The people I spoke with at Club Furniture could not have been more helpful...explained the process thoroughly as well as how my chaise sofa would work and even provided me with suggestions on how to treat it for longer life when it arrived. I would definitely use Club Furniture for future purchases.

My sofa sleeper is handsome and stylish. Leather color is rich and deep. Cushions have been napped upon, and grandchildren are looking forward to using the sleeper. (Can't vouch for mattress comfort yet.) I had to take a deep breath before ordering online, but it worked out very well, and I will recommend ClubFurniture.com.

Very well made and comfortable sofa. I purchased the interchangeable sofa which can be set up as a right or left chaise or as just a sofa and ottoman. I really appreciated that they sent a swatch of all of their materials so that I could see exactly what I would be getting. I ended up changing the fabric to Oyster after seeing the swatches so this was very helpful. It is a beautiful and super comfortable sofa. It is really nice to be able to configure this 3 different ways. Great value!

We love our new Sheffield sofa and loveseat, it was worth the wait. The cushions are really soft and comfortable. Leather quality is excellent. Ordering with clubfurniture was painless and hassle free. Will definitely purchase from them again.

My order arrived in great condition and just as I had pictured it. There were a couple of weeks' delay between notification that order was complete and contact regarding delivery. I wasn't in a big hurry, but a little better communication would have been nice. Overall, I found the experience to be a success and will order from them again.

After looking at many, many recliners at many, many furniture stores and not finding anything we liked, we took to the Internet. Luckily we happened upon Club Furniture. They had exactly what we were looking for a good price point so we order two mission style leather and wood recliners. After having them for three months now, I can honestly say that it was a terrific purchase and experience. The quality is top notch and they have a great "wow" factor. The comfort level is far superior than anything we found during our search. These chairs don't scream recliners like those puffy things in most stores. There are mission style, clean lined upscale chairs that recline. Everything about our purchase was excellent right down to the great delivery people.

Very happy with the overall shopping experience, but had trouble finding any information online that would help me choose the leg color on my sofa.

Discovered a defect with the sofa after it was delivered. Club Furniture sent a technician to repair the sofa, but it took several weeks.

Overall, though, still a beautiful sofa at a good price.

The wait for the shipper to consolidate a load to the west coast seemed somewhat excessive and there was some confusion at the shipper as to whether my shipment had one or two items - I had ordered a pair of leather lounge chairs, but when all was resolved, the shipment arrived in perfect condition and the drivers were very courteous and professional in delivering and placing the chairs in our home.

I had ordered the same sectional from a local furniture store. After waiting 3 months for delivery, the wrong piece was delivered. This happened twice. I finally had to cancel the order. I went on line to Club Furniture and found the exact sofa. It was delivered in 6 weeks and it was perfect. The delivery people were very accommodating also. Highly recommend.

Receiving the swatches promptly was the first thing I appreciated. Red leather is iffy. More importantly I found EXACTLY the style recliner I wanted. Waiting with bated breath doesn't come close. It is STUNNING! Larger than expected but fit the footprint for it exactly! It arrived fully assembled. A feature not mentioned is a plus. I prefer the manual version recliner. I don't like handles or anything else to take away from the appearance. I noticed that if you recline completely as you sit up the chair seems to give you a nudge. So there is no frustration getting the footrest to go down. Nor getting more weight on the footrest to make the chair come up to seated position. A feature particularly appreciated by a 'slight' lady.

I'll be moving within the year. So I'll be looking at the Queen sofa beds! Being made here is a MAJOR plus for me too!

The process of ordering a club chair and receiving it was smooth and trouble-free. I received the swatch samples only a few days after placing the order. The chair arrived even sooner than I had been told. Delivery and set up was done quickly and efficiently. The chair is beautiful, and quite comfortable. I highly recommend Club Furniture Co. For its quality furniture and excellent customer service.

It took about 16 weeks to receive my sofa, which is about twice as long as I expected it would take. And when the delivery time finally arrived, I was given barely any notice and had to rush to prepare the space for the sofa to be delivered. On the day of delivery, the showed up about 4 hours before the window they gave me and asked for me to come home despite meetings that I had going on at work. The furniture quality and customer service from club furniture was excellent, but the time it took and delivery process definitely sub standard.

Everything was fine except the delivery, which was after we had left town, necessitating having a friend wait at our house and receive the couch. The production time was about a month longer than expected, even considering the week that the factory was closed during July.

This is my second slip covered sectional from Club Furniture. My fist couch lasted 12 years. Darrin worked closely with me to find the dimensions in which I was used to and I wanted the arms to be straight instead of rolled so he was able to customize that for a small fee. My couch arrived safe and sound this week and we are loving it! Thanks again Club Furniture for the quality product!

Ordered chair beginning of June, told 8-10 weeks for delivery. It came in about 12 weeks. I received no phone calls or emails after initially paying my deposit. I had to call to see what was going on, almost thinking that I had been scammed. Chair delivery process was very good and we are very pleased with it.

We love the quality, comfort, and style of our new leather sectional. It was just as described and exactly what I wanted. The leather is so soft and I'm glad we got the upgraded down seats. The sectional helps us use our family room space optimally. It gives us plenty of seating while also opening up our room. The delivery people were polite and kept me informed of their arrival time when they were delayed. The sales representatives I spoke with when I ordered and followed up were very helpful, knowledgable and professional.

I was happy to find the couch that I bought

I was happy to find the couch that I bought. It was easier to buy on line than in the store where a salesman is following me every minute and suggesting items that are just not what I was looking for. I selected online by seat height, cushion firmness, and style. Sending sample fabrics to my home also helped to choose the fabric and color. In the end I bought a couch in a different color than I originally selected because I was able to get it in time for the holidays. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Fantastic!

Fantastic! Everything about our new sectional is exactly what we wanted. No, I take it back, it is better than we imagined! I special ordered legs that weren't usually used on the Margo and the result is beyond stunning. Everyone who has come to our home has "ooh-ed and ahh-ed" over the sectional sofa and of course we tell them where we got it. I cannot recommend Club Furniture enough. If you're on the fence, jump! Totally worth it.
