This site has quickly become my hidden gem and I am a bit reluctant to share my secret to others. When I first came across this The, it seemed too good to be true. Coupon Cabin offers amazing exclusive member-only coupons and discounts. I tried one out not sure if it would work. An example is $50 cash back on orders over $50 from "X" website. Currently my lifetime earnings are over $400. The catch is you have to wait a max of three months to receive payment back, but you WILL gain it back. Essentially, free or a few dollars to go over required threshold. My personal experience contacting coupon cabin with a minor problem went great. It was resolved within a few weeks and it's still smooth sailing. Highly recommended.
I read a few of the below posts and I have the same experience. They did refund me the first maintenance fee they charged BUT throughout the months, I tried to make other purchases so that the maintenance fee wouldn't kick in, but I forgot not only they charge a maintenance fee after no eligible purchases within 365 days, they start charging you monthly maintenance fee after that, so the next month they charged another fee. Below someone mentioned $4 fee, and Coupon Cabin said only $2 which is not true, because I'm charged $3.50 (twice) which one they waived, but they wouldn't waive it again. However, their rewards are extremely hard to get. Most of my purchases don't qualify. I asked very politely and nicely if they're willing to waive the 2nd fee, because I finally found a reward that I qualified, but they just wouldn't waive it and said they've been in business over 18 years and have millions of happy customers and that it's not fair to refund me my maintenance fee twice. I've been with many many many institutions and to keep customers happy, sometimes they're wiling to give a 2nd chance. It does have to be escalated to the managerial level at those times, but I understand they're doing me a huge favour and I'd really appreciated and always try to repay back by referring businesses and/or just be super good because you have to learn after being careless twice. But Coupon Cabin is unforgiving. And like one of the other posts said, it's just a way for them to take back the rewards they've given to you. So I complained about it and by that time I was talking to VPs and they're adamant about it. Then the next thing I know, my account is deactivated (just like one of the below post reviews experienced), and not only that, after I asked why my account is deactivated, they blocked my IP too! They said they will send me a check via mail of the rewards I've accumulated so far, so I will update my review once I receive that check to let everyone know if they're a business of their own words because they have not responded since I've given them my address yesterday.
I can install this as an extension on my chrome and when I go to a site that works with coupon cabin, I get a percentage back from my purchase. This helps me save more money. I love using it and found myself searching for more sites that give more cash back. It's a win win for everyone!

They literally look for ways to rule out fairly earned cash back.
Example: if you have a minimum purchase requirement of $25, and you purchase a $70 item (with tax the order total is $75). You use a $50 gift card to pay toward the purchase and use your credit card for the remainder of $25. You would think that this $25 credit card charge meets the minimum purchase requirement, right? Nope! They actually will arbitrarily conclude that the credit card purchase of $25 includes the $5 in sales tax, completely ruling out any/all cash back. Why doesn't the $5 sales tax fall under the $50 gift card? I don't know, their bot-like responses won't tell me.
Moral to the story: Stick with Rakuten or almost any other cash back site for your rebates.
Unfortunately, per the agreement we have in place with our cash back partner stores, the use of gift cards voids cash back. Please know that if it were up to us, all orders, regardless of payment method, would be eligible for cash back. As you stated, cash back is calculated on the order amount before tax, shipping and any fees are added and after all coupons, discounts and credits are deducted.
I've always been skeptical of all the 'money saving' apps and extensions, but I finally decided to give one a try a year or so ago, and I'm glad I picked Coupon Cabin! The best part for me is getting instant cash back on e-gift cards. When I plan to place an order, I just check to see if they have a gift card offer, buy the card, then use it to pay for my order--getting cash back twice, once for the card and once for the actual purchase! I've done this with my last three purchases at Michaels. It doesn't add up to a huge sum of money (especially when I think "hey, I'm saving money so I can afford that extra thing I don't really need") but hey, it's free money!
I have been using coupon cabin for one year and I love it. I feel like I am getting an extra bonus to shop! I never had a problem with unwanted solicitations. There is absolutely no reason not to join. I don't understand the negative feedback received. I think it is great!

I have been using Coupon Cabin since 11/20/18 and over that time I have gotten over $600.00 back from normal day to day online purchases, Though they might not have (all sites) ~ yet ~ compatible with their service I have found that the majority (sites) I use most often are included in my Online purchasing. There has never been an issue with a check or payment, and they have even had promotional events where I have earned (extra) cash back. This is a trustworthy and personable company with (1) THING on its agenda, and that is to offer excellent customer service and quick payments for the things you buy most online.

Install Coupon Cabin to your google extensions or otherwise on a device you use. When you go to a site for normal online purchases or in the event you are making a larger than normal purchase Be sure that your (extension) for coupon cabin is activated and see if you can earn cash back using the service. Most sites are included in their Program.

Later on, I gained the access to coupon Cabin again and get several cash back. Some of the cash back seem lower than what they promised. Better to chose the deal you know how much money you are getting, such as $ 10 back when you buy over 150.
I have seen some other people saying their account have been blocked. I am experiencing the same thing. After the first payback, I couldn't access the web any more. E mail sent to them, I got access for couple more days after that. Then lost it again. I think they are blocking people on purpose.
Its common sense that CouponCabin offers merchants that have come together to offer member only coupons and deals. This site makes it easy for my family and I to take advantage of savings on stores that we frequently shop at and occasionally find savings on other sites we would not otherwise visit. You just need to hit the button at the right time if you want to win big. Purchased a pair of NIKE shoes for my granddaughter paid the $80.00 two months latter I get a refund in the form of an Amazon Gift card for $75.00, Same thing with Vera Bradley, bought something for $40.00 got back $30.00 a few months latter. You do need to read the fine print, once you win a special coupon, you need to make that purchase that day, without using any additional coupon codes, and you need to do it all online, no store pick up. It is worth it though. I have been trying to win $150 off Amazon, however the coupon goes within a half second, so I have not had the luck yet. You get to try every month for the special members coupon. You have nothing to loose and lots to gain.

I am still learning all the ins and outs of Coupon Cabin... I didn't get my sign on, nor referral, bonus two years ago so I stopped using it. This is my second chance. I am simply basing this review on my recent Customer Service interactions. They take the time this year to research my questions and concerns. They let me know the steps they take along the way and work hard to resolve issues.
I have used multiple cash back websites/apps over the years, and found Coupon Cabin only recently. But it is by far my favorite! The cash back rates are as high or higher than the the others I have used, and the more you use it you can earn a % bonus cash back with their VIP program. I have also used their gift card store where you can get cash back on those as well. I'm a big fan, and would definitely recommend!

Coupon Cabin is very easy to use, and after adding the extension on Google, it is non-intrusive: you either use it or you don't. I move all my bonus "money" to an Amazon gift card and enjoy the savings. Sometimes it's very little; sometimes it's substantial, but it all adds up over time. If you want immediate gratification, this is probably not the site for you. If you are a smart shopper and enjoy the savings game, it will fit just fine!

Have used a competitor's site for awhile, but thought I'd give Coupon Cabin a try, as their % cash back offers were a bit higher. Have already received my first check, and when I ran into a problem with one transaction, Kristin in Customer Service communicated promptly and was able to resolve the problem with the store in question, even though it took her several attempts. Just joined a few weeks ago. So far better rebates than eBates. Have to watch that you're still active (icon in corner) throughout shopping experience on a site; sometimes it appears to deactivate. Otherwise so far so good!
