I wanted American made living room furniture and I found them at Club Furniture. My club chair is very comfortable and is just the right size for my living room, not too big, not too small. The fabric I chose is perfect too. My sleeper sofa arrived yesterday and it is an "off white" color and can be easily cleaned when necessary. This sofa is also the best size for my room. All in all I am very happy with my purchases and will recommend Club Furniture to anyone seeking quality American made furniture.

Friends thought I was nuts to buy a sofa on-line. But I read all the info about ClubFurniture and, more importantly, I read all the comments from previous buyers. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. The woodwork is beautifully done, and the cushions are supportive. I've sat on leather couches that gave me "a ride"...I had to keep pulling myself up so I wouldn't slide to the floor. This couch is not like that. It's very comfortable, but offers an upright position...so you're not looking at the ceiling. My new couch sits with its back to the dining area. Guess what? The back is beautifully done in leather, too!

From the beginning, Darren answered all my questions and sent information as the order was being processed. The delivery people came at the date and time promised and were super. The couch was well packaged...no possibility of a scratch. Would I buy from ClubFurniture again? Yes, in a minute. Nan S.

The whole buying experience was great and they worked with us a lot to make sure that the leather selection was to our liking. The mattress is great and very comfortable. We went for the memory foam upgrade and love it!

This was the first time I bought a nice piece of furniture online. The leather chair I purchased is of good quality, but it is difficult selecting color by a small swatch and it is hard to picture how it would fit in the room (the chair is seems smaller in the room than I expected). I was also surprised at how long it took to receive the chair from purchase to delivery (10 weeks). Everyone I talked to/worked with at clubfurniture was very nice. I might just have to see furniture in person before buying in the future.

I am very happy with my new sofa

I am very happy with my new sofa. It is beautiful and very comfortable both as a bed and a sofa.

Delivery was slower than expected, but the terrible weather was to blame. The staff was outstanding when I spoke with them on the phone and by e-mail.

Jeff was a great help throughout the purchase process. Sending free samples of fabric in two days and helping me with that decision. My initial purchase had been discontinued and with his help I was directed to a similar product and received it in the same amount of time as the original order. Couldn't be happier with the service and my gorgeous new sofa.

Wow, This was a positive experience. I Live in far northwest corner of the u.s. This was not a problem. All the samples sent and color was right on. Best of all I got what i wanted and didn't have to look forever to find the right fit for me. I say do it.

Club Furniture made the process of selecting and ordering a matching sofa and loveseat easy. The website is easy to use, and I particularly appreciated their step of sending samples of the leather to allow us to confirm our choice. It would have been helpful to have a better estimate of how long it would take for delivery of the furniture, but I understand that customized products take longer. The shipping and delivery processes were well-managed.

My only issue was the invoice

My only issue was the invoice - and I spoke to a representative about it. He never called me back but I received a $70 credit on my AMEX card. I still don't believe the accounting was correct and wanted an exact accounting but never received it. That's not the way I do business and was unacceptable to me.

I love the shape, style, size, quality, material and color of my Devin leather ottoman. And the leather grade is better than I had envisioned!

My only concern with the ottoman is that the heaviest part of the ottoman is the top, rather than the bottom. It would be much better if the top was lighter so the owner can access the storage compartment more easily.

While we are very impressed with the cedar interior and amount of storage, we'd just like to be able to raise the ottoman top with less effort.

Thanks for your patience with a new customer. I asked a LOT of questions but they never gave up on me. You have earned my trust. I would definitely shop here again.

I absolutely love the Edison club chair we purchased. The manufacturing process and delivery were quick and the shipping company was very professional. I ordered and received two sofas and 2 recliners

I ordered and received two sofas and 2 recliners. The quality of the recliners is terrible. They are both broken, crooked, and come 'off the track' every time you recline. I am within my 30 day in home trial period and have contacted the store to go about returning them and they are unresponsive.

My slipcovered sleeper sofa was just what I had hoped for. Club Furniture sent a batch of swatches to be sure the fabric was what I really wanted...It was good that they did, because I ended up changing the texture and color from what I originally ordered on line. When I called to place my order, the customer service rep. Told me exactly what the process would be and how long it would take, and it was exactly as he outlined it. The delivery people took great care of my house as well as the sofa as they moved it in, up a narrow set of stairs and through a narrow door frame. The final thing, the finished product, is exactly what I had hoped, is very sturdy, and well made.

It is a little scary to make large purchases online. This was a gamble that paid off! We got exactly what we wanted, exactly how we wanted it, and paid less than we would have for a similar item with less options for colors and fabrics. Customer care was excellent and very helpful!

I was given excellent guidance by owner of company. Originally I was going to buy a couch that was not going to fit into the doorway of my new space. He suggested having the builder measure whether or not it would fit - It would not have and that would have been a bummer.

Quality of furniture is very good. I will never buy from a box store again!

The customer service was great. I contacted Club Furniture for leather samples and they were promptly sent. I ordered a sleeper sofa which seems to be of good quality and I am satisified. This is the second couch I have ordered from Club Furniture and I would definately use them again.

I was completely satisfied with the whole buying experience with club furniture.
Loved the white glove delivery service, and the fact that they un-package and take all packaging with them.
