Customer service has been top notch

Customer service has been top notch. I received fabric samples quickly and easily placed an order. I even called back within a few days of placing the order to make a change and there was no problem. Their communication is good and the process worked exactly as they said it would, and when they said it would. I think their model is a great concept, products are quality and customer service is excellent!

The couch turned out better than I had hoped and was an excellent price. Club furniture offered a classic style that is very difficult to find, and the ability to customize the design and size to fit my living room perfectly!

So far I am enjoying the new couch and getting used to the microfiber fabric that shows every touch! I am fearful that the cushions will start to lose their shape but keeping my fingers crossed! I truly hope this couch is everything it seems to be!
I also have requested a copy of my order and purchase for my records and I am unsure yet if this has been sent. Perhaps via email? Also, I have not yet received any information on the fabric warranty that I purchased. I have sent a previous email requesting these items and will review my inbox. With so many emails coming in daily, it's hard to find anything!

I had a great experience with ClubFurniture.com from the beginning. I very quickly received fabric samples, and easily chose the style and configuration of sofa that I wanted. I received follow up emails and phone calls to verify my choices and let me know the process going forward. Even when I made a change to my order, the service rep was courteous and very helpful, again making this a great customer experience. The fabric is great quality and the construction is very sturdy and well done. I can truly say this is one of the few companies I've dealt with about furnishing my new home that did what they said they would, when they said they would, and provided a top quality product! Will definitely find another opportunity to purchase from them!

New sofa we purchased in summer 2013 has problems with fabric dye fading in a number of spots. There are areas where the color is a couple of shades lighter due to normal contact with skin. No other furniture in entire house has ever faded like this, and no cleaning products of any sort have been used on the sofa. No chemicals or bleach were involved either- the color was not "colorfast".

Of course, we wanted our product yesterday, but it did arrive in the specified time frame. The product...design, leather, craftspersonship, etc...met and excelled our expectations. Had a very good experience with customer service throughout the process (because my husband kept calling them to ask when it would be done. Thanks for your patience, customer service!). If I need furniture in the future and I have the option of waiting a bit for it, I'll use Clubfurniture again.

I ordered the quick ship option furniture in late December. It took almost 3 months to arrive. It arrive in perfect condition and is of high quality. Think about your timeline when ordering. 3 months is too long to wait for many people. I always got an answer to the status of the order when calling but they never offered any details as to why it was taking so long or how much longer the wait would be. Having said that, I'll buy from them again in the future.

This was an expensive piece of furniture and we appreciated that Club Furniture took the time to send us a large cutting from the leather that would be used so we could see exactly what color our new piece would be. It is beautiful!

Ordering from Club Furniture was a pleasure. Darrin explained everything in detail, sent fabric swatches in a timely fashion, etc. The products are very well made and the delivery service called in advance of delivery...just as promised. It is also very hard to find a quality sofa for a smaller room. The Apt size furniture section sold by Club Furniture answers that dilemma perfectly. Check out the weights of the sofas on the Club Furniture website as opposed to others. Heavy. My son was in the furniture business for many years and HE was impressed by the product we received. Order with confidence.

This couch is everything I expected plus more. I had shopped Pottery Barn, Ethan Allen, etc and they wanted triple the price of Club Furniture. The quality is outstanding and I just love the denim fabric. Every single person that sits on it says it is so comfortable. My daughter-in-law plans to buy a slipcovered sectional in the future from Club Furniture she likes mine so much.

We are long time buyers of pottery barn, restoration hardware and similar furniture - club furniture products are the same if not better quality. You simply cannot beat the price - the quality is bar none, the leather is supple, the cushions ultra soft, and the contraction is very solid.

We probably won't buy big furniture items anywhere else.

Thanks club furniture for making this possible.

It was a big leap for me to order such a major piece of furniture sight unseen. However, the excellent depictions on the web site, the helpful guidance from assistants at Club furniture and swatches of leather I received in the mail made the whole process seamless. My beautiful TriBeCa sofa was delivered without a hitch and I am enjoying this fine addition to my home.

My daughter in law, a very bargain conscience person, recommended Clubfurniture to me after ordering a chair recliner.

Our Cal King leather sleigh bed frame had quite a journey from start to finish due to the exigencies of the coronavirus pandemic and our own change of mind on where to accept delivery of our order (two towns about 900 miles apart, where we have summer/winter homes). Jeff King was our customer support person from start to finish, and we were greatly impressed by his competence in managing our changing situation. We love our Club Furniture bed, and would highly recommend this company for its quality products and fantastic customer service.

I think our sofa and loveseat are really nice. I liked that you could pick from a wide array of colors. I wanted an attached back sofa which are hard to find and even harder to find in more than one color option. I also appreciate that they were made in the USA. After about 8 months a seam started to pop on the sofa. Club Furniture made arrangements for someone to come out and fix it as quickly as possible. I would order from them again and recommend them to friends and family.
