We love the chair

We love the chair - my husband had buyers remorse after we made the purchase but that all went away when he saw the finished product. The only thing that was not perfect about the transaction was the delivery time, 6:30 a.m. That is just because we are late night workers and do not get up that early in the morning. Actually is was not that bad, I was out of bed and had a productive day before work. The delivery boys explained that they had a 14 hour drive to their next delivery, all was fine. Me just wining, like my sleep.

Thank you for the quality chair and for the many years of enjoyment we are anticipating from it.

Buying a piece of furniture online is a scary experience, but so are these times we live in. I put my total faith into the online photos I saw that the chair was quality through and through. I was provided with every fabric/leather choices available and was advised by Mark which would probably be best for our fur babies that includes a cat. We are so happy with our chair and highly recommend this Club Furniture. Thanks for making this a great purchase for us.

Beautiful tufted couch that does not look like a sleeper, at all. The price was very reasonable, so I really recommend upgrading the fabric - I purchased fabric from tier 2, and it is slightly on the thin side. However, it is very comfortable, so I hope that, over the long term, wear patterns won't be a problem (but will be something to keep an eye on).

Our beautiful leather sectional arrived even sooner than anticipated! This is the first piece of leather furniture we've purchased and we were concerned it might not be as "cozy" as our old denim sectional. No worries though, the leather is so soft and the down cushions just add to the comfort! Amazing quality at an amazing price! Thank you Club Furniture!

The entire process went very smoothly and exactly as expected. Color samples arrived on time and the order confirmation phone call was a nice customer service step. The chair arrived in perfect condition after its journey across the country and it is gorgeous.

We had moved to a new home, and our old living room furniture didn't fit. We looked at a number of different sites before settling on Club Furniture.

From the time we placed the order to receiving a call to confirm our order, then sample swatches of leather, was less than one week. Delivery was well within the time frame set during that initial conversation, and the furniture is absolutely gorgeous.

We are very, very pleased.

Club Furniture was great to work with. They were patient and worked to find the right color and texture of leather. It took a long while to select and mail samples but eventually we found one that worked for us. The chair is beautiful and well-crafted.

Finished product was excellent, fabrics were high quality and the color was an exact match to the sample.

Production time estimate was met, however the fact that there is no fixed delivery time due to freight company policies did extend the true delivery by approx. 4 weeks from the required receipt of the final payment.

This was my first experience with making a major purchase over the internet and I was very satisfied with Club Furniture. The service representatives were very good as was the email correspondences. The delivery men were also good. Our only hesitation is that one of the men talk on his cell phone for several minutes once he entered our home. Overall we were very pleased.

Very well made leather ottoman

Very well made leather ottoman. Special care is used to make sure the leather and color are correct prior to construction. Just wish it would be shipped quicker are completion. A little unease when they turned it over to shipper and a delay waiting for truck to ship to my state. All turn out well.

The couch quality is amazing!

The couch quality is amazing! It's so beautiful and comfortable. We will probably purchase again.

The only complaint I have is that the delivery men were a bit rude and not friendly. They set one of our couches up on one of its' short sides (long ways up in the air) and then accused my 11-year old of pushing it over when the wind blew it down. We were all inside and my son is the only one that witnessed it...and is not a liar. Luckily it didn't break the couch but they were quick to remind me that if there was damage it was our fault.

Just beware of the delivery guys and inspect for damage.

Ordering from Club Furniture was a great experience. As I live in Wyoming, we do not have a lot of furniture stores to shop at and test the different sofas. So, I was basically buying a sofa sight unseen and untouched. Your sales staff was excellent in helping me pick out the right couch. I worked with Darren and he was extremely helpful by helping me decide the correct couch and fabric. The swatches make it easy to get a feel for the fabric. Overall, I explained what I was looking for and Darren helped me pick out the perfect sofa. Thank you.

Easy and clear online ordering process

Easy and clear online ordering process. Once the sofa was ready to ship, we had tremendously positive communications with Marsha (I think that was her name) at Club Furniture. She facilitated the delivery. When the delivery ran into a real snag, the delivery company moved heaven and earth to get the sofa to us on time. We are deeply appreciative!

I've been looking for a 2 arm chaise for my master bedroom for years - I just happened to find this on a google search and to see that it's not only on sale but has a cushion upgrade and delivery in home - wow!

Very pleased with what I ordered now that it has been delivered. Very well constructed - great quality.

Took longer than expected
August 17, 2016

Took longer than expected. Not quite as plush as I would expect a tufted leather item to be. This piece also feels more like vinyl than leather. Not sure why that is. Once I paid and heard nothing for a week, I contacted customer service regarding delivery. I got a bit of a story, I think. Overall, the piece is the size I wanted, so it works.

The delivery service was not customer friendly. They called early on a Saturday morning ( 6.00) AM. Told me he would be at my home in 30 minutes.
Two men arrived, carried the chair inside the front door, removed the plastic cover. If I wanted anything else done, I had to pay them extra. I told them to leave. The chair was great, exactly what I ordered. I am very please with the new chair. The delivery service would prevent me from ordering another chair or anything else. They were in and out in less than five minutes.

The Club Furniture website was easy to use

The Club Furniture website was easy to use. I was able to order swatches of the fabrics and make a better decision on what worked in my living room. I placed the order easily online when I was ready. I received a phone call from an owner very soon after to confirm my order. We love the sofa! It fits well into our space and the quality is excellent.

Leather ottoman was unpacked inside the truck
November 3, 2015

Leather ottoman was unpacked inside the truck. Before I could even get to the front door, they were carrying the unwrapped piece inside. Not sure what the inside of the truck looked like, but after having time to look at the piece, there are numerous scuff marks on the leather. No way of knowing if this is how it left the shop, or if it happened in the truck. Nothing that would not happen over time with use, but disappointing that it was scuffed when received. Delivery instruction email said to meet the truck and watch them unpack. That was totally impossible, as when I got to the front door to walk outside, they were already carrying unwrapped piece in. Can only assume that it was not wrapped or secured properly inside the truck, but how is one supposed to prove that, when they made sure not to follow the company's own delivery instructions to allow us to watch them "unpack" it at the truck?

Club furniture was very helpful with the selection and processing of my order. The shipping company changed the delivery date and time 3 times due to truck problems. This gets difficult on my end when I have to take time off work to meet the deliverers. I like the furniture and can see that the pieces are well constructed and match the specifications we asked for.
