This company is great to work with...

This company is great to work with... However, I did expect my sofa to be 88 inches. When I measured after receiving it was 78 inches. I have no idea why. This was for my second home so I had a friend there available for delivery. The longer sofa was what I was expecting. That was the only bummer for me. They were able to track down exact material I wanted, so that was nice. Overall... Great co to work with.

I've had the sofa for a week and am very happy with the comfort, quality and style. Construction is solid as a rock. Tier 1 grain sack fabric is super comfy and beautiful. I expect a long life from this sofa. Delivered a day late but without any damage. I'm happy!

Our order (a sleeper sofa) was delayed leaving the factory, but the team at ClubFurniture did everything they could to ensure that we received by the date they had originally promised. Much appreciated...and we love the couch, too!

Super easy ordering with tons of choices in fabrics. Loved the question and answer page that had any and all questions I had and several answers to each.
Took much too long to get the sofa.
Ottoman cover cushion is grey and my sofa is blue. That was a big disappointment.

The entire ordering process was very clear. I liked the fact that you could secure your order on hold to take advantage of sale prices while they sent you fabric samples. Then, after deciding on the final fabric, they send a swatch from the actual cut of fabric that they were going to use to cover your furniture. It gave me piece of mind. I was notified fairly quickly that the furniture had been made and was passed off to the shipper, but it took several more weeks for actual delivery. This was all disclosed upfront very clearly and was not a surprise, but I'm hoping in the future the company can find ways to cut off some of that time. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the process and the furniture and would definitely consider Club Furniture again in the future.

Couch, chairs, and ottomans as well as their covers are very positive additions to my home. Design, comfort, and workmanship are at a very high level. Excellent customer service as well as contracted delivery service that unwrapped and placed all 7 pieces and disposed of cartons and packing. Very pleased with this purchase. If I had more room I'd order more.

Easy order process, Friendly staff, and a good quality product - I truly love my sofa set and believe it will be around for years to come.

My only issue stems from the delivery service I received. I paid extra for the white glove delivery and I was very explicit about what I needed for delivery of my items. The delivery company was late, I had to be rescheduled which caused various issues. I was supposed to be on the front end of the delivery schedule to avoid late delivery the next time. Still arrived late. Again creating major problems. The drivers who unpacked didn't care and then went so far as to leave small light finger spots on the white fabric. Not cool

Product appears to be well built

Product appears to be well built. The leather is thick and supple. Seems smaller then I thought it would be and was disappointed that a wood sample was not available for review prior to purchase like the leather swath was. It ended up being slightly darker then ideal to match existing furniture in the same room.

Ordering furniture site unseen may seem like a big risk, but I think it's really important to consider the quality of components, fabric and workmanship no matter what your budget. After visiting a few stores, we realized that we could find better quality, better selection and better service by working with Club Furniture online. The loveseat we ordered was perfect and every detail was exactly as expected. We live in a 100+-year-old house with a few flights of steps to reach our door, but the delivery people were able to make it all look easy and also were very courteous when scheduling delivery. Congratulations on running a good business serving the craftspeople, delivery men, all other who earn a living working for Club Furniture and the customer! It's a win-win and something to be very proud of in this day and age. Thank you.

Salesperson Darrin was very helpful when I called with a few questions regarding leathers and dimensions. He also thoroughly described the ordering process, so there were no surprises.

The couch is exactly what we were looking for. There's plenty of width for my wife and I to lie next to each other, and we don't have to curl up into the fetal position anymore as there's ample length. The cushions are just the right firmness to support without that sinking feeling, and this is the best leather finish I have ever seen on furniture.

Finally a couch my whole family can enjoy!

I ordered swatch samples which arrived with a $50 gift card. The wording indicates the $50 is valid in conjunction with other offers. Yet, when I entered the savings code, the current March Madness discounts disappeared and only the $50 remained. The total $$ of my order was increased. I had to re-select the order and left off the $50 savings code. A small detail, but a problem non the less. I am looking forward to receiving all available swatches for the chairs. I am anticipating that this will be a positive experience! Thanks!

I really enjoy shopping at Club Furniture because they are personable and always happy to help find a solution. This was very applicable on my last order where they were instrumental in finding some leather no longer in their portfolio and creating an ottoman that wasn't visible to me on their website.

We bought two leather sectionals from Club Furniture online and eight weeks later, they were delivered by two courteous men who placed the large sofas in our living area for us. They are exactly what we expected and seem to be nicely made with high quality leather. We were ready to buy a sectional from Room & Board, but took the chance of buying these sofas sight unseen for almost half the price. It hasn't even been two months yet since we've had them but so far we are happy with them.

My second purchase from clubfurniture.com. My club chair from 5 years ago is going strong. Our new leather couch and loveseat are well made and were delivered with care on time. My one interaction with Customer Service was positive. They were able to accommodate our request to slightly adjust the height of the back cushions to keep them below a window sill.

The sectional sofa that I purchased is of great quality and it looks perfect in the space I have for it. Everyone I spoke with at Club Furniture was friendly, helpful and professional. I appreciated the extra effort that was put forward to help me order the right sectional that we could fit down a narrow stairway with a turn at the bottom, but that would look great and fit in the large space I had available. Thank you!

We absolutely love our custom leather couches and ottomans the quality, size, and comfort is fantastic. It took longer to get than i first expected, the Covid 19 delays. Once i reached out to the company they did their best to remedy the delay. Would i recommend Club Furniture? That's a big 'YES' to anyone. I'm considering buying another one. And I'm telling all my friends about this company. Also the delivery team was so professional and seamless.

The customer service I spoke to when I was inquiring about the club chair I was interested in, was fantastic! He answered all my questions and then i was sent a sample pack of leather colors and that was really helpful too. My order was processed promptly and my chair delivery went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company and I'll use them again whenever the need should arise.

I could not be more pleased with my purchase of a leather chair from Club Furniture. It certainly was a gamble spending that much money on a chair that I had never seen or sat in - even though I knew you promised free returns if not satisfied. I can't describe how relieved I was when it arrived and we unwrapped it. What a beautiful, high quality built chair! I am looking at it right now and it looks even better than the photographs on your website. I wanted a small leather recliner and everywhere I went all I could find were huge and not particularly high quality chairs. Thanks for making such beautiful furniture in the USA.
