This site has quickly become my hidden gem and I am a bit reluctant to share my secret to others. When I first came across this The, it seemed too good to be true. Coupon Cabin offers amazing exclusive member-only coupons and discounts. I tried one out not sure if it would work. An example is $50 cash back on orders over $50 from "X" website. Currently my lifetime earnings are over $400. The catch is you have to wait a max of three months to receive payment back, but you WILL gain it back. Essentially, free or a few dollars to go over required threshold. My personal experience contacting coupon cabin with a minor problem went great. It was resolved within a few weeks and it's still smooth sailing. Highly recommended.
I read a few of the below posts and I have the same experience. They did refund me the first maintenance fee they charged BUT throughout the months, I tried to make other purchases so that the maintenance fee wouldn't kick in, but I forgot not only they charge a maintenance fee after no eligible purchases within 365 days, they start charging you monthly maintenance fee after that, so the next month they charged another fee. Below someone mentioned $4 fee, and Coupon Cabin said only $2 which is not true, because I'm charged $3.50 (twice) which one they waived, but they wouldn't waive it again. However, their rewards are extremely hard to get. Most of my purchases don't qualify. I asked very politely and nicely if they're willing to waive the 2nd fee, because I finally found a reward that I qualified, but they just wouldn't waive it and said they've been in business over 18 years and have millions of happy customers and that it's not fair to refund me my maintenance fee twice. I've been with many many many institutions and to keep customers happy, sometimes they're wiling to give a 2nd chance. It does have to be escalated to the managerial level at those times, but I understand they're doing me a huge favour and I'd really appreciated and always try to repay back by referring businesses and/or just be super good because you have to learn after being careless twice. But Coupon Cabin is unforgiving. And like one of the other posts said, it's just a way for them to take back the rewards they've given to you. So I complained about it and by that time I was talking to VPs and they're adamant about it. Then the next thing I know, my account is deactivated (just like one of the below post reviews experienced), and not only that, after I asked why my account is deactivated, they blocked my IP too! They said they will send me a check via mail of the rewards I've accumulated so far, so I will update my review once I receive that check to let everyone know if they're a business of their own words because they have not responded since I've given them my address yesterday.
I saved over $200 so far using CouponCabin. I especially like the limited members only coupons which have worked out great for me. Ive found some new stores with great deals too. Ill continue to use CouponCabin to find the best discounts.
CouponCabin is a great resource in finding savings for many department stores as well as receiving checks for just using the website to shop. They have wonderful "members only" savings. I highly recommend them. Just be sure to read all of the rules and fine print.

This company's customer service is one of those incredible things you rarely see. And I mean this in a BAD way. I have never seen such a 180 of customer service in my life.
So here are some tips on dealing with this company, should you choose to:
• Do not question or challenge their business practices for if you do, they will quickly become petty and defensive.
• Don't dare expect them to honor their promised payouts; it's a "free service" as they like to say. You should be happy with anything they give you, even if it's less than they initially stipulated.
• Expect your account to be "terminated" if you have a disagreement with them.
To be clear, they make money from retailer kick backs, so they are not in business as a favor to consumers.
EDIT: They have plenty of similar bad reviews. Also I have not posted a review before so where they get "frequent" I don't know. Rather than deflect, try to do better?

I've done a few of their 'members only' coupons including one that was buy $125+ from a certain website and get $125 cash back and they do pay! You do need to make sure you read the restrictions for the given deal so you don't screw it up for yourself... any restrictions are clearly listed. I've done normal cash back with them, too, and have gotten paid once my total cash back amount reaches a minimum amount.
Every time I purchase online, I'm earning cash back from the store through CouponCabin, gaining an additional bonus from CouponCabin for making the purchase, and getting an additional higher bonus from sharing through social media! I've never seen a more oiled program. The customer service division is always so quick to respond and help with any of your needs too. During the pandemic, they even gave customers back 100% of the proceeds to help out. Highly recommended!
I recently activated my CC account. All I can say is that its awesome! I'm getting cash back for what I was already doing - ordering online. All I do is click on the icon prior to ordering and they do the rest. This is a great way to earn cash back with no hassles. I wish I would have activated it a long time ago.

I contacted customer service and they re-issued the check within a few days. :)
I'm sure they are collecting all sorts of data on their customers, but given all the data breaches in recent years, you might as well be allowed to make money off of your information! It may take a while to get your cash back, but CouponCabin actually does pay up once the return period on your item has expired. If you're competitive and have quick reflexes, you can get a lot of cash back on their once a month deals. Totally worth it!
I did receive my cash back as promised after 90 days. Though this might seem like a long time, it is common among others and may have to do with customers returning purchases and the time it takes for CouponCabin gets paid by the sellers. Anyhow, this is for items that I would have bought anyway and its good to get back some of the marketing cost.
I have purchased a couple of items and am awaiting my cash back check so I will update this review once that happens. My only criticism is the "limited coupons for members" you know the ones that say $125 cash back when you spend $125 or more. These are very limited usually around 8 or so available and I have literally waited for these timed deals to open and immediately clicked and have yet to ever get one so disappointed with that aspect but otherwise so far so good.
Legit I've already cashed out made $76 it's easy. Takes a minute to be able to cash out for verification. Other that that on the date you cash back is available and you have (min of $10) it just take a day or so to go into your PayPal.

I absolutely use this site regularly and collect cash regularly. The bonus deals are great also. Although it's difficult to get some of the big deals(to much competition) at popular stores it's still worth it to try.
This is an amazing site that offers coupons and cash back on purchases. It is very easy to find deals and cash back offers; but you must do your due diligence and read all of the directions, and ask questions if you don't understand what the rules are talking about.
Like one time, I clicked on a cash back offer, read the instructions, that didn't make sense to me, because the store does not allow online shopping, like the rules stated, so I alerted them to the fact. Once that problem was resolved, my cash back claim was successful.
So, ask questions if you don't understand something, and get that cash back in your pocket.

All of my interactions with CouponCabin and their staff and representatives have been the most easy and supportive. They dutifully have investigated concerns I've had about not receiving cash back for certain transactions and have explained how I must disable ad-block programs on my computer in order for the credits to go through. I have used this app for several years, and although the program has changed, it is still a great way to get cash back doing the things you would do anyway.
