This site has quickly become my hidden gem and I am a bit reluctant to share my secret to others. When I first came across this The, it seemed too good to be true. Coupon Cabin offers amazing exclusive member-only coupons and discounts. I tried one out not sure if it would work. An example is $50 cash back on orders over $50 from "X" website. Currently my lifetime earnings are over $400. The catch is you have to wait a max of three months to receive payment back, but you WILL gain it back. Essentially, free or a few dollars to go over required threshold. My personal experience contacting coupon cabin with a minor problem went great. It was resolved within a few weeks and it's still smooth sailing. Highly recommended.
I read a few of the below posts and I have the same experience. They did refund me the first maintenance fee they charged BUT throughout the months, I tried to make other purchases so that the maintenance fee wouldn't kick in, but I forgot not only they charge a maintenance fee after no eligible purchases within 365 days, they start charging you monthly maintenance fee after that, so the next month they charged another fee. Below someone mentioned $4 fee, and Coupon Cabin said only $2 which is not true, because I'm charged $3.50 (twice) which one they waived, but they wouldn't waive it again. However, their rewards are extremely hard to get. Most of my purchases don't qualify. I asked very politely and nicely if they're willing to waive the 2nd fee, because I finally found a reward that I qualified, but they just wouldn't waive it and said they've been in business over 18 years and have millions of happy customers and that it's not fair to refund me my maintenance fee twice. I've been with many many many institutions and to keep customers happy, sometimes they're wiling to give a 2nd chance. It does have to be escalated to the managerial level at those times, but I understand they're doing me a huge favour and I'd really appreciated and always try to repay back by referring businesses and/or just be super good because you have to learn after being careless twice. But Coupon Cabin is unforgiving. And like one of the other posts said, it's just a way for them to take back the rewards they've given to you. So I complained about it and by that time I was talking to VPs and they're adamant about it. Then the next thing I know, my account is deactivated (just like one of the below post reviews experienced), and not only that, after I asked why my account is deactivated, they blocked my IP too! They said they will send me a check via mail of the rewards I've accumulated so far, so I will update my review once I receive that check to let everyone know if they're a business of their own words because they have not responded since I've given them my address yesterday.
I love coupon cabin because it is so easy to use. It unobtrusively sits there in your browser popping up when they're are savings available. In fact I bought a big ticket item a few days ago from one retailer A rather than the other B because there was a 2% discount from coupon cabin and all other factors are the a dame, including price.
Be careful to read the conditions. Many times you must spend the entire award on a single item. If there is any change in order (by vendor even) the cash back is void. I have twice won members only offers for Groupon and both times they screwed up the order. They refund me in credit that must be used at Groupon but the cash back is void.
That said, I have succeeded several other times.
I have had CC for quite a while and its been a great experience overall. The app is so easy to use and with living in a rural area shopping online is almost a daily thing. Thank goodness for Coupon Cabin!

Without coupon cabin I might not check out some of the stores they have listed great place to shop like shopping at Amazons I can order anything I can think of. Coupon cabin is amazing! It helps me buy products I couldnt normally afford and make purchases I'd otherwise not. Now anytime I shop online, I always use coupon cabin first and have told many friends and family to do the same!
They cancelled my account so they wouldn't have to pay me. When I asked for an explanation their customer service gave me an automated email saying "read the Terms and Conditions." That's pretty slimy behavior.

Very skeptical that they will pay. However, to my great surprise, they did, and in good time too. However, the process can be quite confusing, hence my initial sense. My comments are related only for my very first submission. Have to do a few more before coming to a conclusion.

I noticed their guarantee of a $25 Restaurant.com certificate for any failed coupon or code. I promise you, folks, if somethings going to fail it will be at my hands. I admit to rolling my eyes when I requested my certificate and wondering if I could use it years from now if and when I got it. I was surprised and delighted to get an immediate response followed within an hour or two by my certificate and a sincere apology. I thought this was a great site until...
Recently I made a Hertz.com online order via couponcabin and didn't receive any cashback. Apparently because, "We just heard back from Hertz and, unfortunately, they advised us that we did not receive credit for referring your order to them. As a result they will not be paying us a commission for your order so we are not able to provide you with cash back for it." says couponcabin.
I do not understand why they have all these offers https://www.couponcabin.com/coupons/hertz/ on their site if a member cannot receive cashback for the same. I'm thinking... Just don't promise any offers then!
Coupon cabin is a great cash back and promo code website. I happened upon them one day and have been using their site since. They have very competitive cash back percentages. You set your cash back minimum over $10 and once you hit that, it goes to where you choose in a very quick time
In all correspondence I've ever had with couponcabin, I've been unfortunate enough to deal with Sydney K. He/she is rude, aggressive, obnoxious & a downright disgrace to this company. Sydney cancels coupons without any actual reason & in my opinion, acts like a 3 year old throwing a tantrum over a toy. When you demand to speak to a manager - Sydney flat out lets any correspondence get past him/her. The complaints against this particular rep are well deserved. Sydney needs to be fired immediately because people are losing faith in Couponcabin due to the behavior of this particular rep #FireSydney!
