I was very pleased with the whole buying process. It was easy. Receiving swatches and then the call to confirm my fabric and color choices was perfect! My beautiful sofa arrived sooner than I thought it would and was perfect!

Took over 4 weeks from the time it went to d&d delivery (and 2 phone calls to d&d) to get the furniture which made the overall delivery over two 1/2 months-seems rather a lengthy time -am satisfied with the furniture

This is my first time ordering anything from this company, as well as ordering any big furniture online. Sofa is well made and very comfortable. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality and the company as a whole.

The quality of the cushions was not as good as expected. Also, some of the workmanship was not as nice as I had hoped. The sofa looks nice but on closer inspection there are quality issues that would have been noticed had an example been in a showroom.

I ordered the Kirsten Apartment sofa over the summer then needed to place my order on hold. The one that I want is the Arianna apartment style sofa. Please delete the Kirsten sofa order out of your system. Thanks!

Surprised casters came only on the front legs. Delivery was on time.

I bought the Carly chaise sectional and I love it. The quality is great and the price for it was really a bargain. I had questions before I bought it and everyone I talked to there was just so helpful and nice. I would recommend their furniture to anyone.

This was the best shopping experience! Sample fabrics came quickly, the sofa was ready ahead of schedule, and delivery was easily adapted to my schedule. The guys were prompt, called ahead, and were courteous and friendly!

This was my second sofa from club furniture and it went smoothly from start to finish. I am thrilled with the fabric and the construction. I will always go to Club Furniture for my upholstered furniture.

Delivery was terrible. I was given a time and date, then was told my chair didn't make it on the truck and would be rescheduled. I was given a new time and day on Saturday and they didn't show up or call. On Sunday I called and was told they called my work number and didn't have my home number. They told me they would be there in a couple hours. They showed up eight hours later at 11:45 Sunday night.

Shopping was easy; the fabric samples kept me from ordering a color I would not have liked; and delivery was convenient. Of course I wanted it the next day but the wait was reasonable and "the next day" wasn't. I have not yet slept in the sleeper chair yet but it is a good place to relax and read or visit with a friend.

I am very happy with the quality and look of my new sofa. I was a little apprehensive buying a couch that I could not see in person, but I am happy I did. My sofa is stylish and comfortable. The customer service I received was excellent, and the delivery service was professional and courteous. Overall an excellent experience.

We love the new recliner. The quality is obvious and our hope is that it is a piece of furniture that will be in our home for decades to come. From support in ordering to delivery, everything was professional. Great product and service.

Customer Service and website ordering was excellent. Delivery was fast and courteous. Sofa was better than imagined, my only issue is that I think the legs on the couch are a bit small (even the apt. Size sofa) and a 3rd leg in the center would make the sofa a but sturdier.

Straight forward and great selection. Craftsmanship was excellent. I don't understand the criticism. Thank you Ed Schmidt
