I tried to book a flight from Vancouver to Toronto on cheapoair. The website gave a result to fly from Vancouver to Toronto but also the results to fly from Vancouver to Kitchener. It did not clearly State Vancouver To Kitchner, it only had the airport codes. I booked a flight based on my search result and booked a flight to Kitchener instead. A few hours later I checked my email confirmation and noticed that I booked a flight to Kitchener and when I called in I got hung up on three times after waiting an hour. The fourth time I finally got through to someone and he put me on hold and said he was going to transfer me over to someone and hung up on me as well but when I asked for a credit. Worst customer service ever. I had to call the airline to cancel my flight and they charged me a total of $240 and credit me back the difference. When cheapo air could've done it for me without any cost because it was their fault on their website. The website is very misleading and deceiving and does not clearly state what you're booking even though your search results are different.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
