The sofa is exactly what I have been looking for, I couldn't be happier! Having fabric samples (more than just a few) was very helpful. I contacted customer service several times with various questions because I was nervous about spending a lot of money on a "mail order" sofa. They were always kind and helpful and totally put my mind at ease. My original fabric choices were no longer available and I had to choose from a new set of samples, I eventually chose a Cryptonite fabric, and haven't had to test it's durability or stain resistance yet, but hopefully it lives up to the promises because that fabric is the most expensive offered, which is why I dropped one star. I would have preferred my original fabric choice which was not Cryptonite and was several hundred dollars less money. Time will tell on that. Overall though the fabric is a nice compromise. The sofa is very comfortable - the cushions are not stiff as they indicated they might be at first. The center cushion seems to be filled a little more than those on the ends but it's not noticeable to look at. I'm sitting on the center cushion almost exclusively to try and soften it up a bit. It's a nice piece of furniture, looks to be very well made and I appreciate that it is made right here in the USA. Delivery was a breeze, the guys did a fine job bringing it in and setting it up.They took all the trash with them when they left. Overall a very good experience from start to finish. Thank you!

The chair was delivered between 10:30 & 10:45 PM
November 8, 2019

The chair was delivered between 10:30 & 10:45 PM. They brought in a chair that was not wrapped. It was not a recliner. Our chair was on the truck and still wrapped and in perfect condition. It was after 11 when they left. The driver told Kendall to sign the paper work. He said he had driven down from NY and was tired. No white gloved service here.
The chair was supposed to be delivered between 4 and 8:30 on that date. The driver called after 9 and said he was in VA on Rt 301 coming from Maryland and would be here about 10:30. Ken told them to deliver the chair. We had to leave early Thursday morning and so he said to bring it on. The were also driving a semi and were told delivery was to be in a box truck. Consequently they had to park in the street and carry the chair down the 100' drive. There are no street lights. Houses are not close to each other and the area is fully wooded and dark. Also, the roads into the area are narrow and winding and use prohibited for large trucks unless delivering. Which they were. Not the best time to bring in a big truck. I see no need to will order again. This not the first time we've had delivery problems and the "white gloved delivery" sold us on ordering.

I ordered a 5' storage, leather covered ottoman. I was sent swatches first to select the color accurately. It took a while to get it, but I am very happy with the quality of the ottoman.

I'm disappointed with the Velcro that attaches the back cushions to the sofa. Makes too much noise w/every move. So wish they were permanently attached to the sofa.

I shopped for a year, at all the regular stores and on line and couldn't find anything, until I came to Club Furniture on the recommendation of a friend. I LOVE my new sofa, chair and ottoman. The order process was easy and Club Furniture had great communication from the order, to the leather samples and selection, right through the delivery. My furniture is comfortable, High Quality and while not inexpensive, great VALUE FOR MONEY and I know it will stand the test of time, even with the heavy use of 4 kids and dogs on the furniture!
