Prior to my order of a leather recliner I asked a couple product related questions which were answered very quickly. I decided
On the Bronson leather recliner due to a positive review from a big, tall guy. My husband and son are also big and tall. The recliner was delivered one week ago and is everything I expected it to be. Very well made and price is great. The quality of leather is excellent. I will now order another on to sit next this recliner. I have other leather furniture from PB and this piece is equal in quality but 3/4 the price and no shipping charges. I wish I had known about them earlier!

I am very thankful I discovered Club Furniture. I have had an outstanding working relationship with them and I have been very pleased with their products.
I have ordered a handsome leather tufted footstool, 2 chairs, and a love seat. Their customer service has been outstanding in sending samples, making suggestions, and treating me as a valued customer, even though I am at a distance. I had been reluctant about ordering furniture without visiting a store, but I find I receive the superior personal service I thought I might sacrifice ordering online.

I was looking for a pull out couch

I was looking for a pull out couch- mid century modern that didn't look like a pull out sofa. I didn't want one of those sofas that just lay back either, i wanted a LEGIT pull out sofa. I looked everywhere and i found one i liked but was discontinued and then i found this one online. I was a little nervous to buy something site unseen, but the price was great and the swatches that came in were great colors so we went with it. So very glad I did. The couch came in sooner than expected, looks lovely and the pull out mattress is genuinely comfortable. If I could load an image, I would show you how great it looks!

I love the chairs

I love the chairs. They greatly exceeded my expectations. They look great in my office and I receive a lot compliments (unlike my prior chairs I had purchased from elsewhere). I only wish you did executive chairs for behind my desk...

I looked and looked for the exact piece I found on Club Furniture website. To be able to choose my own fabric color was a bonus! The piece arrived a week sooner than I had calculated which was wonderful also. The delivery team was curteous and professional. The piece I ordered seems solid and very nice quality. The price I paid was higher than anything I would have purchased from a local store, but the upside is that I was able to choose the exact color I had hoped for, which made it worth every penny. I will look to Club Furniture in the future for sure! Very happy I made the leap of faith to order custom furniture online...very good experience.

Very easy to get info, get swatches of leather, get advice, place order. We love the couch & leather we chose... so well made, so comfortable! And made in the USA. Doesn't get any better than that! Promises made were promises delivered! Thanks so much!

Quick & easy!

Quick & easy! I had it delivered to a vacation house in a small town about an hour & a half drive for me so the 6-9 pm time frame was a bit inconvenient for me. I love the sofa so it made it worth it. Thanks

The slip covered sectional that we ordered is fabulous. The only negative in the whole experience was the delivery. My couch arrived at midnight on a Friday. I couldn't get annoyed at the delivery guys as they were lovely but who delivers furniture at midnight?

Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. Glad I was sent the swatches. I actually ordered a color slightly lighter than the picture on the web site. Love the chairs, I got two and an ottoman. Very Pleased!

Really liked club furniture; however, the delivery company they use is AWFUL. They called and left a message they would be a day late for delivery a few days before the scheduled delivery. I was not available on the new delivery date, so called back to advise. I called 4 times and couldn't get anyone on the phone, so I left 4 messages. No one called me back. Finally I had to call club furniture to see if they could get in touch with them. Thankfully they were able to and confirmed that the delivery was still coming on the day I advised (4 TIMES) I could not be home. I then had to scramble to get someone to be at my apartment for me. I just don't understand how the delivery company can run a business like that - it's not only inconvenient, but it's rude and disrespectful. Will not order from club furniture again if they continue to use that company.

This was my second experience buying furniture online. The first purchase from another manufacturer was returned because of a tare in the leather and shoddy seams. So my order from Club Furniture was made with much more scrutiny, researching the company's history and customer satisfaction. The quality of the materials used was important, but more so, that American workers made my furniture.

The web site provided detailed information and was easy to navigate. I received a confirmation call from a company representative in order to confirm my choices and to describe the series of steps up to delivery.

Delivery went smoothly. The deliver personnel were efficient and respectful.

I am very satisfied with the entire process and quality of my purchase.

LOVE this COMPANY!
I really do love this company and furniture, but... I a very unhappy with my Margot sofa. I purchased once about a year ago which I LOVE! This one however, I truly HATE. The fabric is shiny and feels like polyester rather than the soft cotton cobblecloth of by other sofa. The color is also off. In addition, the cushions appear over stuffed and stiff. I would like to return it and start over with a different fabric. I may add a section, as well.
I called this weekend, but I see you are only open on weekdays. I will try to call tomorrow, or feel free to call me at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

The only problem that occurred was with the delivery. The initial date and time was cancelled a couple hours before the scheduled time. The delivery was rescheduled between 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. the following day. I waited until 1:30 p.m. but the couch was still not delivered.
I had an appointment and could not wait any longer. The couch was rescheduled two or three weeks later.
I love the slip covered couch! Luckily, I didn't need it sooner.

We are extremely happy with our furniture

We are extremely happy with our furniture. The quality of the leather is outstanding. Also the furniture design is both unusual and sophisticated-not something you would see in even an upscale furniture store. The love seat, the two recliners and the reading chair with ottoman (the latter in fabric) were all well worth the seven-week wait. The home delivery was excellent. We are happy campers!

I was happy with the couch but it took a very long time for the couch to be delivered. That was the fault of the delivery company, but it asks for rating of products/services, so I had to reflect my disappointment in my rating. Club Furniture did everything they could to rectify.

My order was placed and confirmed quickly. A customer service rep called to explain the delivery procedures and was very detailed regarding my order. The item was shipped 2 weeks ahead of schedule and was very well packed. The overall experience was a pleasant surprise.

The process of ordering our Club Furniture couch went smoothly, and we are very satisfied with the product received! The swatch of fabric we picked out for our covering matched the resulting couch's color exactly, and the couch is very very comfortable, and looks great in our living room! We didn't think we would use the complimentary pillows, but they are also very comfortable, and so we are happy they were included in the order.

All in all, we are very happy with our Club Furniture shopping experience, and look forward to many years enjoying our excellent couch!

When I received the slipcovers that I ordered, I noticed a bad spot on the fabric. Like it was not woven correctly. I took pictures of it and sent it in, but they disagreed with me, so the matter was never resolved. Other than that, good service.

The good

The good - We are pleased with the furniture. Really high quality soft leather. Great product.

The bad - The furniture was delivered 7 hours late at 10pm. The guys were tired, one was new, and they almost dropped the pieces when moving from the truck to the house.
