CheapOair

I have used several other travel sites but, by far, prefer Cheap O Air. They have been able to get me booked on international flights when other airline carriers were unable to. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Please give layouts of airports so that a passenger can find the gate for their connecting flight. I ended up missing my connection to Dubai in Montreal due to not knowing where to go. It was late at night and most of the service desks were closed. I called the airline (American) and I was put on hold by the airline for over an hour. This caused me to miss another flight that left that night. I ended up sleeping in the airport due to a large convention in town.
Also, my baggage was two days late getting to me. I understand this is an airline problem, but I just wanted to voice it.

I feel that charging for notifications on flight Information is ridiculous. That should be provided just like the airlines do. After paying over $700.for a.ticket, I am truly disappointed in cheapoair.

My children and grandchildren live in Southern California so I always try to fly down from Oregon at least once to twice a year to see them. Cheapoair makes it affordable to be able to do that. I have been using CheapOair for over 20+ years and will continue to use for another 20+ more.

I had already booked a ticket for August 7-14,2024. An emergency came up in Minneapolis. I had to cancel my trip, even though I wanted to reschedule I did not get a refund or credit. I was told "Oh, that money is gone" I would think twice about booking CheapO next trip.

IF I have all my information it is wonderful to use your too free line. In particular Boyd from India was very helpful at 8 pm tonight.
IF not I've made my reservations thru your website successfully.

It was good. The price seemed to be changing a lot on other sites, so I found cheapOair to have friendly face with phone number to call just in case and I wanted to book before the price went up anymore.

Excellenet! EXactly what they promised they delivered. No complaints! Plus I got an immediate call after my booking to add insurance which i thought was a bit dodgy but in fact it was authentic incase others wonder when they get the call!

Very good very easy to book and the accommodations are good. On my return trip, I hope the accommodations will be as well

I had a terrible experience with this booking. Didn't realize l had to confirm my flight 24 hours before. I was bumped off my flight. And and dragged all around the airport. Didn't get to Tucson until almost 12:00 midnight. Instead of getting to Tucson at 8:37 AM Tuesday morning, 20 August. Totally wiped out and disgusted.

This has been a good experience for the prices for airline tickets. The 1 thing I dislike is the representative calling after I place my order. They try to up-sale and are so pushy that I have hung up with the representative 4 out 4 times I've placed my airline tickets.

I was calling the agent to assist me because I was trying to have online check in today around 7am Aug 31 US time but they don't assisted my perfectly. My boyfriend noticed it so he said I paid for this trip on your app but you will just said we will contact the alaska airlines. They should assist us properly so after that my boyfriend told the agent so the girl agent assist us already. The agent maybe busy because we can hear noise from background maybe she's working remotely from here home

Impressed i got a call after booking as i was upset that the "skip" to book a seat MADE me pay for a seat-the skip kept going back to make me book a seat. I told your rep and she put in a request to stop the seat booking to my card... we'll see! Very impressive. I would use you again just to get a personal call each time i book! Thank you.

As per my classmate's guidance, I book the ticket thru CheapOair service. This is the first time but I am happy with your service. It's fast, safe and convenience! I will use your service for my future trips.

I recently booked a flight through CheapOair, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The site has a ton of options, and I found some really great deals. The booking process was simple and straightforward, which I appreciated.

Was talking to an agent named Harold, while talking to him, at the end of the call, I got disconnected and could not get back to give feedback.

I am really thankful and really appreciate the help extended by Harold who was very friendly and helpful in doing the booking. I would like to give him the full rating for the same.

So far I have not had any issues with nothing. When I've had questions I've always been able to contact someone I mean it's taken a while to get in contact with someone but that's expected every where. Thanks

Very good service except flight changes are far too expensive. Please relook into this. Can you also consider a user friendly assist service. I have been asking about Transit VISA FOR UK with no answers and if ia need one for this flight with a South African passport

I am just kidding about I was worried I would have to sell a kidney to visit my kids! I liked the interface I was confuse by the offer of a different date but I figured out at the end and if it meeans saving, well it was a nice way to do it at the end I saved 100+ and to fly 24 hours later.

The first agent did not acknowledged my request for my trip itinerary! Val, the agent that I talk to now was very professional and agreed that he will sent me my booking itinerary printed schedules!
