Love the chairs! Very well made and would buy from you again. Just need to work on the delivery company. Bad communication with the delivery company and they left some of the packing materials in my driveway.
This is my second purchase from Club Furniture. The first was an apartment size sectional. This time it was a full size sectional. Quality and price are top notch. Delivery personnel were very cooperative and on time.
Your knowledge of the furniture selection, materials, etc., was excellent. The Customer Service person that I talked to was very good. From the time I ordered our couch, it was delivered in 5 weeks time. Great company to work with.
I was very pleased with everything from the beginning to the end of purchasing my new sofa. The way the purchase was done worked out perfectly. Putting in the order but no money was taken until receiving the swatches and making a confirmation over the phone. Made me feel so much better about what I was getting and no surprises. I received my sofa in a timely manner and couldn't be happier!
The price was competitive for a leather recliner. I love the product, but it took an outrageous amount of time to get to me - 11 weeks (ordered June 21 and received September 7). Now that the chair is here, I really do love it. It is great quality!
We love our new leather furniture. The leather is gorgeous. The company sent us leather swatches to confirm our color choice and this was very helpful, resulting in us choosing a different color than we initially thought that we wanted. We are very pleased with our experience and product from club furniture and proud to buy American made.

The actual delivery was great; however, the delivery company had the furniture for about 3 1/2 weeks before delivery. I thought that was a long time...I placed the order 3-1-15. I was told it was shipped to 1st Choice delivery on April 24. My actual delivery was May 16...

We were very pleased with the customer service, and shopping experience. The owner of the company spoke with me to go over the order. The company they used to deliver the furniture were very professional and helpful, in addition they worked with my schedule so I did not have wait all day for them to arrive. They gave me an hour window of time. The furniture is so well made worth the money, great quality and workmanship went into the making of my pieces. I am proud to have the tables in my home. I wanted to replace the cover to a chair I bought three years ago. Everything worked perfectly. I was able to select the perfect fabric. The associates were extremely helpful in checking my original order and making sure I was completely satisfied. I now have a whole new chair!
This was a very satisfying furniture buying experience. It felt a little risky to order a couch on-line but the result is great and is exactly what I wanted for the space. I also appreciate having the shipping cost be known up front. After placing the order on-line, a great many swatches came in the mail to confirm my choices. While I did waver a bit based on the swatches, I was glad to have them actually confirm the colors I was seeing on my screen.

There is a small imperfection in the finish on one of the arm rails. It is not a scratch, but likely an air bubble that formed in the stain in the application and drying process. I paid a lot for the chair, and it catches the light from all angles. It is difficult to ignore.
I never write reviews, but I felt that I had such a good experience I should make the effort. After looking for a couch for some time and not finding exactly what I was looking for (sofa bed with down cushions) I went on-line and found Club Furniture. Not only did I find exactly what I wanted, I'm happy to say the quality of the product was much better than the other couches I had seen. I was also impressed with their return policy. If I didn't like it, I could return it. The local stores didn't have that policy... I felt like I had nothing to loose. I'm glad I took the gamble. The couch is great and comfortable, no one knows it's a sleeper. It's well made and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and the delivery guys were really careful and respectful. Can't ask for more than that! I'm happy.

I was of course skeptical at first at buying a couch online but has specific requirements of what I wanted. I found the perfect chaise for my tiny apartment and love it. The quality of the couch is really impressive and has the details I was really looking for. It's better than I could have wanted and I know the price I paid when it was all said and done was less than what I would have found anywhere else. If I buy furniture in the near future I will probably hit this site first.
Absolutely love my new bed and matching nightstands! Took a little longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. They style and quality of the furniture pieces are outstanding! Best quality furniture in my entire house!
