They devised a systematic way of locking people like myself out of their various accounts. Btc is rising I had over $46,083 in my account with them but, I was never allowed to get the chance to make a withdrawal. Every time I tried to a login it different error signs. I made several communication with them but no successful resonse. It was so awful, that infrawhite.com was my savior from them. I'm glad they kept their promise of helping me.

Coinbase refused to let me have access to my cryptos. After many communications, yet they still put a hold on it. Thanks fully I can accross a post here talking about a platform that helps. The outcome of dealing with Coinbase can be highly unpredictable. Their customer service is undeniably the worst imaginable. Brought this to their attention, they never once read an email. Just responded with generic crap.

THEN THEY BANNED MY ACCOUNT, and are refusing to remove the ban so i can close the account down and take back my money

I was scammed out of some crypto and I reached out to my crypto service, Coinbase, and they have never responded. I was hoping they would be interesting in learning about crypto addresses they could block to protect their users, and details of the scam to protect their users. Zero interest by them.

It's been 2 months I have wanted to close down my account and in doing so they have locked my account so I cannot access it since I started to close my account I have 90 days to send my crypto elseware. I have tryed everything to get in my account hours and hours talking with support and they keep running me in circles. Not to mention countless emails. The pic is of were is gets stuck trying to login. The other pic is the email they keep sending me. I haven't done anything illegal. I don't know what else to do they are going to end up taking the crypto after 90 days.

I transferred a large sum of money from my bank to Coinbase 9 days ago. Coinbase cleared and confirmed the cash deposit 3 days later. For the past 6 days, I have been unable to access that cash which is now sitting in my Coinbase wallet. When I try to purchase cryptocurrency through Coinbase, they do not use the cash deposit, instead they withdraw more money from my bank account. They are not allowing me buy anything with my cash and not allowing me to withdraw the cash. The cash is stuck in there. I have tried multiple times to get help from customer service but get only automated replies that are irrelevant. The app is also glitchy and caused duplicate orders, for which customer service was also useless. Coinbase is shady as hell -- my experience with other cryptocurrency platforms has been a thousand times better.

My first purchase was duplicated, so instead of investing 1000 I had 2000.

Then they sold automatically my ETHs when arrived to 700... Surprise! I tried to buy back, but then said I have no EURs...

When I complained they blocked my account, and after several weeks, they reactivated it and magically is working now. Of course, ETH raised and I lost most of my money...

A completely scam. BTW they are the same as GDAX.

I locked my account on the day that all the accounts showed zero assets. Then I tried to unlock it same day, got an email saying it will be unlocked after 48 hours. It didn't get unlock. I called and after 1 hours being on hold, hung up and got a call after 2 hours, after 1 hour talking to customer service, they said I'll get an email within 24 hrs. I didn't get that email, called them again, was on line with customer service for over 2 hours and they couldn't fix it. Called them again same day, they canceled my account and transferred my crypto to the new account. I had new problems with new account, called them again, she said wait 5-10 mint, conversation took over 2 hours, and she finally said it would take 72 hours! I asked them to cancel my transaction. And she promised I would get a cancellation email today. I hung up and still waiting!

This is the most horrible app I've ever used for anything customer service is horrible they overcharge you for everything there Hass to be a better place to deal with bitcoin or cryptocurrency than this place this place is a rip off

Coinbase support is an automated joke. I had a very simple problem that I requested assistance with. The problem was that coinbase changed my XLM memo without notification which made a predetermined payout from 'unmineable' imposssible to complete. I asked for an explanation as well as to have the memo changed back to the original. I am convinced that no human works for support. They ask for other information that is irrelevant to my query. Do not get sucked into the convenience. They do not care about their users whatsoever. I will be doing research on a safe alternative wallet/bank bridge. I suggest you do the same.
