This site has quickly become my hidden gem and I am a bit reluctant to share my secret to others. When I first came across this The, it seemed too good to be true. Coupon Cabin offers amazing exclusive member-only coupons and discounts. I tried one out not sure if it would work. An example is $50 cash back on orders over $50 from "X" website. Currently my lifetime earnings are over $400. The catch is you have to wait a max of three months to receive payment back, but you WILL gain it back. Essentially, free or a few dollars to go over required threshold. My personal experience contacting coupon cabin with a minor problem went great. It was resolved within a few weeks and it's still smooth sailing. Highly recommended.
I read a few of the below posts and I have the same experience. They did refund me the first maintenance fee they charged BUT throughout the months, I tried to make other purchases so that the maintenance fee wouldn't kick in, but I forgot not only they charge a maintenance fee after no eligible purchases within 365 days, they start charging you monthly maintenance fee after that, so the next month they charged another fee. Below someone mentioned $4 fee, and Coupon Cabin said only $2 which is not true, because I'm charged $3.50 (twice) which one they waived, but they wouldn't waive it again. However, their rewards are extremely hard to get. Most of my purchases don't qualify. I asked very politely and nicely if they're willing to waive the 2nd fee, because I finally found a reward that I qualified, but they just wouldn't waive it and said they've been in business over 18 years and have millions of happy customers and that it's not fair to refund me my maintenance fee twice. I've been with many many many institutions and to keep customers happy, sometimes they're wiling to give a 2nd chance. It does have to be escalated to the managerial level at those times, but I understand they're doing me a huge favour and I'd really appreciated and always try to repay back by referring businesses and/or just be super good because you have to learn after being careless twice. But Coupon Cabin is unforgiving. And like one of the other posts said, it's just a way for them to take back the rewards they've given to you. So I complained about it and by that time I was talking to VPs and they're adamant about it. Then the next thing I know, my account is deactivated (just like one of the below post reviews experienced), and not only that, after I asked why my account is deactivated, they blocked my IP too! They said they will send me a check via mail of the rewards I've accumulated so far, so I will update my review once I receive that check to let everyone know if they're a business of their own words because they have not responded since I've given them my address yesterday.
I have been a CouponCabin user for 3 years and the flexible cashback is my favorite feature of the site. It's easy to learn how to use CouponCabin and I always earn cashback on my everyday purchases or online purchases plus bonuses!
I installed the CouponCabin sidekick on my browser so that when I visit a merchant's site that works with CouponCabin, I see the cashback offer from that merchant. This goes into my price comparison when deciding where to buy. I've saved a good deal of money this way.

I've been using CouponCabin for more than 4 months. Need to spend some additional 5mins to understand the process for getting the cashback. Once you follow the steps, make the purchases, then you are eligible for cashback. All the information is made available once we login to account. Working with customer service is also easy. I am very happy customer using this for extra cash :)
This is the best cashback site for sure. The google plug-in is a real time savings as it notifies you of cash back offers when you visit the website of your favorite merchant. Timely payments as well.

Very happy to have found Coupon Cabin. I've gotten lots of money back from a variety of websites - some that aren't available on other cash back sites. I had one rebate that wasn't showing up in my account. I filled out a "missing transaction" form, they verified that I had indeed made a purchase from that site, and they put the rebate money into my account. Very friendly and helpful customer service!
I clicked and "won" a $100/$100 offer and then abided by the terms and purchased only item from the approved categories.
I contacted support and they claimed an item did not fit the required categories. I responded linking to the item in question, and screenshotted that it did indeed fit the required category.
They now are saying "we are all on the same side here" and we "aren't making any money off of this item," but I can't help but note that I am the one who spent $100 while they have done nothing.
Couponcabin is legit and does give you cash back for the eligible online purchases. You just don't get paid right away after you make the online purchases but rather after a period of time.
This is the cashback website that actually works for me and I do get paid. That's what matters to me at the end of the day.
They present a great promo for new customer as so called exclusive one. But after you purchase that, they will just deny your purchase record as your failure of using their sidekick properly and the store don't acknoledge that. Then you will get nothing for that and lose your new customer identity. Please donzt believe that.

