I'm of two minds about this image. One the one hand, it is indeed beautiful. On the other, it is much more faded than what the website shows. Specifically, the colors are much less vibrant and don't pop nearly as much as in the image on the website. So I'm moderately happy but not delighted.
I have ordered several items from Clock Canvas, and been very pleased with the construction, quality, and the look of each canvas. The one time I received something that was not as I ordered, Clock Canvas was quick to remedy the situation. Certainly will not hesitate to order from them again and refer them to others.

The first print was sent with a frame I had to assemble Some of the pieces for the frame were missing and while I could have fixed it the canvas didn't fit into the frame So they sent a smaller version already framed and the colors were muted and very washed out No vibrancy at all compared to the image online Quality control issues So I paid for the large one that wasn't possible to display and the second smaller one as a replacement is nowhere near as vibrant as expected They wouldn't refund me for the first one
Awful. Canvas doesn't fit into frame tightly Instructions not sent but you tube is dated and instructions for building frame is incorrect as different parts provided.
Been waiting three weeks for tracking information. Nothing. Customer service inquiries have provided no information.
Order was delivered well over a month late! My credit card was charged before item was received so I opened up a depute. I requested to cancel before item was received. I was told it was coming. When it was received I requested they send me a free shipping label to return. They told me it was not in their return policy. Clock Canvas then proceeded to lie about the delivery date, call me a liar and someone who fraudulently tried not to pay for their order. I have multiple emails about this. I am so disappointed in their response to a customer who has used them before. I will never use them again and would like to spread the word to others!

I have reviewed the case, and your cancellation attempt was made after the product had already shipped, so we were unable to cancel the item as it was with the couriers on its way to you. Delivery dates can move depending on the courier, and I apologize that this happened to you.

The first picture they sent did not fit the frame. They eventually gave me 25% back and sent me one that was already framed. I am pleased with the final product.

Love the picture, but the canvas is loose, and flimsy. I've bought another large canvas from another company and it's more solid and it is framed as well. O well.lesson learned.

The frame was easy to put together, and the quality of the canvas is exactly as shown very bright colours and will light up the room just like it's done to our kitchen. I recently found myself with a wall needing some art and found a screenshot I had take years ago of a piece from this company. Luckily, it was still available.
Their website was extremely easy to order from, and had lots of great sizes and options. My order showed up faster than expected. It was packaged meticulously and I was kept in the loop through the Shop app every step of the way.
The product itself is gorgeous and a focal piece in my living room now. The customer experience was flawless, and I expect to look to Clock Canvas again when the need arises. Absolutely 5 starts well-earned!
The canvas is everything that I expected. I love the colors, the movement in the painting, and the soothing feeling that comes with it. It was also incredibly affordable given the large size (I got the largest canvas possible).
I have had four separate transactions with this company. I bought three pictures that I loved and one clock that is very cheaply made. I was happy with the artwork, but the customer service was very unsatisfying. You cannot reach a live person when you call their toll-free customer service line. Nor will they return phone calls. Their recording on the line tells you to send them an email. Communication is quite disappointing. I would recommend you read the negative reviews to get a balanced understanding of what you might encounter. But if you don't mind taking your chances, the artwork is lovely. My lower rating was because of some difficulties with shipping communications with two of the products. But ultimately the products did arrive late but in good condition.

We do not delete FB comments and reply to all messages on the platform where we received your initial message! I have checked and I do not see any emails from you in our customer service.
Answer: They respond but only by email and did not respond when I wanted to cancel because item was not delivered when they said it would be delivered. I was charged before the item was delivered. When item was delivered too late they refused to give me a return shipping label and lied about when it was delivered. I am still involved in a dispute with my credit card company about this. I'm furious about the way this was handled. An apology about sorry we messed up your delivery would have gone a lot further!
Answer: The answer of whether it is legit is questionable. A legit company provides a working phone number for Customer Service issues. This company has a phone number that directs you to their website and/or to send them an email. When emails don't resolve the issue, then there is lots of frustration!
