We had a long experience shopping for new leather furniture, it had to be American made, it had to be well made, and it had to come at a good price. We found all three at Club Furniture. The process was incredibly smooth, from placing an order to the wonderful folks who placed it in our living room. Who knew buying furniture over the internet would be so easy. And our dollars support North Carolina jobs that is even better.

When using the website to order I would like to be able to make changes from the cart without actually starting over completely, but other than that one minor detail, everything else was great. The sofa I ordered is really nice, the fabric looks great and the customer service that you receive via phone is wonderful. Everyone that I spoke with during this process was so nice and helpful. The price for the product that you receive is amazing! I purchased this sofa for a vacation home and as soon as I can afford a new one for my permanent home I will definitely be purchasing my custom sofa from Club Furniture.com. I am extremely satisfied!

We purchased a three piece sectional, the swatches sent to us were very helpful. Even though we felt pretty sure about the fabric choice we originally made, once we got the swatches we changed our mind. The salesman I spoke to was very helpful when I was considering some sofa options.
The sectional was delivered without a scratch on it, they set it up right where we wanted it, and we are very happy with it. In addition to looking great, it is very comfortable.

Over the last decade I've ordered three chairs, a chaise and a couch. When the cover of the chaise cushion split open, Club Furniture sent me a new cushion, although it had been several years since I purchased this piece. This is a very customer-service oriented and personable business! My pieces are all slip covered, and because they've continued to offer the same product over the years, I've been able to get replacement slipcovers when I want to change the look. I highly recommend Club Furniture.

Everything about this purchase was satisfactory. The leather chair I purchased was as nice as I was expecting. Customer Service and especially the delivery efficiency were first class. More importantly I will be doing more business with Club Furniture and am comfortable recommending them.

I needed a new chair and while searching on line, I saw many attractive chairs, but discovered most were made overseas. Then I searched for American made furniture and found Club Furniture. Not only is my chair made in America, but I was able to customize it to my liking. It is lovely; the service, product and delivery were exceptional.

The ordering process was fine up until towards the end when they realized right about when I was supposed to receive the sleeper sofa, that they didn't receive final approval for the second and larger leather sample. Apparently, this happened to a number of their customers where they forgot to tell their customers that they needed a final approval on the larger sample. They realized they had made a mistake, so expedited some of our orders. When I received the sofa, I looked at the bottom and was very disappointed by the quality! Some of the tufting was showing...
Needless to say, this is my first time and last time buying from this company.

My experience with clubfurniture.com was amazing. The customer service was wonderful and so was the follow up. My only negative experience was with the freight company used to deliver my chair. I was given a 4 hour window which ended up lasting 7 hours. Once the truck driver called and left a message I could not get a hold of him by the number he left. At one point he said he was less than 24 miles away but then didn't show up for 3 more hours. A relevant reason was not given. Other than that, I am pleased with overall quality of the chair I ordered and the customer service from clubfurniture.com

I poured over the leather sofa options for weeks before making my selection. Talked with Jeff a couple of times and we talked by email.

Ive never ordered furniture online

Ive never ordered furniture online. I was Leary about not being able to check the quality. Ordering was simple. Delivery of the product took twice as long as I was told. I had bought furniture that was already built and ready to go. When trying to contact the courier I could ever get an answer or a call back until I called Club Furniture after a few fail attempts. The furniture arrived after several weeks.

I love the fabric and the color. I really love the feel, quality and durability of the couch. The chair and ottoman feel cheap they are very light and constantly move and shift when sat in because the are so light in weight. Also it's a down blend supposedly which was why I choose this and it doesn't feel like it at all on any of the 3 pieces I ordered.

The piece we purchased, a mid century modern recliner is very nice. Well made and finished furniture that is built in the U.S. seems to be a rarity in present day. I would recommend your company highly. The men who delivered the product were very professional and on time.

Took awhile to get our couch, but the quality makes it worth the wait. Only thing i had an issue with is i paid for express shipping however was told when my couch was ready to ship that i couldn't get express because that time of year there are limited trucks going to california. When asked about a refund on my express shipping i received no reply.

I was a bit nervous ordering a sofa on line, and continued to be nervous until the sofa arrived. We (the family) absolutely love the sofa. It is beautiful, well made and extremely comfortable. I would have paid LOTS more for this at a furniture shop.

This is my second purchase from Club Furniture
August 18, 2015

This is my second purchase from Club Furniture. I bought the Margo sofa bed two years ago for my loft living room. Loved it so much I bought another one for my guest room/office. Love the Matress...nothing on the market compares for a similar price! I did get the extra down wrap on the cushions...the two year old couch looks like new!

I looked over the catalog, asked a few questions and the following week received a bunch of leather samples.
When I called to ask a few more questions and place my order, they suggested I wait a few more day while they sent a large sample of the leather I selected so I could get a better feeling of it. I appreciated that kind of thoughtfulness. I placed the order and about two days later the@#%$@#! Virus shut down the Country! During the down time I received several calls from Club Furniture to reassure me that they would build the chair ASAP! I told them I had confidence in their Company and that I was willing to wait until their employees could return to work safely. All in all, I am very satisfied with Club Furniture. It was worth the wait!
