You need to keep tabs and pay attention to your listings sometimes, but when it comes to customer service, they are some of the best I have encountered. I have had several issues (mostly of my own doing) and every time, they have made it right. Celia Yang is a true professional, and takes good care of her customers.

Those for whom it works, I say 'good for you'. For those of us experiencing problems however - yes, PLURAL - it's a tale of multiple woes. 1; Customer (on ebay) contacted me (thankfully NOT filing a dispute first as many others do) and informed me she'd received the wrong item - remember that store orders are actually synchronised to CJ platform so, item SKU was correct. Took two weeks of my customer's patience and a lot of chasing/explaining by me to CJ before resolved. 2; Customer (on ebay again) went straight into filing a dispute demanding a return & refund because the specs differ from description. Ebay bills me as we all know and withholds my funds. CJ automatically REFUSED my application for return/refund with the response 'Correct item sent' - even though I stated 'Not as described'. After escalating this matter, we're now in the fourth week and yet to be resolved. CJ have NOT held the vendor/supplier to account for incorrect specs and these remain unchanged. I took it upon myself to warn others whom I saw advertising these on ebay. 3; Customer (ebay) asks for whereabouts of his order: Indicated as despatched and completed but had still not been handed over to courier (Yodel portal indicates awaiting receipt). Excuse given by CS: 'Scanning problems. Wait 48 hours...' Huh, my customer will have waited a fortnight by then and we all know what will happen from ebay's end. Total transactions: 11 - one of which was a re-order to replace their incorrect item sent as above so, realistically 10 orders 'fulfilled' with 3 failures. That's a 30% failure rate and because of that return, I'm actually financially worse off by £25 - cost of item AND ebay's P&P charge less those that were successful. All that hassle when only trying to make barely £1 profit per item (due to CJ prices and level of competition. Immediate term: I'll remain with them - for the time being but, I only sell two items via them and infrequently at that so, no loss if I abandon them. Conclusion: Trade with them at your peril. Be prepared to apologise repeatedly to your customers for the failings of others AND risk being financially worse off, You've been warned!

You order a product, and you have to make sure you buy it now, and then it is shipped to CJ, and then CJ ships it out to you. Ok, I purchased it on the 14th of February. And I received it today March 4. You are assigned an agent, and they will answer any questions, You may or may not have. I will be using this company as my supplier of certain goods. One of my main concerns is that I did order a product, and no one contacted me to let me know the supplier stopped making this product. I had to ask what happened to my purchase. You can use this company as a drop shipper to add the products to your inventory in advance, and then when CJ has the effect, you can place the product on your website as a dropshipping product. For me, that is too much work, I will order the product, and when it arrives, I will place the product on my website. The product is beautiful, and I am happy.

Tip for consumers:
Keep in close contact with your agent. Remember, China is 16+ hours ahead of U.S.A Pacific Time - our Friday is their Saturday and our Saturday is their Sunday. So, if you have a question to ask on chat or WhatsApp etc., do it on our Sunday. Use your cellphone Clock for world time. Right now, it's 1:00 afternoon in China, and it's 9:00 pm, where I live in Southern California. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday is the days to do business in China, Japan, and South Korea

The past few months I often used CJ to fulfill most of my orders for my online stores and so far the service has been great! They offer a lot of options, and they source products really fast. Connecting CJ to WooCommerce is also easy. Shipping times are quite accurate, but I had sometimes to deal with delays. They also offer a custom packaging option what is really great, but it could be improved when they offer to show the warehouse location on the products listing, at the moment I need to constantly ask my agent. Luckily the service is really great and my Agent (Vincy) helps me really well when I have any questions or things that need to be arranged.

Package arrived at Chicago O'Hare airport on Dec. 2nd. It is still there on Dec. 7th. When will my package be released and shipped to me? Can not reach the shipper or shipping company. CJPKL*******686YQ

A customer who placed an order in March informed us that he had not received his order.
We checked with CJdropshipping and to our surprise, they had not shipped the item.
When asked why, they said the address was insufficient.
Then why didn't they report it to us?

And when we checked the address, there was no problem.

We confirmed the address again with the customer and found no problem.

We asked them to reship the item, but they said they could not ship it because CJdropshipping's system does not allow them to create a voucher. This is so ridiculous.

Moreover, it took 18 days for this exchange, during which time the customer became even angrier.

I have been using cjdropshippingni
I have spent a total of $43,000 and have experienced many good and bad aspects, but this whole thing is so ridiculous it makes me angry.
So much so that I feel compelled to write a review!

Tip for consumers:
They will tell you things that are initially grating.
Then they offer attractive prices, but gradually the prices are raised and the quality of customer support deteriorates.

I have used this experience to compare services with others and switched.


You don't have to believe everything I say, but I hope it helps.

