We've never ordered furniture online and were a little nervous taking a leap of faith to order a couch, unseen, without actually getting to sit on it. Despite many local furniture stores in our vicinity, no one really had what we were looking for, a tight backed sleeper sofa. From Club Furniture's styles, material color choices, stain resistant fabric options, it was easy to put together what we wanted and the online photo renditions gave us a good idea of what to expect; so it put our mind at relative ease. They provided a full sampling of the material color options, which confirmed for us we made the right choice. They followed up with a request to confirm our order before moving forward with production. Once our order was finalized, we waited roughly 7 weeks before it arrived. The delivery company was efficient, respective of our home and set up the couch and tested the sleeper mechanism prior to our acceptance. The couch is beautiful. We highly recommend Club Furniture and have it in mind for future purchases.

The one Hughes concern is the putrid smell in all 4 of my chairs. I need this to be abated or picked up

Club chairs are prefect fit for viewing the lake from our northern cottage. Delivery staff wondered if the snow stays year round.They were a delight and the chairs better then expected.
Customer service and product was excellent. Delivery service was not great, came day later, no face covering and handle furniture with dirty hands. Left prints but able to clean the areas

The 2nd sofa was purchased 4 years ago for the living room in my Florida home. The 3rd sofa just purchase is for the family room in the Florida home. The furniture is not only well made but also looks great. The shipping went smoothly and the furniture was set up by the delivery men. I was very pleased with the whole transaction. I am now looking to buy a recliner and I know that will also be a great purchase.

The overall quality exceeded my expectations. My only reservation, a very minor one, is that I believe the chairs were advertised as extending to a fully horizontal position and they do not do so.
