Be prepared to wait 8-10 weeks for your custom sofa, other than that, the experience was wonderful. The staff from customer support to delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. The products are quality and stylish.

I was a bit hesitant about ordering upholstered furniture on line, but this has been a wonderful experience. Great product, American made, excellent customer service and delivery was without issue. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Somewhat stressful. Difficult to navigate the web site which should/must be user friendly as buyer needs to switch between screens to compare and check the many options when purchasing an upholstered piece.
Fantastic! It scared me to death to order a COUCH online. I relied heavily on the reviews of previous buyers. I would like to add to the chorus that this is a SPECTACULAR leather/wood sleeper sofa. We even slept in it over night to see what our guests experiences would be. Very comfortable! I really appreciated the time the staff spent with me answering questions about the leather options. He was knowledgeable, patient and made the purchasing experience a pleasure. One word of caution - the delivery men had to work hard to get it into the room. In the end they had to take the door off the hinges. Because of the slight flair to the legs they could not stand it on end. (we love the flared legs!). They managed somehow without damaging the leather or wood.

Little apprehensive about buying online & not actually seeing the product in person, but thrilled with our purchase! Loved that fabric samples were sent, as we changed our minds after seeing samples. Everything from the purchase to delivery was very professional.
From the moment I called Club Furniture until the time my sofa arrived, they were in constant communication with me. Never left me hanging from unanswered calls or emails. Always prompt in answering any and all questions. I somehow knew I could depend on them at the beginning, and I did all the way through the transaction. Got a great looking sofa (delivery guys set it up for me), comfortable (already took my first nap on it!), and it fits in my home perfectly.

I enjoyed buying from you. I looked at available options, made a selection and selected a leather color to match our other two items, one from Club Furniture, one from Macy's. Delivery went very smoothly. I do have one comment. The furniture feet should be different for carpet or hardwood floors. My chair came with button feet for carpet, I removed them and replaced them with carpet pads. Good thing too, as one of the buttons was cracked and could have scratched our floor. I recommend that furniture be delivered with flat-faced wood legs and either option installed upon delivery or as a selection at the time of order.
Have used Club Furniture before to make a storage ottoman. Turned out beautiful and have just ordered 2 Stella swivel chairs, can't wait for them to arrive!
The Stella chairs arrived, and I love them! Beautiful fabric, very well made. A little deeper seat than I originally thought, but added a small pillow which works great. I also appreciate that the owners of Club Furniture are so accessible.

The only delay in our order was caused by the necessity of changing the upholstery color. Once that arrived, customer service helped a lot to keep me informed of the status and probably helped speed things up. Thus far, we have no complaints and love the furniture. We have not used the sleeper mattress at this time.
I ordered a quick ship sectional right before the holidays. I was very worried the furniture would not arrived on time and called Club Furniture and Darren took care of making sure my set was delivered in time for Christmas. He called me personally several times to communicate when the items would be shipped and when they would arrive. Turns out my furniture came a day early which worked out perfect! When it arrived, it was beautiful, even better than what I had expected, and I felt like it was excellent quality and a reasonable price. I have already recommended club furniture to a friend!
