As soon as I posted a comment about their cash back exclusions, CouponCabin cancelled my account. I had been with them long enough to earn over $1,100. What kind of company doesn't appreciate constructive comments and rewards faithful customers with cancellation?
I stumbled upon Coupon Cabin by accident and SO glad I did. I have always used another site, but I find I head to Coupon Cabin before I shop now. CC pays pretty much when I want; I don't have to wait months for a payment. There customer service was great. I recently contacted them because a merchant did pay as expected. Within a couple hours they had contacted the merchant and the full credit was in my account. Out of about 15 shopping trips, that was the only time there was a credit issue, but they resolved it right away.
I'm writing this review because at first it took me a bit to figure out how this app works but now that I have received my first check I have begun to truly understand how to save by using coupon cabin! It does take a couple months to get a check for the cash back but it's nice to have a little bonus come in the mail by just simple doing a couple extra clicks on items I would have bought anyways. Some of the percentage off coupons don't work but as a common user of Amazon I use the $2 back on every purchase each month as my member exclusive. It didn't cost anything to get this app just a little time to learn the ropes!

This company's customer service is one of those incredible things you rarely see. And I mean this in a BAD way. I have never seen such a 180 of customer service in my life.
So here are some tips on dealing with this company, should you choose to:
• Do not question or challenge their business practices for if you do, they will quickly become petty and defensive.
• Don't dare expect them to honor their promised payouts; it's a "free service" as they like to say. You should be happy with anything they give you, even if it's less than they initially stipulated.
• Expect your account to be "terminated" if you have a disagreement with them.
To be clear, they make money from retailer kick backs, so they are not in business as a favor to consumers.
EDIT: They have plenty of similar bad reviews. Also I have not posted a review before so where they get "frequent" I don't know. Rather than deflect, try to do better?

They literally look for ways to rule out fairly earned cash back.
Example: if you have a minimum purchase requirement of $25, and you purchase a $70 item (with tax the order total is $75). You use a $50 gift card to pay toward the purchase and use your credit card for the remainder of $25. You would think that this $25 credit card charge meets the minimum purchase requirement, right? Nope! They actually will arbitrarily conclude that the credit card purchase of $25 includes the $5 in sales tax, completely ruling out any/all cash back. Why doesn't the $5 sales tax fall under the $50 gift card? I don't know, their bot-like responses won't tell me.
Moral to the story: Stick with Rakuten or almost any other cash back site for your rebates.
Unfortunately, per the agreement we have in place with our cash back partner stores, the use of gift cards voids cash back. Please know that if it were up to us, all orders, regardless of payment method, would be eligible for cash back. As you stated, cash back is calculated on the order amount before tax, shipping and any fees are added and after all coupons, discounts and credits are deducted.
Had an account for years. Someone else in my household created an account and then accessed a members only offer. This made them immediately close both her account and mine permanently with no recourse. Apparently they expect you to be the overseer of anyone within your household as someone else can violate the ToS on your behalf.
CouponCabin has very few rules and the rules we do have are in place to make sure we can pay as much cash back as possible; it’s how we’re able to offer such incredible cash back offers, like $100 back on $100 orders, that you can’t find anywhere else. In addition, we make sure these few rules are prominently highlighted across the site when using our cash back program. That said, when accounts are identified as trying to circumvent these rules, we have no choice but to close those accounts.
It takes forever to get paid. I don't shop on line and was using the part where you view and earn a few pennies. My account got flagged and they couldn't tell me why. There are plenty of surveys on line that pay better than this and you don't wait months to get paid.

Be prepared to return the items you ordered when Coupon Cabin doesn't honor their cash back offer. And they still won't let you have another offer for 30 days, despite their failure. Customer service has been poor whenever I needed to contact them. A couple of bad experiences is enough to sour the few good ones I've had.
Unfortunately, after an order has been placed, a modification, in any way, for any reason, will result in the reversal and cancellation of your cash back. This was prominently displayed at the top of the “Details & Exclusions” shown with the offer you clicked. I'm sure you're frustrated by this, but please know that CouponCabin shares this feeling with you as we, too, will lose our commission for your order.
This site has quickly become my hidden gem and I am a bit reluctant to share my secret to others. When I first came across this The, it seemed too good to be true. Coupon Cabin offers amazing exclusive member-only coupons and discounts. I tried one out not sure if it would work. An example is $50 cash back on orders over $50 from "X" website. Currently my lifetime earnings are over $400. The catch is you have to wait a max of three months to receive payment back, but you WILL gain it back. Essentially, free or a few dollars to go over required threshold.
My personal experience contacting coupon cabin with a minor problem went great. It was resolved within a few weeks and it's still smooth sailing.

I followed all the required steps by coupon cabin, creating a login, then adding the item to be purchased in my cart, purchased it and no changes were made. I received an email saying $20 would be credited to my account. I waited patiently and then it was reversed as fast as it was added. Ridiculous! What a scam. No messages or indicators during purchase the CarId.com company doesn't qualify - it was the opposite. Upon following up - response is they don't have a business agreement. What a joke and a waste of time. Coupon cabin is worthless.
The store which you ordered with reversed CouponCabin's commission for your purchase. The two most common causes for a reversal are if a coupon or promo code is used from any source other than CouponCabin (this includes promo codes that are given to you at time of checkout by the site itself) or if your shopping cart was not completely, 100% empty when you clicked on our link. Reversals like this also generally happen when an order, for any reason, is in any way modified, returned, cancelled, exchanged, out of stock, damaged in shipping, or has a price adjustment, or if a payment method is declined/changed/rerun or the order was picked up in a store. If an item is pre-ordered or backordered, cash back will be reversed as well. In addition, if you purchased three or more of the same item, cash back will be reversed. Please know that we note that we're on your side here since we didn't get paid for your order either.
I love Coupon Cabin! It is so easy to use and helps me find the best possible deals for my online purchases and scores me oodles of cash back. I actually get mad when I forget to use it because it's so awesome! Adding the extension to your search bar helps with this of course! I love using CouponCabin's website and app! It's easy to search for the stores you shop. I really like the members exclusive coupons which provide you with additional money back. I just wish you could use more than one exclusive per month, even if you can't use the same store to redeem. The site is also great for shopping physically in the store as there are many coupons for use in-store. I ALWAYS check with CouponCabin before I make any purchases online.
