This site has quickly become my hidden gem and I am a bit reluctant to share my secret to others. When I first came across this The, it seemed too good to be true. Coupon Cabin offers amazing exclusive member-only coupons and discounts. I tried one out not sure if it would work. An example is $50 cash back on orders over $50 from "X" website. Currently my lifetime earnings are over $400. The catch is you have to wait a max of three months to receive payment back, but you WILL gain it back. Essentially, free or a few dollars to go over required threshold. My personal experience contacting coupon cabin with a minor problem went great. It was resolved within a few weeks and it's still smooth sailing. Highly recommended.
I read a few of the below posts and I have the same experience. They did refund me the first maintenance fee they charged BUT throughout the months, I tried to make other purchases so that the maintenance fee wouldn't kick in, but I forgot not only they charge a maintenance fee after no eligible purchases within 365 days, they start charging you monthly maintenance fee after that, so the next month they charged another fee. Below someone mentioned $4 fee, and Coupon Cabin said only $2 which is not true, because I'm charged $3.50 (twice) which one they waived, but they wouldn't waive it again. However, their rewards are extremely hard to get. Most of my purchases don't qualify. I asked very politely and nicely if they're willing to waive the 2nd fee, because I finally found a reward that I qualified, but they just wouldn't waive it and said they've been in business over 18 years and have millions of happy customers and that it's not fair to refund me my maintenance fee twice. I've been with many many many institutions and to keep customers happy, sometimes they're wiling to give a 2nd chance. It does have to be escalated to the managerial level at those times, but I understand they're doing me a huge favour and I'd really appreciated and always try to repay back by referring businesses and/or just be super good because you have to learn after being careless twice. But Coupon Cabin is unforgiving. And like one of the other posts said, it's just a way for them to take back the rewards they've given to you. So I complained about it and by that time I was talking to VPs and they're adamant about it. Then the next thing I know, my account is deactivated (just like one of the below post reviews experienced), and not only that, after I asked why my account is deactivated, they blocked my IP too! They said they will send me a check via mail of the rewards I've accumulated so far, so I will update my review once I receive that check to let everyone know if they're a business of their own words because they have not responded since I've given them my address yesterday.
I used the coupon rebate for 1 item for a $1.50 for buying the product. Sent them the receipt and within a short time I have my rebate within minutes. I am looking forward to continue using their coupons first before checking others.

I was so excited to check out this site my friend reccommended to me. At first, I was browsing through every coupon offer and getting excited that I was saving a bunch of money. Now, it's the opposite.
Their site is structured in the wrong areas. They let you see the coupons that are expiring today- which is great- but the only other alternative is to browse through the zillion coupons they have for different websites classified alphabetically.
Don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic way to save money- especially since it's free- but most of them are "free shipping", "10% off", "Buy 2 get one free"- which are usually stated ON the websites' main page. I honestly would rather search google for coupons after I have a checkout screen ready- it would save me more time then shopping for coupons.

Dear Ryan - Last week you responded to my post asking why you're blocking me & you responded saying that you would fix the issues on your end. However, I literally just tried into my account & the very first time that I logged into your website it locked me out, even when I typed each individual letter in my login & password very slowly to make sure that I didn't make any typos. I then tried to re-set & requested a new password, but I never received the link to re-set my password. Can you please, please, please once & for all fix things so that this doesn't happen anymore. After years as a customer they froze my account and would not release the money they owed me or the gift certificates that i purchased. They asked for a photo of my drivers license to verify my address and i sent that with my photo d/o/b and license number redacted for security reasons. They still refuse to release my account or provide me with a reason that it was frozen in the first place. Beware--seems like a total scam and at the very lease poor customer service

I won a $200 for $200 for a local store! I read the rules multiple times to make sure I understood them! I went online to local store, spent my required amount of $200, and each click was tracked by CouponCabin on their end. So the wait began. I inquired a few times because it never showed I would receive my $200 back, and then the lady told me that I had clicked something wrong before I clicked "pay". Their response means nothing. I followed EVERYTHING to a T. Even got an acknowledgement that it was accepted and then reversed. I contacted Walmart and they said it was Coupon Cabin. Also since I questioned their integrity my account was deleted on Coupon Cabin. I got a private message from another customer that the very same thing happened to them. Very frustrating!

I was able to get a $2 off coupon for I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Organic. I like the high values of the coupons. I would stay with getting one coupon a month for the grocery products. I wanted to try for one of the $100 off $100, but was told I already had applied for a grocery coupon, so I was not entitled to a second coupon that month. If i just apply for the grocery coupon, it takes 4 months to receive the rebate because you have to earn a minimum of $7 to receive it as the good grocery coupons are worth $2 each.
Signed up to get rebate before purchase Koni shocks from tirerack.com. Eventually, they asked for the address to send the check but never did. When trying to log on to check the status, the account was shut down. I purchased from tirerack because of this rebare. Could have bought from somewhere else cheaper.
