This site has quickly become my hidden gem and I am a bit reluctant to share my secret to others. When I first came across this The, it seemed too good to be true. Coupon Cabin offers amazing exclusive member-only coupons and discounts. I tried one out not sure if it would work. An example is $50 cash back on orders over $50 from "X" website. Currently my lifetime earnings are over $400. The catch is you have to wait a max of three months to receive payment back, but you WILL gain it back. Essentially, free or a few dollars to go over required threshold. My personal experience contacting coupon cabin with a minor problem went great. It was resolved within a few weeks and it's still smooth sailing. Highly recommended.
I read a few of the below posts and I have the same experience. They did refund me the first maintenance fee they charged BUT throughout the months, I tried to make other purchases so that the maintenance fee wouldn't kick in, but I forgot not only they charge a maintenance fee after no eligible purchases within 365 days, they start charging you monthly maintenance fee after that, so the next month they charged another fee. Below someone mentioned $4 fee, and Coupon Cabin said only $2 which is not true, because I'm charged $3.50 (twice) which one they waived, but they wouldn't waive it again. However, their rewards are extremely hard to get. Most of my purchases don't qualify. I asked very politely and nicely if they're willing to waive the 2nd fee, because I finally found a reward that I qualified, but they just wouldn't waive it and said they've been in business over 18 years and have millions of happy customers and that it's not fair to refund me my maintenance fee twice. I've been with many many many institutions and to keep customers happy, sometimes they're wiling to give a 2nd chance. It does have to be escalated to the managerial level at those times, but I understand they're doing me a huge favour and I'd really appreciated and always try to repay back by referring businesses and/or just be super good because you have to learn after being careless twice. But Coupon Cabin is unforgiving. And like one of the other posts said, it's just a way for them to take back the rewards they've given to you. So I complained about it and by that time I was talking to VPs and they're adamant about it. Then the next thing I know, my account is deactivated (just like one of the below post reviews experienced), and not only that, after I asked why my account is deactivated, they blocked my IP too! They said they will send me a check via mail of the rewards I've accumulated so far, so I will update my review once I receive that check to let everyone know if they're a business of their own words because they have not responded since I've given them my address yesterday.
I've made money with this site They deposited it directly into my PayPal! They have great deals. Lots of discounts. They are very easy to contact. Highly recommend!

The chrome app is great and pops up when I am shopping online at my favorite sites. I can choose how to get the cash back and it's very easy. Every little bit counts!
Coupon Cabin has some good coupons, but they have crazy qualifications and caps on how much cash back you can earn. In my experience, they take an average of 6-8 months to pay out. I have a verified transaction for a whopping $6.80 from October of 2017 that I still have not been paid for and the site says it not payable until 2/ 2019 - not a typo, the payable date is really in 2019!
The fabulous save $250 on $250 type deals are extremely limited - open only to the first 10 to 25 people who claim it, AND that's only if you haven't used too many other member deals in a rolling 30 day period.
I realize they are a smaller business and are trying to spread around their cash back deals to be fair, I get that. But it makes for a frustrating shopping experience. One that's easy to skip when there are other coupon sites that offer cash back options and also pay promptly.
Use Coupon Cabin for their coupons - that really seems to be their niche, but don't hold your breath for a timely cash payout.
CouponCabin is super easy to use, unobtrusive, and I have saved hundreds (by getting cash back deals to an Amazon gift card). Would highly recommend to others!

I have had a great experience with Coupon Cabin. For every transaction that I have made using them has been paid back on time. In a year I was able to get over $400 worth of items free.
I absolutely love this app and website. I use it to find coupons for discounts as well as collect CASH BACK! Everytime I shop online I check CouponCabin to see if the site is listed, 9 out of 10 times it is. Today I bought makeup from Macy's and I will collect 5% back on my purchase as well as collect a free Makeup Case from Macy's because of the coupon I found listed. I also choose to receive my cash back with an AMAZON Gift card which gets 10% added to it everytime. It's the real deal!
I read the rules. Watched the video and followed all instructions completely... Waited for refund that never came, then when asked about it they said I must have done something wrong when purchasing qualifying product. WASTE OF TIME. They claim to monitor transactions but really don't... my claim and product purchase were 2 minutes 18 seconds apart. Hard for me to have visited another page in between and completed an order as they alleged. UNSUBSCRIBING NOW! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Based on what you said it appears you may have submitted a claim for a purchase that was later denied. Please note that when a claim is submitted for an order we then submit a claim of our own to the store you placed your order with. The store takes this claim under review and provides us with a determination, wherein they either approve or deny it. If your claim was denied by the store that would mean that CouponCabin was not able to earn a commission. If we are not able to earn a commission for a purchase we are not able to provide you with cash back for it, since that is the basis of how our program works.
