Nice selection of recliners!

Nice selection of recliners! I particularly liked that I could see samples of the leather and had the opportunity to change my decision on my initial selection upon receipt of the first sample to review. The telephone follow up also made the shopping experience seem more personal. The delivery experience was okay; however, I felt pushed to schedule at the convenience of the scheduler very early in the morning on a Sunday morning, and they were obviously in a hurry to return to North Carolina once they had delivered my recliner. Overall, though, this was a great experience, and I highly recommend the site, their products (love my recliner), and the top-notch customer service.

We absolutely love the 2 leather recliners we ordered! Delivery was perfect and everyone leading up to the delivery was helpful and very nice. The prices are great!
We would absolutely recommend Club Furniture.

I cannot state how enjoyable my shopping experience was on clubfurniture.com. I was able to find exactly the pieces of furniture (pushback recliner, loveseat and sofa), in the color, fabric and details I was searching for, for the past year.! Communication with the store's customer service was courteous, professional and expeditious - even during a pandemic! The delivery and set up of the furniture was outstanding. I felt Club Furniture was helpful and professional each time I called to ask a question about the loveseat I wanted to order. They took the time to walk me through the colors, texture, and wood type that would suit the piece I was after. The Club Furniture staff made my purchasing the right product, for my needs, much easier.

Love my sofa bed

Love my sofa bed. Quality was surprisingly great. The delivery was a little off. My cream colored sofa was drugged across my deck leaving it soiled in a few places. Luckily a little soap and water and careful wiping cleaned it up. I bought the slipcover that is washable and even bleachable

I had searched for a long time for a black leather recliner chair that would fit with my home. I didn't want one or those over stuffed monster chairs. I wanted a traditional style in black leather. I found the style at Clubfurniture and decided to give it a try. The chair was custom made for me! I LOVE my chair. It is a classic that will look good 20 years from now. The quality is amazing. I am 5'4" and the chair fits me perfect. My daughter is 5'9" and she finds the chair fits her too. I am happy with the chair and found it to be an excellent value. Everyone who visits my home notices the chair and compliments it. The size is in perfect scale with my other furniture and room. The chair compliments all of the other furniture and over all design while still giving the comfort of a favorite recliner.
I was disappointed in delivery time. However, it wasn't Clubfurniture, it was the delivery that was backed up by winter weather.

Excellent quality custom made slipcovers at a reasonable price. We hope to enjoy them for many years to come. Club furniture customer service reps we're very helpful in helping pick the best durable fabric for my slipcovered sofa and loveseat at my vacation home. The fabric samples were a big help in deciding best color and fabric.

The product itself is fine

The product itself is fine. Not exactly what I expected, but okay ( it is not as soft and cozy as I imagined, the reclining mechanismis a bit weird). The delivery was a problem. The guys did not want to carry it to the 2nd floor. My husband had to negotiate it and carried with them. Their argument was they could be sued for damages. Well...you never mentioned that it can only be carried to the 1st floor!. It seemed the guys did not care, they offered my husband to just return it on the spot. Then they could not move it through the door and once again my husband navigated it. They are supposed to be professionals knowing how to get the furniture through I suppose! They kind if do it every day, dont they? My suggestion to not use this particular company for delivery purposes, they are not good for your business.

I ordered a leather recliner chair, was sent samples of leather to choose from. Before the chair was finished, I received a larger sample of leather to ensure that was what I wanted. Good customer service, would order again and recommed to others.

I had the best experience ordering my furniture from ClubFurniture! I had been in the market for a new sofa and loveseat for almost 2 years and couldn't find anything locally that I liked. Most was very expensive and not very well made. I love the fact that they offered slipcovered furniture, which was what I was looking for. I placed my order online and received a personal phone call to confirm my order. I was told that it could be between 4-6 weeks before I would get my furniture, I actually received it in less than 4 weeks! The delivery company was amazing. I am so in love with my new furniture and would highly recommend ordering from them!

Club Furniture from contact to delivery to product is PERFECTION. Our beautiful leather sofa and loveseat were delivered earlier than promised and we were thrilled. Jeff and Darrin were extremely helpful and their knowledge,guidance and patience were amazing. We were even able to change the feet and even the back of the sofa. Their product is gorgeous and I would recommend Club Furniture to anyone. I found them on line under leather furniture-- I have never ordered product on line before. Thank you for your service and for such a beautiful product.

Furniture, sofa and love seat, are somewhat smaller than expected. Less than full size, maybe 90% scale. This was not understood at the time of ordering.

However make sure your delivery men have clean hands. I had couple of stains, it was raining that day,

I bought a slipcovered sofa
September 16, 2016

I bought a slipcovered sofa. They sent me samples of all of the fabrics offered so that I could confirm the color even though I saw it online. Seeing and feeling the actual fabric was a nice extra step to ensure there wouldn't be any disappointments. When I got the fabric samples and called customer service to conclude the order.

The item came earlier than expected and the deliverers called to confirm we would be home. There was some confusion on the delivery since I thought they would bring it into the home. I called Club and they said that wasn't included in free delivery but they spoke with the delivery people and told them to bring it into the house (this would be the only time they would approve indoor delivery). We are very pleased with the quality of the furniture and the excellent customer support in both the ordering process and the resolution of the delivery issue. This is a first rate company to work with.

Order arrived, the delivery people could not find the order on the truck, took them 2 hours to find it after unloading the truck in my drive way. They rushed, scratched the couch and my walls and said it wouldnt fit and it was my fault for not measuring correctly. Refused to take it back, said they didnt have room on the truck they just took it off of.

I ended up hiring a local mover who got the couch into the room Clubfurniture delivery could not (without damage).

I am still waiting to see if I will be reimbursed for the 2nd delivery cost and the couch repaired.
