This site has quickly become my hidden gem and I am a bit reluctant to share my secret to others. When I first came across this The, it seemed too good to be true. Coupon Cabin offers amazing exclusive member-only coupons and discounts. I tried one out not sure if it would work. An example is $50 cash back on orders over $50 from "X" website. Currently my lifetime earnings are over $400. The catch is you have to wait a max of three months to receive payment back, but you WILL gain it back. Essentially, free or a few dollars to go over required threshold. My personal experience contacting coupon cabin with a minor problem went great. It was resolved within a few weeks and it's still smooth sailing. Highly recommended.
I read a few of the below posts and I have the same experience. They did refund me the first maintenance fee they charged BUT throughout the months, I tried to make other purchases so that the maintenance fee wouldn't kick in, but I forgot not only they charge a maintenance fee after no eligible purchases within 365 days, they start charging you monthly maintenance fee after that, so the next month they charged another fee. Below someone mentioned $4 fee, and Coupon Cabin said only $2 which is not true, because I'm charged $3.50 (twice) which one they waived, but they wouldn't waive it again. However, their rewards are extremely hard to get. Most of my purchases don't qualify. I asked very politely and nicely if they're willing to waive the 2nd fee, because I finally found a reward that I qualified, but they just wouldn't waive it and said they've been in business over 18 years and have millions of happy customers and that it's not fair to refund me my maintenance fee twice. I've been with many many many institutions and to keep customers happy, sometimes they're wiling to give a 2nd chance. It does have to be escalated to the managerial level at those times, but I understand they're doing me a huge favour and I'd really appreciated and always try to repay back by referring businesses and/or just be super good because you have to learn after being careless twice. But Coupon Cabin is unforgiving. And like one of the other posts said, it's just a way for them to take back the rewards they've given to you. So I complained about it and by that time I was talking to VPs and they're adamant about it. Then the next thing I know, my account is deactivated (just like one of the below post reviews experienced), and not only that, after I asked why my account is deactivated, they blocked my IP too! They said they will send me a check via mail of the rewards I've accumulated so far, so I will update my review once I receive that check to let everyone know if they're a business of their own words because they have not responded since I've given them my address yesterday.
I get a little percent back to CC. I don't use it as much as ebates, but it's a good second option. Used the coupon for $200 off of $200, it's no joke, it worked. Got a $200 credit back to Amazon on an item I paid $230 for.
Managed to claim a few of the members only offers. They do credit your account, they will send a check, the check is legitimate.
However I feel theres a threshold and once you reach it, youll log on with a message saying you violated the terms and conditions and for that they will ban you, not just deactivate you, but ban you like a child that got caught stealing candy. Its the wording that makes you feel like youve done something sinful. There is nothing you can say to change their minds.
It was great while it lasted.

This website is easy to use and legitimate. I always get my cash back via an amazon gift card. Read the offers and the fine print. I use it for clicking through to a website for cash back. It always works. I've received over $100 total in cash back over the time I've used this website.
Why wouldn't you use coupon cabin? To be able to get back money is a no brainer. It's so easy to use & tons of different coupons as well. Love coupon cabin. So many coupons for so many stores. FABULOUS! Recently I bought my grandson 3 pairs of Uggs boots & sneakers, bought myself some items on Victoria's Secret, made some household purchases on Walmart. CouponCabin is awesome! The best deals and the cash back is amazing! I was able to get one of the cash back deals and they actually sent me my money early! It's legit, an easy site to use, and questions sent via email are answered almost immediately! Would definitely recommend CouponCabin!
They offered me 12% back at Nike if I signed up within 2 minutes so I did. When I clicked on the rebate it was not 12%, but 9%. I immediately emailed their customer service. One month and about 20 emails later, they have changed their story and added limits numerous times. Even when I showed them previous emails from their people they recanted and said I misunderstood. Then they said as a gesture of goodwill they'd give me the 12% instead. But when I checked my account they only gave me 7.7%... not even the 9%. So I asked again. They said there was a payout limit. And now when they see this they will respond for you all to see, saying how great they are and how I can contact them again for help and on and on... it's a scam, bait and switch, lie, and very deceptive con. Glad I only wasted a month on this. I used ebates during the Thanksgiving/Christmas season and didn't have one issue. I should have never tried this disreputable company.

