Right now the couch is a little hard but it will soften up in time with that said we love the couch and delivery was excellent!

Do Not Buy from Here

February 2020 - We bought a Janice Sleeper Sofa and it had numerous quality issues. We received the sofa and the cushions did not fit the couch. The seat cushions hung off the edge of the couch and when sitting it felt as if you were being pushed forward. The back cushions were t-cushions and did not rest on the arm of the sofa. We worked with customer service and the had new cushions made and sent to us. Still not correct AND the material had defects in it. They wanted to send a technician to our home but we decided enough was enough and elected to return the sofa. Club Furniture did pick up sofa put kept a 10% restocking fee. This was not a issue of us just not liking the sofa style, because we did, it was a manufacturing quality issue. In our opinion, all monies should be returned to us. However, that is not their policy. Skip this company.

UPDATE: SEPT. 2020 COMPANY HAS FINAL REFUNDED ALL MY MONEY. I UPGRADED THEM TO 2 STARS. QUALITY OF FURNITURE IS STILL AN ISSUE.

Ottoman.

Very nice sofa for a very good price

Very nice sofa for a very good price- excellent quality, comfortable and delivered without any issues. Would highly recommend club furniture over big boxes like Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrell. Was told that anytime in future they could make a custom slip cover for my couch- friends have been told by PB once style is discontinued you can no longer get covers, they also change styles frequently. Try Club Furniture they won't disappoint!

Samples arrived in a timely fashion, furniture specifications & descriptions were detailed, questions asked online were answered within 48 hours. The sales & design rep who previewed my order was extremely thorough - ensuring I ordered the correct pieces, fabric, etc. Exceptional service!

The ability to receive a full group of swatches to confirm color was really appreciated. Thanks for this extra effort. The furniture is exactly as pictured, well made, solid craftmanship and nicely padded. Very comfortable.

Club Furniture was great to work with when I purchased 2 new sofas. An online purchase of that scale is daunting, but the team took the time to answer all my questions, send me a fabric swatch, and ensure that my order was processed and shipped in a timely fashion (despite the widespread delays everywhere...Club Furniture was very quick, all things considered!) The quality of the furniture is phenomenal...you won't find anything anywhere close to this good at the price point they offer. I can tell these are quality pieces (well superior to similar purchases I've made through the retail chains) that will last my family for years and years to come!

This was my second time buying slip-covered sofas from them. The first sofa, a sectional, was probably 14 or so years ago and it's still in great shape. We moved it into the bedroom. I've washed the slip covers -- even dyed them -- many, many times. Their service is completely first class too.

Love my sofa!

Love my sofa! It's exactly what I wanted in the size I needed for about 1/3 the price. Excellent quality and being able to narrow down my leather choices and getting larger samples was so helpful. It took a couple of tries but I got the right leather!
Great company to work with. This is the third item I have ordered over the years. Never disappointed.

The leather sleeper sofa appears to be well made, but no one has slept on it yet for comfort. The leather is nice and I hope to get years of service from this piece. The delivery team was very courteous; however, they arrived in the pouring rain and had a difficult time getting the sleeper sofa into the intended room. They wanted me to change my room plans which was unacceptable so they managed to get the very heavy piece inside the room without damage to our newly constructed home. Overall, my experience was positive and clubfurniture.com provided excellent customer service before, during and after the sale. I would buy from them again.

It can be scary ordering furniture without having seen it in person or without having sat on it. However, after a high recommendation from a friend, I ordered two "Ellie" fabric sofas for my family room. I measured and re-measured and was confident that they would fit perfectly in my space. We are tall people and the Ellie sofas are deep and comfortable! The pebble cobble cloth is a beautiful fabric. It is lighter in color and is soft but so far has worn well (four months). The delivery men were courteous and careful. Very nice product for a great price.

I loved the couch I ordered...it is very well-crafted and comfortable but still holds up to a lot of lounging. After I placed my order someone called me up to confirm which was great because he explained the different filling options and I changed my original order based on his comments which worked out well. Delivery people were super nice. I would definitely shop here again.

I did a lot of research before purchasing a memory foam sleeper sofa from Clubfurniture. There were not many on the market that were actually comfortable. I was a bit nervous buying on line, sight unseen. My fears were for nothing. My sofa is fantastic. It was exactly as described, it arrived early and the delivery team was great. It was considerably less than comparable sofa sleepers from Create and Barrel, and is of similar quality.
I called customer service after ordering as I had several different gift cards to apply to the payment. They were helpful and did not mind the inconvenience.
I highly recommend this company.

After exhausting my search locally for a high quality tight back sofa, I turned my attention to an online search. Although I was initially skeptical making such a large purchase sight unseen, I was reassured when the swatches arrived after placing my order. With so many choices of fabrics, it became more of a problem deciding which one was my favorite! Speaking with customer service was an exceptional experience; the representatives at Club Furniture work diligently to make your order perfect. When my sofa and chair arrived, I was stunned; they are gorgeous! The craftsmanship and quality exceeded every expectation I had and I feel great having supported a "local" business. I WILL be returning for future purchasing!

I purchased a leather sofa and club chair about 10 months ago. The personalized service and advice I received over the phone to help me order exactly what I wanted was phenomenal! I was able to order extra sofa cushions and an ottoman from a different collection at very reasonable prices. The leather quality is really top-notch and has shown no wear, even though these pieces are used every single day. The delivery was on time and handled professionally also. This is a wonderful company!

After searching which seemed like a year for the right sofa for my den, I finally found the club furniture web page. It was Valentines Day and there was a $99 shipping promotion which caught my eye. After talking to your customer service representative, who was extremely helpful, I placed my order and I am happy to say that I love my new sofa...It is a very substantial piece of furniture wonderfully firm and comfortable. The trucking company finally called me. Maybe Saturday night before 9. I'm hoping the sofas look and sit well.

... I have yet to receive them. Nearly three weeks ago, I was told they were ready to ship, and to pay the balance due. I did so. Then I was told "oops, they aren't done. Last week I was told they were done, and sent to shipper. This week... crickets.
Hopefully, at some point, I will actually be able to see, feel and even sit on, the furniture I purchased.
At the point of sale, service was great. Darrin was also great to deal with. However, a person we shall simply name "B" in their "customer service" department, seems extremely casual. I basically feel like they got my money and don't care anymore.
