Do not book with cheapoair they are cheater and they do not maintain what they say not trustful company..

It's totally disappointing. It's been 2years now waiting for my voucher until now I didn't receive it. I'd try to call them but they hang up the phone.

After my travel was cancel by air fly Cheapoair told me I need wait for 12 weeks to get my money back, after 12 weeks no money back and they ask me to resolve the problem with a air fly company, they wash the hands to solve my problem. Why I need wait Cheapoair 12 weeks if I can solve the problem in one week with the air fly company. I will never more use Cheapoair they are really fast to get your money and really cheap in solve the problems.

Very well put together and easy to navigate. I appreciated the complete hotel and car rental options even though I didn't book one this time.

It was okay just a little trouble trying to make sure everything was in the right order hard to read the flight information clearly. My address is not right on the contact information I have I carry on bag. And my seat information was blank. If any of this matters or not I don't know

I'll start by saying I've almost always booked through cheapoair because of the slightly cheaper prices. Now, I'm over it because the few bucks saved doesn't compare to the headaches I get each time booking through them. So, my dad had a flight last night and when he got to the airport he was denied boarding because cheapoair sent the old itinerary with no PNR number or e ticket number or anything of the sort. The people there tried so hard trying to figure out a way to get my dad on the flight but without a number of any sorts they just couldn't. I was on the phone back and forth with my dad and the people working there to figure out a way to get some number but nothing st all was emailed to me or was on the ticket.

Now I've been calling them all day and each time I wait an hour or so on the phone and I'm hung up on minutes after the conversation stays! The last call, all I jade the chance to say was how are you and he hung up. I'm actually on hold again as I write this. I spoke to the last gentleman and he said it was my dad's fault because he didn't show up. I told him he did show up and it turned out cheapoair had emailed the old itinerary and it still didn't even have an e ticket number or PNR number, and he said I can find a new ticket and I'll still have to pay the fare difference if it's more.

Before this trip, I had contacted air canada to confirm my itinerary because cheapoair doesn't guarantee a confirmation and says you have to call yourself to ensure you have a trip booked. The woman I spoke with from Air Canada had even mentioned to me that people book through cheapoair but the company never does the work on their end and puts extra strain on airlines and passengers. And now I COMPLETELY agree! This will be the last time I book through cheapoair. I'll pay an extra hundred and book through an airline directly because they actually answer your questions, help you resolve the issue, and DON'T HANG UP ON YOU REPEATEDLY. Lesson learned and I urge everyone to do the same.
