I TOOK EVIDENCE WITH SOME PROVE AND THE TRANSACTION HISTORY OF BEEN SCAMMED BY COINBASE TO ＣＯＩＮＳＲＥＦＵＮＤＯＲＧ, LEGAL ACTIONS WERE TAKEN AND I WAS ABLE TO GET MY MONEY

For months now coinbase has restricted my account. I am a UK customer and was all was fine until coinbase decided my DOB didnt match what they had for me. Basically, the DOB formate is different in the US but obviously my DOB matches and is the same. I must have put in over 20 tickets asking them to address this issue to no avail
The customer service is appealing and I have lost a lot of money because of it. I advise strongly that you dont open an account with them. I also know of other people who have had similar problems and the only option is to close your account.

I have an MBA, tons of investing experience and a dose of COMMON SENSE that Coinbase.com seems totally lack. Their customer service is BAR NONE THE WORST I've ever experienced and I've travelled in THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES. To say they SUCK is a vast understatement. I hate them INTENTLY, since they made my life with them extremely frustrating. I even emailed the CEO Mr. Armstrong, but all I get is automated replies. They likely are understaffed, have a crummy system with bugs and then on top of that make too much money to even care. If half a star would be available or a negative one, that is my rating of coinbase.com=UTTERLY HORRIBLE! AVOID. DON'T USE.

I've been using a VPN for over a year and recently received an email to re-verify my identity from Coinbase. That's when the problems started happening when I couldn't get access again. In a recent case, the number was finally told my VPN was not allowing Coinbase to verify my identity correctly. And the last time I spoke to a customer support representative informed me that the authenticator would be reset so that I may use my smartphone texting to verify and authenticate. My authenticator app, which I used before I reset my smartphone, was cleared, so it can't be used during recovery. Please investigate the paper trail of emails received not to allow me access to my account. I wouldn't rate them any more than a fraction of one star.

I've used coinbase sparingly over the years bc everytime, my money is locked up for a week to 30 days for no good reason... I tried using it a few days ago and lo and behold, they temp disabled my fully verified account for no reason... only have gotten bland computer generated replies to my emails. I thought I should put this here for whoever is concerned. Coinbase also did me dirty by locking me out of my account for over 3months, I didn't get no response after I called and messaged repeatedly, all I was getting was some annoying automated replies. After a lot of research, I finally got back into my account yesterday! Not with the help of Coinbase. It was Vtechforensics on Skype that assisted me with the right process to get my money out of the locked account. I had a lot in there so I couldn't just ignore. Cannot reset log in account. Cannot reach any help at Coinbase? Buyer beware.
Tried to signup, website says email already used? Tried to reset account however no reset instructions received. Tried to call Coinbase robot redirects to self support. I can't find email address for Coinbase Support. This fool not buying anything from Coinbase lol.

These ppl are thieves. They stole 10k from my husband. My husband bought 5k in etherium. The bank denied the transaction, so he owed CB 5k. In the midst of figuring that out, he was told that there was about 3.9k on hold and it would be available to him soon. My husband paid them the 5k back and was waiting on our money. Y'all! They cannot find the transactions providing this info now. We called multiple times and each time we called, a different answer was provided. They are liars and thieves. To make matters worst, a rude as CSR hung up in my face. To hell with these ppl.

More I think about my Coinbase recent problems, more I guess it works exactly as a scam website disguised in 'official' trading site! I don't trust them anymore, something has to be done collectively to unmask them and put them to jail if guilty. Looks more and more as a Ponzy pyramid SCAM

Signed up, deposited money from my normal bank as requested (not a lot but a lot to me) after two weeks tried to withdraw (basically sell my bitcoin) - "user unable" came up. After 2 bot replies obviously not reading emails told to wait 5/6 days then told 2/3 weeks! NO EXPLANATION. Then email came through saying case closed after 3 1/2 weeks - NO EXPLANATION - no idea if its resolved as I'm to scared to put money in again (yes my bank was verified by Coinbase!) My work around this was to send all my bitcoin to my gf who then cashed for me. Yes I could do that (send bitcoin) but not sell and get my GBP in my account. Clear app on the positive side but read around I'm not the only one! Wild West!

I transferred 500 cro from crypto.com to coinbase and because it was done on the Cronos blockchain they told me my money is simply lost. No one can tell me where it went or who has it or how to get it back it's just simply lost and they couldn't care less. Between their ridiculous fees and their we don't need you attitude I suggest no one use this app. I've moved all of my cryptocurrency to other apps. Do not use coinbase

They want ID to authorize your account. I have uploaded high quality ID and they still do not want to approve. In the meantime, your account is BLOCKED and you cannot withdraw anything. Stay away from this.

I transfered $350 from my bank account to my coinbase debit card on the 20th of January 2022. I returned the money back to my card the same day and i still havent recieved it today is the 31st. I work hard for my money just be stolen. They have no direct communication with there staff concerning any issues. This company is a piece of $#*!, dont deal with them! My mother and grandmother each put in 1000 dollars back in 2014. My mother died last year and my grandmother is 97. I have been trying to get their money back for over a year! I have 28 pages of emails documented and all they do is offer excuses, ask for court orders, anything and everything to stall and or delay you from getting to your money!

I am now in the process of filing complaints with the FBI, California State Attorney General, Both California State Senators and the FinCin bureau and who ever else will take a complaint.

After all the back and forth, I firmly believe that Coinbase is a Bernie Madoff Scam and that the money simply does not exist. A Ponzi Scheme at best!

My Family invested $2000. 00 back in 2014, supposed to be worth over $16,000 now and we will probably never see a dime! :(

I investigated Coinbase practices of buying and selling with 3 computers. I was on Coinmarketcap to get the true dollar value which was $3.33. I then hit sell and buy at same time on 2 computers on Coinbase site. It showed $3.31 at time. Now, the sell price was $3.25. And the buy price was $3.33 cents. I wrote them several times about it. On GYEN especially. They are not interested. When I buy I get charged more. When I sell it is always at least. 05 cents less than the fair price.

I deposited over 20K over a period of a month. On my last deposit of $500.00, it locked my account saying that my bank had insufficient funds (that wasn't the case), when questioning my bank, they confirmed the $500 was transacted from my account. I'm still stuck with a pending transaction, and Coinbase transacted $500 worth of bitcoin on my behalf, but didn't close the pending transaction with it. When I logged on to try to transact, the price of bitcoin dropped and I don't the the $500.00 to settle my account. I can't connect my bank account, I cannot use debit card and I can't use Paypal to settle. Based on all of the feedback, is anyone doing a class action suit? If so, I would like to be involved.

If I could give Coinbase a "0" I would. STEER CLEAR from this platform! They stole all of the funds out of my account and are not answering any outreach to get the money back. HORRIFIC COMPANY save yourself and stay away! I invested on Coinbase in 2018 and like many others had "suspicious fraudulent activity" on the account which they immediately froze and I was locked out of. Their customer service is none existent. Eventually after a long and rigorous process got the account reinstated and ALL OF MY FUNDS WERE GONE. They are not not answering or replying to any complaint and I have heard through many forums if you search that I am not the first person this happened to. SAVE YOURSELF the headache. This is not a legitimate business.
