I received my furniture very quickly
November 18, 2015

I received my furniture very quickly. Unfortunately it did not fit in the room both size and color. Also the cushions remained firm for 30 days. I contacted club furniture and worked with Betty for a return. They picked them up very quickly and I am waiting on my refund minus the 10%.

I am very pleased with my slipcovered sofa

I am very pleased with my slipcovered sofa. I was worried about ordering such a major piece on line but after speaking to a rep about proportion and fabric I felt more comfortable with the excellent help and advice given.The couch is comfortable and fits perfectly. Delivery was great also. I was called by the company with date and driver called to tell me they would arrive within the hour. They were also very respectful and courteous.
Quality is wonderful...
Requires a little common sense and measurements but well worth the savings!

Quality of the chair is excellent, which is what I love about American made! Delivery was exactly within estimated time. Would love if the recliner had a pull arm tucked inside one of the arm rests. I have neck issues and am not a big person so I have to work a little to push it back with my head. Definitely recommend this beautiful chair!

Excited about my purchase
March 20, 2015

Excited about my purchase. Fustrated with picking fabrics. Using iPad and was a glitch on the fabrics pop up that kept me from viewing all of the options. Other than that, pretty good. Received my furniture in about 6 weeks. Was some pilling on the fabric but barely noticeable. Overall satisfied

Love my new ottoman!, but I did reach out regarding three seams that were not tight. I wanted to discuss with someone about it to make sure there is not potential for the seams to open. I called and was told to send an email with pictures which I did. I know we're dealing with a pandemic but I was hoping for a call or email back. It's been three weeks.

I learned of this site through my sister who has ordered two beautiful sofas from Club Furniture. My sofa came earlier than expected and was exactly as ordered. Beautiful sofa, wonderful selection of fabrics, and much faster than ordering through a store! Win-win all around.

I am extremely happy with the sectional

I am extremely happy with the sectional. I had bought the same sectional locally and twice they delivered the wrong pieces. I finally cancelled and ordered through ClubFurniture. Not only did they get it right, the sectional was delivered within 6 weeks (the locally ordered sectional took 3 months each time to get). On top of all that, the price was actually a little less - very happy. I highly recommend ClubFurniture.

It makes me nervous to purchase a sofa sight unseen but reviews are prompting me to take a leap of faith! It helped to receive sample fabrics and was able to make a change as needed. My item took a a few days longer than I was expecting to arrive but they worked closely with me to try to get it to me as soon as possible. Overall, I love our new sofa -- it fits exactly the need I was looking for!

This is the second large piece of furniture we have purchased from your company. None of our friends can believe we buy "online" without having seeing/sitting in the furniture first. Your free return policy gives us the courage to do so. We have not been disappointed in both of our couches. In both cases we have chosen the Tier 1 leather and it is so soft, so beautiful we can't imagine what the Tier 2 and 3 would be. Thanks for helping us to enhance our home and make it MORE comfortable.:-)

Was very pleased with the ordering experience as well as the leather chair when it was delivered. It's not often that you get to speak to the actual owners and they both were knowledgeable and courteous.
The sample selection process was handled very professionally and went smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend Club Furniture.

I've ordered twice. Products are excellent. When I'm in the market for another piece of furniture, I will buy it from them. I especially like the fact that the furniture is made in North Carolina. There is always plenty to select from.

Nervous about ordering furniture sight unseen on the Internet? I was too! But... I did and couldn't be happier. 8 years later I just ordered new slip covers and it's like having a whole new set again. This is quality furniture that lasts! When the time comes to order new furniture for my family room, I will rotate my older set and get a new one for my living room without a second thought. You will not be disappointed with the look or quality.

We would say we got a lot for the price. The sofa is comfortable and good looking and we appreciate that it is made in USA. Our only issue was that the back pillows are sewn to the sofa...we did not see or notice this when ordering or reading the description of the sofa on the website.

I am very pleased with my ordering experience at Club Furniture, the delivery and the final product. I would recommend them. I LOVE my new sofa, it is of high quality and well constructed. However, once I ordered, there were things that could be improved. I was told when they were going to charge my card for the initial 10%, I would be sent a receipt. I did not get one by email, so I waited, thinking it would come by mail. I never got that receipt. Also, when the sofa was complete, I found out from the delivery company that it was ready...not Club Furniture. It would have been nice to have contact again, to let me know they would be charging my card for the remainder of the purchase. So other than the lack of communication, I am happy. I think the product is wonderful and I would order again, despite the lack of communication.

I received fabric samples to ensure that the fabric I picked was really what I wanted. My item was delivered on the day promised and the quality could not be better. The sleeper sofa is very comfortable and guests that have slept in the bed tell me that it was great. I am very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from Club Furniture in the future.