While over 99.4% of all cash back transactions automatically post to accounts, from time to time some transactions don't get reported to us by our stores and thus don't post. When this happens, CouponCabin and its partner stores have a process to look up a missing order so that it can be reviewed and credited. CouponCabin takes missing cash back very seriously since we are not paid for orders that do not track back to us either. That said, within minutes of you submitting your missing cash back inquiry receipts, we opened an investigation in to why your cash back didn't post. When the store responded, they indicated that your order was credited to a different website partner and not CouponCabin. This is most often caused by not immediately checking out after you clicked on a CouponCabin cash back link. Visiting other coupon/shopping sites, Google, blogs or evening opening emails can cause your order to not be tracked to CouponCabin and instead, attributed to another website. Our ability to provide members with cash back is contingent on us being compensated by the store for your order. Even though we tried to get your order credited to us, since again, we didn't get paid for your purchase either, in this instance, since the store says your last click before placing your order was not a CouponCabin cash back link, we did not receive our commission and are not able to provide you with cash back. Again, we are on your side here, we did not get paid for this purchase either and, like you, we sure wish we had.
I have been a member since April of 2016. I have received all my cash back, and have saved money with their discounts. The coupons are good, but the cashback deals are where its at. Some cash back deals have a waiting period, but they are all paid when they say they will be. I had one deal that had to wait a couple of months, and I was skeptical that it would actually get paid, but it did. I have never had a "pending" cash back that did not get paid. The web browser plugin is awesome. It tells you what coupons/discounts are available, and reminds you to click the coupon cabin link to qualify for cash back if it is available. I have earned so much just shopping at the online places I always have shopped at.
I came across a coupon code for a site I was considering making a purchase and saw this coupon code that should have worked for an additional discount but was not for some reason. I saw that Coupon Cabin says they update their info every few hours on non working codes etc and they have a guarantee that if it does not work then they will send you a $25 gift card. They sent me an email within the day saying here's the link to your $25 gift card and it actually works. So kuddos for keeping you end of the bargain. I have told my friends and will continue to use your site and codes!
I know when I go to this website that I will get either a great discount or money back every time. This is my go to web site every time I shop. Much better then Rakutan or any other of the savings websites. I also know I will be getting a check back for around $50 each time they send it to me. What a great way to save.
Your cash back usually shows up in your account the same day, some stores sometimes take a day or 2 but it's almost always the same day. There's a small waiting period to actually receive your cash back but it's a great app to use to get cashback for things you were planning on buying anyways. I highly recommend it!
Wow, this app is awesome. If you make online purchases then you should 100% get this free app. I used it for the transactions and have only had it less than a week and I already have over $20 CASHback. I love this app and they have coupons or cash back for litteraly every store I order from. Either save money or get paid while you shop. It's a no brainier.
Coupon Cabin has a bunch of "too good to be true" deals on the front page, like spend $30, get $30 back. I gave it a shot and was able to claim the deal for Dell and Calvin Klein. A few months later, I just received the cashback, and got a bonus for cashing out in gift cards instead of check/cash. High recommend. But only for the patient as you have to wait a few months for the cashback to be payable. Make sure you have their browser extension installed, because it'll ensure you're getting cashback and provides visual feedback you're getting cashback.
This site has really helped me save money. I go there first before shopping, find the place I will be shopping and use the link to go to the webpage, it's that easy! I get cash back in most instances and that is on top of coupons and sales that are consolidated in a list on the CouponCabin page. Generous cashback if you pay attention to the rules. Love the way the cashback excelerates the more you buy. Even when a merchant canceled my order by mistake, leaving me with no cashback, I wrote Coupon Cabin and they gave me a courtesy $5. Blows ebates out of the water. Very user friendly app. Just remember to read all the offers and activate all of them. That is how you make money fast. Get your shopping carts ready!
I've been using CC for a few years and have earned a good chunk of cash back change with it. If there's ever an issue with a seller honoring your cash back, CC will work for months until they finally get it for you.

Why WOULDN'T you want to earn extra money on purchases you're going to be making? I've earned over $140 cash back over the past year from purchases made at Home Depot, Macy's, Peltz Shoes, Boscov's, Target and others. Takes all of about 2 minutes extra. Just make sure your shopping cart is empty and no other tabs are open to the retailer you're shopping from. Then click through to their website from CouponCabin. Super easy!
Have made multiple purchases through the coupon cabin site when they have had their $5 and $10 daily deals. I have yet to receive a rebate on any of these purchases. These purchases would not have been made if it wasn't for the rebates. In addition, when I did see a rebate come through, it was later reversed for unknown reason. I have contacted them on each issue and am still waiting 3 months later for a rebate. I guess I will not be seeing any sort of rebate. Will be cancelling account.
We successfully process tens of thousands of cashback orders each week without any issues so it's rare for a cashback offer to not post to your account, let alone to have multiple orders not track like what you're seeing. That said, it sounds like you may have a privacy setting or ad-blocker installed on your computer that is interfering with cashback tracking. I love using CouponCabin even though there are many other options. The only negative thing I can think are the stores that advertise cashback but do not honor the cashback. I have Couponcabin member for 10 so years and there are about three stores that are a pain and lairs. Overall I enjoy using tis site.
