I tried contact their cs with a question. The online form asks for 'transaction code'.
You can't find a transaction code in the Coinbase transaction report. If you search their
"help" area for the term 'transaction code', no match. Nice work Coinbase. When
You purchase Bitcoin from Coinbase, they will show you the value of your asset. But
Try to pay anyone or send crypto to anyone, and the system says you can't withdrawl
Because '... please wait for your bank transfers to complete...'

So, you can buy crypto, then it is "stranded" on the Coinbase system for who knows how
Long while transaction clears. Meanwhile, the volatile asset could plunge in value. Crypto
Is a BAD IDEA for making payments, unless you don't mind seeing the value of your asset
Disappear while you are waiting to get access to it.

Not a SCAM, but certainly a JOKE.

I had to share my experience tho I don't write reviews.
If not the report to the recovery company online, my withdrawal will be pending till date. I'd not have taken my capital out without the process Chaîn Vault Tech the police recommended me to.

This company is a total scam. I transferred two of my coins to USD, and did 2 separate instant transfers, but only one of the 2 actually made it to my account. I contacted Scambase, oops I mean coin base and they lead me on a wild goose chase, gaslighting me and telling me that the money was in my wallet, then that I had chosen an ACH transfer which I did not. Finally a fake manager tells me to rest assured the money would be in my account in approximately 10 days, 10 days has come and gone and my money is still missing. Today they're telling me it was sent on the same day I first reached out and that its on my bank now. This company needs to be shutdown and I want my money back!

My funds just simply evaporate.

During the summer of last year, I matched with an American man on a dating website's Messenger app, who seemed very nice and had my best interests at heart. Story Fast Forward: He advised we should invest together online in Bitcoins, which is a way to double up on some money in a short period of time. So I took the advice and invested about $97,000 from my bank account with him. Little did I know that I was throwing my money away on a fraudulent trading scheme. I lost the money and reported it to the FBI, but nothing was done until I met Amendall.net on the internet, who helped me track the scammer's wallet, and I got some of my money back. Thank goodness for the Amendall Recovery Team, which helped me after much patience and cooperation with the team.

Horrible! Terrible! The customer service is very slow. The withdrawl availability takes 7 days or longer before you can withdraw. The fees they charge for buying and selling currency is outrageous. Absolutely do not deposit money in this app. I am dissatisfied. Negative starrating! They are scammy and if your money ever got in a bind, you can't contact them quickly or even at all. Try calling their customer service number and see what happens. You'll be deeply saddened. DONT USE THIS APP.

After giving up on my hacked crypto account over 1 month ago, I came across Jimfundsrecovery AT consultant c0m recommendation about crypto wallet recovery on a blog, I slide in and file a complaint to them about how my account was hacked by fake investment platform, I sent my hacked wallet address to them as requested. Well, let me cut this short. Within a few days of sending the required info, I gained access to my account with my coins intact.

I recently had a troubling experience with Coinbase that I felt compelled to share. I was scammed while using their platform, and it left me feeling frustrated and helpless. After realizing I had fallen victim to the scam, I reached out to Coinbase's support, but their response was far from satisfactory. After doing some research, I discovered Norkersecurity,org I was initially skeptical, but I decided to reach out for assistance. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I lost $400 on 1st day using them on a transfer. They Do not care that it's their fault and they simply will not refund your lost crypto for any reason. They just want your money and won't give you any support when they're responsible for losing your funds. A total joke. They are thieves. Buyer beware! If I could give ZERO star, I would.

I invested with this company and have entered into a perpetual circle without being able to get my funds back. They have many tricks to avoid you being able to access your email, reset your password and as a result not being able to request cancellation and refund your money. I am going to the FBI to get my money back I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This company needs to be prevented from doing business in the USA! A class action lawsuit needs to be started for all those investors that have been scammed and were not able to get their investment money back!

High overall fees for trading and to deposit. Also, if you convert from one coin to another, even though it says there is no conversion fee, you can literally watch the value of your account drop. Unless you're planning to use a Coinbase Pro subscription and day trade a bunch of $#*! that is more volatile than penny stocks or buy bitcoin in hopes of a safe long-term return, don't bother. However, you even get dinged on the back end, especially if you sell Bitcoin. Not happy with this service. Of the $15k I put in, $3.5k profit was lost on a bad trade and $1.5k was lost on a bad company, Coinbase. Find another way to trade your coin, that's my advice.

I probably only have less than one quarter of a Bitcoin in my Coinbase wallet at the present moment... back a few years ago, it was so user friendly and so easy to do things... like transfer Bitcoin and that sort of thing... now it has morphed into a very user unfriendly whores nightmare... security is now so damned tight... that I cannot even get into my account any more... I have just got so frustrated with them... and frankly I want nothing to do with cryptocurrencies any more... that's it... fool me once, shame on you Coinbase... there has got to be better sites than Coinbase... do not make the same mistake that I made... look elsewhere for a cryptocurrency wallet...

I do not recommend Coinbase. I needed to reset my authenticator app to regain access. It was a two week debacle that ended with an email saying I was "authorized to log in and update my authenticator". I tried to do so, and when I tried to log in there was no option to reset the authenticator, so I still cannot access my account. This is ridiculous. Response from customer service is slow. This vendor is not worth the trouble if you want to be able to get to your coins. Stay away.

I have been trying to get my account straight for months. It is still unusable. Coinbase has no real person to speak to. They will only give you a case number through there help support program and it loops you back to the help support program. I have entered at least 25 help support cases. Still no help I have begged them to just give me a number to speak with a actual tech support person to resolve my problem. That is no possible. I have lost thousands of dollars while try to get Coinbase help support to resolve my problems. It is not that they do not care they just do not have anyone to resolve a real problem. BUYER BEWARE. Do Not Trust your monyey with Coinbase.

I'm not saying this because I've had one issue with them, I've had multiple issues with them now. Their lack of care and pure negligence reminds me of the old days in btc when mtgox (trading platform) stole all my money. Everytime you contact support you aren't responded to until a few days after. Then, the email you received (every time I might add) is it takes 5-7 days for someone to get up with you about your issue. Depending on what that said issue is, you might just be screwed because they do not care about you, or your money. Might as well call some of it stealing. Please steer clear of this platform, it's been nothing but headaches for so many users. Check out Binance, they have a much wider variety of crypto options, better support, and more supply of crypto to be purchased.

Please, please, please steer clear.