I'm so (too much) glad with CJ Drop Shipping. Its easy to connect and set it up products in my Shopify store. Nice support, exactly AWESOME support I have with my agent Leely Wen, she rock, wonderful and help me very quickly. She is very kind and caring. My level satisfaction is too high.

I can attest that I was scammed by CJ. I worked with them to order a product from china to get delivered to their US Warehouse. They told me I would only have to pay for product cost and then USA shipping. The USA shipping was supposed to be 3.95 per item. I had 300 items. Once the product allegedly arrived in America, they told me I needed to pay $3000 for shipping. Completely insane, I have been back and forth with one of their representative Yeri and trust me, they are a fraud. They act like a decent company but they have the shadiest practices. I am working on getting lawyers involved.

My order **************261 was not delivered and CJ refused to solve the issue. I contacted them months ago. But they force customers to wait for 60 (or 45 days) to open a dispute. But the order is already closed after 60 days. So there is no way to open a dispute! They do not follow their own refund policy. When I talked to their agent Cole about it, he asked me for proof from USPS. This is ridiculous. There is nothing about such proof in their refund policy.

Also, order **************763, they shipped a defective product but refused to send a new one. Their quality check doesn't work at all. They accept disputes only 3 days after the parcel is delivered. But it is very common that a customer receives their parcel several days after tracking records say "delivered". So there is no way to dispute it! Why only 3 days? Why don't they take responsibility for their faults? (Btw. We in the EU have to guarantee the quality of products for 2 YEARS from the purchase)

CJ's processing time and also shipping is fast. But if something happens to your order, they treat you like dirt.

Don't Use CJdropshipping! If you have a product idea, even you said you want it in private list, they put on public marketplace for everyone to see! Awful, can't connect to your store orders either!

Don't ever work with these guys, they are a bunch of liars and thieves, all the reviews here are real. They don't deliver your products and refuse to refund.

I placed my order 20 days ago and still have yet to receive it, so I track my order to Melrose Park IL where it's been for 12 days now, I want to know what's going on with my product and why has it been just sitting idle if I could give negative stars I would

Don't order from CJ dropshipping. You will get many complaints from customers. No one cares when you ask for the order status. CJ will say on the way to US for 30 days!

07:09- They blocked my CJ account so that I do not see the status
07:26- Log a ticket to Paypal for payment dispute/fraud after calling my bank for credit card
08:03- Been with a rude support LL asking to follow-up to unlock my account so that I could see status: he rejected and dare us to reportif I want to
11:12: Received from Paypal that my case is closed in my favor after investigation

Conclusion: DO NOT EVEN TRY PAYING THIS PEOPLE. I ALMOST GOT CONNED

At one time, I was extremely interested in doing business with CJdropshipping. The pictures of their products look like they could be good quality and unique. But that's where my praise ends.

I decided to give them a try. Sooo, I started researching their products for the fashion niche. What I found was not acceptable. Virtually every single product that I checked out had no product information. I can understand them wanting to save money and time by not adding a description of their products... However, they do not add basic facts for their products. This happened for 90-95% of the products I was interested in. Having a professional online store, my customers expect at the very least... to know what the sizes are and what the product is made of. But nope, CJdropshippng didn't even add that critical information.

When I reached out to customer support and asked for the information, all they had to say was that "their supplier doesn't provide that information". What professional business sells a product and has absolutely no information about it? Also, many of their products don't have size charts and only one picture of the product. What business have you ever seen that offered only one picture of any particular product? Hey, maybe you've seen some, but ask yourself one question: did you end up buying that product? I suspect the answer is "no" with just about everyone that reads this review.

Sufficed to say, CJdropshipping is not a good platform to use with your dropshipping business. Of course, it's entirely your decision to use them. Remember though, I warned you.

There product is fake. It was on ship out status for 6 months. They claim that the product was delivered but oit was never recieved. They refused to have a refund. I reported the website to BBB.

Products take forever to arrive, often wrong. Quality can be very poor. Customer service is very bad.

Tip for consumers:
Quality control in China is inconsistent at best. Stay away from anything from Jinhua Cujie Trading Company. Sizing is a challenge since Asian sizes are problematic. We tell buyers to ALWAYS purchase one size larger.
You may as well close during Chinese New Year for 2 weeks. You can't get any information and fulfillment is even slower. Tracking is absent for the most part.
We are looking for suppliers in the US or Canada. Anywhere other than China.

Products used:
Some of the products are very appealing. As a startup we have listed over 43 items and sold 130 items. It takes so long to get it that buyers start to complain, give us negative reviews, and ask for refunds. One supplier consistently sends the wrong product, even when I order the item by hand to be sure the buyer gets the right thing. Still wrong! We have had to give out so many refunds to buyers that you can't make a profit. CJ puts up many obstacles to give us a refund. They want to see the packaging, SKU#, Order #, etc, etc.etc. They even asked for the buyers email, which I didn't give them. If you give what you want to them, they ask for something else when they have all the information in their database.
