This site has quickly become my hidden gem and I am a bit reluctant to share my secret to others. When I first came across this The, it seemed too good to be true. Coupon Cabin offers amazing exclusive member-only coupons and discounts. I tried one out not sure if it would work. An example is $50 cash back on orders over $50 from "X" website. Currently my lifetime earnings are over $400. The catch is you have to wait a max of three months to receive payment back, but you WILL gain it back. Essentially, free or a few dollars to go over required threshold. My personal experience contacting coupon cabin with a minor problem went great. It was resolved within a few weeks and it's still smooth sailing. Highly recommended.
I read a few of the below posts and I have the same experience. They did refund me the first maintenance fee they charged BUT throughout the months, I tried to make other purchases so that the maintenance fee wouldn't kick in, but I forgot not only they charge a maintenance fee after no eligible purchases within 365 days, they start charging you monthly maintenance fee after that, so the next month they charged another fee. Below someone mentioned $4 fee, and Coupon Cabin said only $2 which is not true, because I'm charged $3.50 (twice) which one they waived, but they wouldn't waive it again. However, their rewards are extremely hard to get. Most of my purchases don't qualify. I asked very politely and nicely if they're willing to waive the 2nd fee, because I finally found a reward that I qualified, but they just wouldn't waive it and said they've been in business over 18 years and have millions of happy customers and that it's not fair to refund me my maintenance fee twice. I've been with many many many institutions and to keep customers happy, sometimes they're wiling to give a 2nd chance. It does have to be escalated to the managerial level at those times, but I understand they're doing me a huge favour and I'd really appreciated and always try to repay back by referring businesses and/or just be super good because you have to learn after being careless twice. But Coupon Cabin is unforgiving. And like one of the other posts said, it's just a way for them to take back the rewards they've given to you. So I complained about it and by that time I was talking to VPs and they're adamant about it. Then the next thing I know, my account is deactivated (just like one of the below post reviews experienced), and not only that, after I asked why my account is deactivated, they blocked my IP too! They said they will send me a check via mail of the rewards I've accumulated so far, so I will update my review once I receive that check to let everyone know if they're a business of their own words because they have not responded since I've given them my address yesterday.
I gotta say I was suspicious about the cash back deals because it seemed too good to be true... but so far I tried 50$ off 50$ and 75$ off 75$ deals and just the other day for my 50$ Chase cash back! Waiting for my 75$ to be cashed in December. I am now using CouponCabin ALL THE TIME!
My original review was 5 stars and said I loved coupon cabin and have saved lots of money over the many years I've been a member. That changed last week when they notified me that I had violated their rules, that my account is closed, and that I am permanently and irrevocably banned from their website. I was flabbergasted! They responded to enough questions to allow me to know that the rule I apparently violated was that I accessed coupon cabin from the same IP address as another coupon cabin account at some point. We have allowed a few visitors to access the internet from our home WiFi, and I may have accessed coupon from WiFi while I was traveling, so it's possible. They would not investigate further to understand how it happened and they made it clear they really don't care how it happened, even if they are mistaken. Clearly the rule must have originally been put in place to prevent people from having more than one account and claiming more than 1 per month (formerly 2 per month) of the exclusive offers, but anyone who even remotely understands WiFi would know that this would not allow the members to use coupon cabin unless they were home and never let visitors use their WiFi... not reasonable or realistic, or understandable, and it's no wonder there are many complaints about this horribly unfair policy. Besides that the responses to any inquiries about such a notice are very condescending, rude, and unprofessional... a very poor business, and a bit shady too.
I've been a member of CouponCabin for many years now! Great service, you can always find the coupons you need and the cash back is fantastic! I've never had a problem yet!

I have been a member of Coupon Cabin since January 2016, I am always telling others to use their site when shopping. They are now making it easier to use when in the store or restaurant.
I received an email request from couponcabin.com to write a review for them. I wrote an honest review based on my experience with the company. I said they did not honor their word and did not give me the cash back I deserved on a large purchase through couponcabin.com. Their excuse was they weren't paid by the vendor. When I asked for proof that they weren't paid they refused to acknowledge my request. It seems very suspicious that they claim non payment from vendors on large purchases! What a SCAM!
Beware of this business, Use more reputable sites such as Upromise.com or retailmenot.
Since I wrote my honest review, which they solicited from me, they have disabled my account and not paid me on other transactions which I am due payment by couponcabin.com.

Horrible company! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I used coupon cabin.com for a hotel transaction earlier this year for over $2600. They refused to honor their agreement and never paid me. I sent them numerous emails as well as proof that the transaction was completed through couponcabin.com. They simply refused to pay me. They are unscrupulous and deceitful!

Offers the most variety of coupons and cash back. It really pays you for shopping like you normally do, but beware of some of their unclear and unfair policies. If you return things frequently, which if you return anything in an order at all it reverses your cash back and is considered a return PERIOD, they don't pay you the cash back, no problem with that, but they will permanently close your account with them and you won't be able to earn cash back anymore. THEY GIVE YOU NO WARNING, ITS AN UNCLEAR POLICY, AND VERY UNFAIR! I don't understand the issue with how many returns you make as they don't pay you anything if you return or exchange things.
Its a shame because it could really be the best coupons site, but this makes it just a regular coupon site, you can get coupons anywhere else, no need to use couponcabin, your better off going to retailmenot.

I used CouponCabin originally when looking for coupon codes for individual purchases. Along the way, I read on the site that I could initiate an account and earn money back on purchases I make at stores I select. All I need to do is click through my account on the Coupon Cabin site. I like a deal but what is even more incredible is that often on the site, I receive a coupon code for a deal or $ off a qualified purchase PLUS I get the designated % of the purchase in cash back. It is like double dipping but without any guilt!
Another point to emphasize is 'don't limit your expectations on what 'stores' are participating in CC'... I earned quite a bit of cash back by setting up my Xfinity account through CC.

When I first joined this site, I was extremely happy with it because I was paid quickly for the first $7 I claimed. Since that time, I have discovered more and more "rules" that I was not aware of in the beginning. Don't get me wrong, these rules are printed for you to see, but unless you run into a problem, you do not encounter them. For instance, I had been using the site for a couple of months before I saw the rule that you could not use a cash back from the same store or brand but every 90 days. I did not know until today that there is a date listed among the payable items that can be as much as 100 days plus before the account is credited. Yes, it is there, I just didn't know what the date meant until further examination. I have overpaid for some items thinking I was going to make up the difference with my cash back, but it will be months before I get that payment. I am more than disappointed, but, I can't say it's CC's fault, I just wish all the do's, don'ts, can and can'ts had been more visible.
