A 'human' actually called me once I placed my online order just to verify measurements, to ensure I wasn't ordering something too large for my space-I can't remember what year it was that I lastreceived that personal of service. Later, the delivery service called to make detailed delivery arrangements. They get an A+ in customer service & I'm extremely happy with the quality of the sofa I purchased!

I looked far and wide for a tufted sleeper sofa and couldn't find any that looked nice until I came across Club Furniture. I got the 2-cushion Isadore and love it! I emailed and called with questions and received very timely responses each time - and was able to speak directly with Darrin, who gave great insight into fabric choices. You can tell they know their products inside-out and take a lot of pride in their work. I've gotten lots of compliments on the couch and have been highly recommending Club Furniture.

Easy to navigate

Easy to navigate. Hope feels as good as it looks.
Received chair and after sitting in it once have been trying to return it without success. I hear the shipping company will contact me but chair has been living in my garage for more than a month. Hope you send somebody soon. William Hazleton. *******074. 31 Mariposa Lane, Novato, Ca.

We love our new couch and recliner

We love our new couch and recliner. Everything is just as ordered. It took a long time for delivery but that was because we ordered it just when the pandemic hit and most businesses were closed. Thank you for our new look!

The recliners we ordered are of high quality and function very well. I was impressed with the shipping and excellent condition the chairs arrived in. Not even a dent in the carton. We are pleased and will be back with any further furniture needs

Let me start by saying I love Club Furniture

Let me start by saying I love Club Furniture. They have wonderful customer service, knowledgeable support on the phone, great prices and a really good product. I have recommended them to several friends and family members. However, on my most recent order, (Yes, I have ordered from them 3x and would order again) I ordered the down cushions but forgot to ask that the seat back cushions on the couch not be down as I had done on my previous orders. Unfortunately, with 3 kids, the seat back cushions always need to be fluffed. This is the first time this has happened to me as in the past, I have always asked for the seat back cushions to be the standard. Interestingly, unlike other couches with down in the cushions, the seat cushions always look great. It is just the back cushions that have been an issue.

We were confused on how the discounts were applied. We spent enough money to qualify for 30% off, but it only showed a 10% discount on checkout. We figured it out eventually, but when trying to click on the "see details" button, the link was broken.
Also, when I was shopping a few weeks ago a random coupon appeared on the screen as a pop-up and offered100 discount instantly. I had a coupon sent to me for a50 discount and used it because no pop-up appeared. I felt a little disappointed it did not pop up again to help cover the cost of shipping on such an expensive piece of furniture.

I purchased the Christine slipcovered sleeper sofa in white. It is beautiful and I am very pleased. At the time I ordered the cushion upgrade was offered and I took advantage of that cost savings. All in all, my experience with Club Furniture was very easy and satisfying.

I LOVE my new sofa
February 18, 2015

I LOVE my new sofa. I picked my style, my fabric, my pillows, the leg type and even what kind of stuffing I wanted used. I chose down because I like a soft sofa. I couldn't be more pleased! I can tell you that you will not find any furniture like this in a furniture store. They just don't make them this solid and of this high quality! This sofa will become a family heirloom over time... I do not hesitate to give an A++++ to this entire experience; from the moment I called, the huge fabric swatch selection I received, the different styles to choose from, the time for my sofa to be made and to the excellent white glove delivery. Happy~Happy!

I was hoping that the recliner was more slimline than what arrived. The recliner also seems too tall. I am trying to figure out how to trim the legs down so that it fits me better. Otherwise, it is a good recliner. I love the other two chairs that I purchased.

This was our first experience doing business with Club Furniture. I also couldn't believe that we would ever purchase a piece of furniture over the internet! However, we couldn't be more pleased with both. Initially, placing the order we had some questions which were answered promptly by the owner with a personal phone call the very next day. Both Jeff and Darrin King called on two separate occasions to answer questions, or any follow-up that we had...very courteous and informative. We purchased the Thompkins Power Reclining Sofa in leather (Africa Notte), and it is BEAUTIFUL! Detail and craftsmanship are first rate. Would definitely order from Club Furniture again...Thank You.

I ordered the Kristen loveseat and am very pleased. With the plush down you sink right in! I started my order online, but called to complete it & I received an even better deal on the phone. Loveseats are very expensive in comparison to a sofa, so I was very grateful that they came down on the price even more for me. Thank you for a beautiful loveseat & for working with me on the price! I will return for future purchases.

Darren is excellent to work with

Darren is excellent to work with. The sofa is absolutely gorgeous. The delivery was awesome too. The leather is meant to age,and is beautiful with natural marks and wear. Our cats have claws and do jump on and off leaving marks in the leather. This is no fault of the company, just something to consider if you have pets and if the scratch marks might bother you. The company offers other leathers, which wouldn't scratch. Overall, I would definately purchase from this company again, and I truly love our sofa!

As a retired Executive Project Manager for IBM, I have been in a lot of executive boardrooms over the past 20 years. I ordered two matching Arthur Chesterfield leather chair recliners from Club Furniture. I have never seen the quality and workmanship in a piece of furniture. Admittedly, I ordered them under one of their seasonal specials but I would have paid twice as much for this furniture. When I ordered them, I talked to one of the owners, Jeff King, personally. They are everything that he claimed and more... Keep up the good work, Darrin and Jeff! I would be proud to be used as a reference. We need more companies like this.

I ordered a very large square upolestered coffee table. It is very nice, perfect for my family room. It is very well made, love it. Also I was sent sample material chips that made it very easy to pick the perfect material.

I was very pleased with customer service. The ottoman I ordered was perfect and I am happy with the way it turned out.
Delivery was the best. It was delivered on time and with the upmost care.
I would certainly order again from Club Furniture.
