I am not only pissed that i was logged out and denied access back into my Coinbase account, but i also had to pay Anonymous_solutions(telegram) to recover my seized bitcoins, please stop denying people access to their accounts on security basis, that was my savings and i must confess am happy to have my btc back in my blockchain wallet, which i believe is safer.

I spent two days attempting to buy presale coins. I filled out their long and overly personal questionnaire. Had to give them full access to my bank information and my card info, front and back of my license. And no matter what I tried nor who I had help me the damn thing wouldn't complete a single transaction. Everything errored. Two long days trying to figure it out and got nowhere. Their so called chat where you can supposedly get help was like talking to an AI from 1995. I got no help and got nowhere - all while the crypto I've been wanting continued to get more expensive. Coinbase, their so called digital wallet was my intro into the crypto world and thanks to coinbase I don't think I'll waste another day of my life in the world of crypto. If you're looking for a digital wallet that'll cause you unneeded stress and fail you at every turn then Coinbase is definitely for you.

Have been back and forth with this f*ckup of a service for the last for months! Provided proof of addresss, residence, account statements, pay receipts, explanations re "wealth origin"
- all for $40 equivalent I have on the platform.

They can't organize a pissup at a brewery when it comes to releasing a block from the account.

On May 27,2021 my account was compromised so I contacted Coinbase and had my account disabled. A few days later, after having placed my bank account on hold, I decided to go back into my Coinbase account to see if I could retrieve $10K that had been in the account. When I attempted to recover my account I got a message that my account w disabled and to contact Coinbase Support. So I did, I wrote Coinbase an email and was given a case number. That was over 60 days ago and I have not been contacted by Coinbase to resolve my issue. There is no phone number that I can call to talk to a Customer Service rep. I've written multiple emails to the support email address and still have not heard from anyone. All I want to do is access my account and retrieve "MY" money and I have no way of doing that. Stay away. Do not entrust any of your coins or money to them.

Horrible, my account is level 3 verified which is maxed out verification & they started declining all my cards, now I needed this transaction instantly & I got promoted to attach my bank & it will also be instant well turns out it wasn't it is 10 days for it to process so they falsely advertised, then they limit my account after I already purchased so they added even more days to my wait time but I needed this instantly now there is no point in me waiting 2 weeks to receive the Bitcoin. They refused to cancel the transaction & told me the only option was to wait, do not trust them with your money!

Back in May of this year, my account was hacked and $2000. 00 was taken out of my checking account and I don't know but I will assume that my cryptocurrency was taken also. I have been talking and emailing coinbase for the last five months. I have gotten emails back stating that all I have to do is reset my login and password to open my account. I have tried to reset my info and I have never got an email reply. I just this month I have received an email stating that I may receive a refund for my lost money and to call for support. I did and all I received was I can't help you. If you are on the coinbase platform move your money quickly to another site for your protection. Because they are not here to help.

All of a sudden Coinbase is closing my account and I cannot access it to transfer my bitcoins to another wallet. I have been going back and forth with their lousy customer
Service for over two weeks as I changed my phone number and now I cannot access my
Account. Coinbase "outsourced" the verification process to authy.com and they are giving a
Really hard time to accept the phone change. They "argue" that they are doing it for security reasons, so they can be sure that I am the owner of the account. First authy mentioned that they will take TWO business days to process the request. I kept contacting them and today they say that it will take an extra THREE business days. They are supposed to be technology companies! It's ridiculous!

This is a dishonest and deceptive company. Their app is misleading. I clicked to sell my ETH-USD crypto and it just converted it to BTC and charged me $280. I was on the phone with a customer service located somewhere in Asia and having hard time understanding here, she instructed me to sell the BTC and this time she did it to USDC which not cash and they charged me again $280 fee. She couldn't get right but that was because there was no other option. They force you through the app to go through these cryptos to collect high fees. I finally was able to sell where they charged me again $280. At the end I lost close to $1000 in fees. Do not trust this company with your money. They have bad customer service reading off a piece of paper.

Friend of mine owed me money, he transferred 2k, I needed it to pay rent and phone bills. They put me on NO buys i cant transfer the money back now facing evictions they said it will take up to 90days till i can access the money. They are a fraud and should be put in jail. They will do this to the wrong person one day and he will snap if you know what i mean and it will be well desereved

I had $1000 AUD worth of bitcoin, they wouldn't let me withdraw it in Australia. So they're happy to take my money but won't give it back when I try to withdraw!? So I sent it to my brother in the US who never received it, but it's gone from my wallet. Do you think I can get anyone at bitcoin to help? I wish! Coinbase is an absolute scam, they took my money and won't let me get it back, won't even help me find missing bitcoin. Disgraceful. What a rort.

I had been trading for about 6 months, about 5 transactions totaling over a thousand dollars USD.

I was buying hard to find parts for my 1971 BSA Thunderbolt Motorcycle and the seller is in England and used BTC to avoid the huge exchange rates.

Suddenly Coinbase decides to close my account and actually stated they thought I was funding Illegal Drug Trading and funding International Terrorism.

When I got hold of them on Twitter after no replied to my emails or phone calls they told me to send them all the invoices and emails to the purchases, the name, address, phone and email of the person I was trading with.

When I refused they froze my funds, $225.00 USD for almost 6 months.

I recently decided to buy 2800$ worth of Bitcoin. So I went through the steps to set up an account with Coinbase. They sell you in with deceiving marketing that you would get rewards for signing up with them, so called "spin the wheel" and through "learning". None of this happened in reality. In reality they immediately took the money, while taking THREE weeks to allow the transfer from my bank of America to be completed through their step program. Even after that (and their claims, see below) they never gave me the marketed rewards. Their customer service is hard to reach and is horrible. They keep on giving you the round around with the same answers as if your devices and set up are off despite the problem being on their side. Shockingly, the problem pertains to them not giving the rewards they promise. To this day, 20 emails and chats later nothing has changed. I am concerned as to what will happen, once I actually have to sell and withdraw the money. They're lag time could cost me a lot of money when it comes to not selling on time in a fast pace crypto world. Would not recommend. Stay away!

It is impossible to send cryptocurrency in-between your account, to wallet to dabb wallet! The "Help center", if you can call it that.Loop's you threw bots then people who have no knowledge of system.1)Mitch hung up never called back.2)Keit.just kept saying things over and over again. Finally asked for someone who knew what they were talking about. Was refused.If i could give 1/4 star i would. I plan on selling assetts go back to Robinhood.
