could get through wouldn't/ "couldn't" help because we were still on our vacation. Will never use this miserable company or recommend it again.

Booked through them, trip was canceled because of weather by the airlines not me, called to reschedule and was told trip was not canceled, finally was told oh yes it was. Then they rescheduled for following week, sent confirmation airline booking etc. was scheduled to leave at 7:15 on Wednesday morning Tuesday my wife tried to book us on the flight and was told the reservation had been canceled. Tried to call cheap Caribbean and no answer and still no resolution. Finally had to dispute through CC company and still waiting to see how that turns out...

After considering both sides. 30 days to get money back, just makes no sense. I purchased the vacation and canceled on the same day. Being a business owner myself, it was just a simple reverse the transaction process, the company just seems real shady. I really hope they give me my money back before 30 days.

Cheap Caribbean is run by a bunch of scam artists! I was told at time of cancellation I would receive a refund for our trip ($3,226.44) only to be told a month later when I called to see why I hadn't received the money that we will only be getting travel credits. Had I been informed of this at time of cancellation, I would have never cancelled. They are making SO much money off of scamming people like this.

Nota big issue with my reservation.It was trying to find a decent flight with a shorter layover. Once I finally did, the flight went up $150 for each person.Flight prices vary. Other than that, hotel prices stayed. I booked anyway. Its just what it is now!
WORST experience ever and will never use this company again! Do not book with them! TERRIBLE customer service! There website constantly has "technical difficulties" when trying to complete a booking, and when you call them to complete the booking due to the websites "error" they come up with a WAY higher price then the price that was provided to you at the time of checkout.