Where many sites offer a flat 3% back, as you note, CouponCabin offered 9% and even 12% back for Nike.com purchases. Because we pay out so much more than other sites, we must put maximum cashback levels on each offer. We clearly list these maximums along side the cashback amount on our site and the vast majority of users never hit these maximum levels, but in your case, your transaction did hit our maximum of $16 back. I’m sorry you’re disappointed with us here, but our cashback just works differently than what you’re maybe used to on other sites. If you give us another shot, I bet you’ll find that you’ll earn more on CouponCain than if you use other sites.

I made a purchase that was supposed to give me $20 cash back in 60 days. It was well past the 60 and I went on the website to look into it. It said I was sent the rebate check weeks earlier. I never received this. I emailed cust. Serv and told them I never received it. Within a say they came back and said they were reissuing a check and it would go out by Friday. It was sent on Friday and I received it the following week. No hassle, no weeks of investigation, no questions asked. Love Coupon Cabin

I contacted Coupon Cabin and they diligently worked through and I provided them with receipts and ultimately I received credit for ordering from the two vendors based on loyalty from Coupon Cabin. Easy cash back app without much hassle. Just click on a button and you can get a % back or an amount of money back from your purchase. I was able to get $45 back on a $45 purchase. The only catch was I had to wait 90 days to get the money back. They do let you know what day to expect the money and mine was deposited directly into PayPal.

I had a pretty substantial issue with cash back. CouponCabin never left me in the dark. They told me what to expect, gave me timeframes and most importantly, emailed me to assure me that my claim hasn't been forgotten. When the issue was resolved, they were gracious enough to apologize even though the issue wasn't their fault. It's nice not having to wait so long for cash back payments.
What's not to love about Coupon Cabin? I shop online quite a bit and Coupon Cabin is always there to tell me how much I can get back on my order. They send me my money automatically when I reach my predefined amount and I can shop even more. I love it.

CouponCabin's customer support is outstanding! My issue was resolved before I even realized it was. I thought it would take a few days to hear back from someone, but, not only did they reply that same night, they had me back in business in less than 15 minutes of sending in my request. I became a member of CouponCabin years ago. It is a wonderful sight. They do in fact pay you for shopping. The wonderful this is you choose your vendors. You order what you like. The awesome thing is that you get paid for purchases that you would make anyway. I would recommend this sight to anyone that wants to shop and get paid for doing it.

I was skeptical, but couponcabin really proved me wrong! Lots of promos and cash back opportunities, and I got my cash back the day after my purchases. You basically get money just for doing usual online purchases, and at no drawbacks. I will use couponcabin for all my online purchases now!
It's all a scam. I won a $50 back from Home Depot, bought 1 thing for $150, followed all their crazy rules, and in the end they didn't pay be and said it was Home Depot's fault because they mixed up the refund and credited it back to "an internal marketing program and not Coupon Cabin". Suuuure they did. What can I say, I got scammed.
Within 2 minutes of your submitting your missing cash back inquiry, we opened an investigation. When the store responded, they indicated CouponCabin was not credited with the order. Most often this means that a coupon was used that was not from CouponCabin, that another coupon/shopping site was visited after clicking CouponCabin or that a coupon was used that the store showed you as you checked out. Also, if your shopping cart was not completely, 100% empty prior to clicking from CouponCabin, cash back will not be earned. Our ability to provide members with cash back is contingent on us being compensated by the store. In this instance, since a different company received the commission, we were not able to provide you with cash back. Please know that we're on your side here in that we didn't get paid for your order either and we sure wish we had. That said, it's important that you always immediately place your order after clicking one of our cash back links because, as seen here, visiting other sites or using non-CouponCabin codes before completing your order can lead to the loss of cash back.
I received an email offer from Coupon Cabin offering $20.00 off a purchase at Amazon.Com. When I clicked the link from their email, it said it was acailable to the first 30 customers and gave me instructions to send a copy of my invoice to a specific email address at coupon cabin. I sent them my invoice as instructed. They replied stating that Amazon is not a member of Coupon Cabin. I replied stating that I received the offer from them. They then replied that it was an offer for new members only and I already received one once. No where did it state that it was for first time customers and why are they offering an Amazon coupon when Amazon isn't a member? This is considered by law, false advertising! I recommend anyone wanting to save money and get cash back, use Ebates. I have been using them for years and I have never experienced anything but good savings and cash back.
