This site has quickly become my hidden gem and I am a bit reluctant to share my secret to others. When I first came across this The, it seemed too good to be true. Coupon Cabin offers amazing exclusive member-only coupons and discounts. I tried one out not sure if it would work. An example is $50 cash back on orders over $50 from "X" website. Currently my lifetime earnings are over $400. The catch is you have to wait a max of three months to receive payment back, but you WILL gain it back. Essentially, free or a few dollars to go over required threshold. My personal experience contacting coupon cabin with a minor problem went great. It was resolved within a few weeks and it's still smooth sailing. Highly recommended.
I read a few of the below posts and I have the same experience. They did refund me the first maintenance fee they charged BUT throughout the months, I tried to make other purchases so that the maintenance fee wouldn't kick in, but I forgot not only they charge a maintenance fee after no eligible purchases within 365 days, they start charging you monthly maintenance fee after that, so the next month they charged another fee. Below someone mentioned $4 fee, and Coupon Cabin said only $2 which is not true, because I'm charged $3.50 (twice) which one they waived, but they wouldn't waive it again. However, their rewards are extremely hard to get. Most of my purchases don't qualify. I asked very politely and nicely if they're willing to waive the 2nd fee, because I finally found a reward that I qualified, but they just wouldn't waive it and said they've been in business over 18 years and have millions of happy customers and that it's not fair to refund me my maintenance fee twice. I've been with many many many institutions and to keep customers happy, sometimes they're wiling to give a 2nd chance. It does have to be escalated to the managerial level at those times, but I understand they're doing me a huge favour and I'd really appreciated and always try to repay back by referring businesses and/or just be super good because you have to learn after being careless twice. But Coupon Cabin is unforgiving. And like one of the other posts said, it's just a way for them to take back the rewards they've given to you. So I complained about it and by that time I was talking to VPs and they're adamant about it. Then the next thing I know, my account is deactivated (just like one of the below post reviews experienced), and not only that, after I asked why my account is deactivated, they blocked my IP too! They said they will send me a check via mail of the rewards I've accumulated so far, so I will update my review once I receive that check to let everyone know if they're a business of their own words because they have not responded since I've given them my address yesterday.
Been using for a while now Coupon Cabin and just yesterday I received my second $26, in a year which is total of around $53-$54 money to PayPal from using Coupon Cabin. They're great! They're customer service is phenomenal. If I ever had a problem with getting rewarded for the purchase or any other inquiry I had, in a matter of hours they solved it. I love Coupon Cabin and I'll still continue using it. ALL THE WAY 5 STARS.
They do a great job being competitive in the cash back percents of major stores. I have used them for a long time and they almost always have the best base rate for cashback. They also have bonus cash which makes them even better. Great job.
I have saved sooo much money in cash back to PayPal. They are clear in their policies. They pay when they say they are and their codes are legit. When I cant find codes anywhere else Coupon Cabin comes through. They even researched and came through when cashback wasnt awarded properly. Love this site.
CouponCabin is Great, with all the stores that it offers cash back at! That it makes me wanna do more shopping at the stores that work with CouponCabin and offering cash back, it makes me want to tell all my friends that they should only shop at the stores that work with CouponCabin to offer cash back!
I have got an extra 17% cashback when I bought a Dell laptop during Thanksgiving!. It was around $240. The cashback was somehow got removed from my account due to a problem between Dell and Couponcabin. I have contacted the Customer-care and got a quick response and my cashback was added back to my account. I got paid by the said date and I successfully added the cheque to my Bank account.
Apart from this I have also used the limited quantity member only offer of $100. I have got $100 cashback instantly. The store didn't ship my complete order and canceled few items. So, I have lost my cashback even though it's the store's fault. I have returned the rest of the order. But, I have lost the deal and cant use a member only offer until next month. Other than that these limited quantity offers are incredible and are exclusive at Couponcabin
My first time using Coupn Cabin. I hadn't received a reward from Hayneedle after shopping through the site. They followed up with Hayneedle, and I received my first reward credited to my Coupon Cabin account. I will use them again in the future. They were very helpful and followed through.
Anytime I make an online purchase I ALWAYS Check Coupon cabin. I've tried other sites like Ebates but usually get more back from Coupon Cabin. Earned over $80 back in the ~9 months for doing nothing but shopping, free money is the best!
I have used Coupon Cabin for years and it's always been great when I needed a code. Now that I have an up to date computer with Windows10, I downloaded their program that helps to get the most cashback by showing a banner at the top of applicable shopping sites so you don't forget to use it (which is great for my forgetful mind). Since then, I have been racking up the cashback and am VERY happy! You can't go wrong with Coupon Cabin so give it a try :)
I have redeemed a couple of offers and had $60 in my account. All of sudden, they deactivated my account saying that I have multiple accounts and forfeited my cash rewards. I sent an e-mail confirming that I had only one account but received no response. - Thanks for your quick response... I do not think I have violated any of your rules... I DO NOT HAVE multiple accounts. If you can show me that I have accessed coupon cabin via multiple accounts, I am ready to aplogize.
I was a new user to both CouponCabin and QVC and when I made my first purchase I clicked thru the links incorrectly and did not receive my full cashback credit for my purchase. I contacted CouponCabin and they responded quickly to my email and immediately applied the missing cashback to my account, even though it had been my error. Very kind and responsive customer care.
Skeptics of the world. I am one of you. I tried it. Cash back is the most beautiful thing. I usually save on the actual purchase with a coupon from couponcabin.com but I also strive to receive cash back on that same purchase. It really is a no brainer. It take five seconds. I wouldnt walk past a ten dollar bill sitting on the ground, would you?
I was a little skeptical at first but I LOVE coupon Cabin! I love getting cash back on purchases I make on Amazon or Ebay through them. I Just wish it was a little more than 1%, but hey every penny counts!
